Čudna se situacija dogodila u četvrtak navečer u izraelskom Tel Avivu. Ovoga vikenda se naime, održava završni turnir izraelskog Ligakupa, nadmetanja koje je svojevrsna uvertira u novu košarkašku sezonu u toj zemlji. I dok je u prvom polufinalu dan ranije sve odrađeno bez problema sigurnosne naravi, četvrtak je donio, ukratko rečeno, sve osim toga. Dvoboj Maccabija, najtrofejnije izraelske momčadi protiv njihova gradskog rivala Hapoela nije niti odigran - pišu Sportske novosti.

Košarkaši Hapoela nisu htjeli započeti utakmicu iz razloga što njihovih navijača nije bilo u dvorani Drive In Arena. Iz sigurnosnih razloga, policija je odlučila provjeriti osobne iskaznice svakog pojedinog gledatelja koji je imao namjeru doći na utakmicu. To je stvorilo ogromne gužve na ulazima, a do službenog početka utakmice u 20 sati dvorana je bila poluprazna. Iz Hapoela su najprije poručili da će čekati do 20.15 sati ne bi li se dvorana malo napunila, no to se nije dogodilo, a igrači Hapoela nisu htjeli zaigrati.

Izraelskom košarkaškom savezu nije preostalo ništa drugo osim da utakmicu registrira s 20:0 bez borbe za Maccabi koji će se tako u finalu Winner Cupa, kako se izraelski Ligakup službeno zove susresti s jeruzalemskim Hapoelom u nedjelju.

Iz krovne košarkaške institucije u Izraelu najavili su i novčanu kaznu spram Hapoel Tel Aviva koji je odbio igrati polufinale, spominje se mogućnost da im se odreže i do 100 tisuća eura.

Iz kluba su se nakon svih događanja oglasili i na društvenim mrežama:

- Sportski navijači, a ne kriminalci! Od jutra dobivamo poruke da će izraelska policija našu večerašnju utakmicu tretirati kao ratni događaj u kojem će sve navijače od 8 do 80 godina, uključujući i žene i djecu tretirati kao potencijalne kriminalce. U svjetlu tih događanja odlučili smo da danas nema smisla zaigrati utakmicu. Sport pripada navijačima - napisali su iz Hapoel Tel Aviva.

Čudna se situacija dogodila u četvrtak navečer u izraelskom Tel Avivu. Ovoga vikenda se naime, održava završni turnir izraelskog Ligakupa, nadmetanja koje je svojevrsna uvertira u novu košarkašku sezonu u toj zemlji. I dok je u prvom polufinalu dan ranije sve odrađeno bez problema sigurnosne naravi, četvrtak je donio, ukratko rečeno, sve osim toga. Dvoboj Maccabija, najtrofejnije izraelske momčadi protiv njihova gradskog rivala Hapoela nije niti odigran - pišu Sportske novosti.

Košarkaši Hapoela nisu htjeli započeti utakmicu iz razloga što njihovih navijača nije bilo u dvorani Drive In Arena. Iz sigurnosnih razloga, policija je odlučila provjeriti osobne iskaznice svakog pojedinog gledatelja koji je imao namjeru doći na utakmicu. To je stvorilo ogromne gužve na ulazima, a do službenog početka utakmice u 20 sati dvorana je bila poluprazna. Iz Hapoela su najprije poručili da će čekati do 20.15 sati ne bi li se dvorana malo napunila, no to se nije dogodilo, a igrači Hapoela nisu htjeli zaigrati.

Izraelskom košarkaškom savezu nije preostalo ništa drugo osim da utakmicu registrira s 20:0 bez borbe za Maccabi koji će se tako u finalu Winner Cupa, kako se izraelski Ligakup službeno zove susresti s jeruzalemskim Hapoelom u nedjelju.

Iz krovne košarkaške institucije u Izraelu najavili su i novčanu kaznu spram Hapoel Tel Aviva koji je odbio igrati polufinale, spominje se mogućnost da im se odreže i do 100 tisuća eura.

Iz kluba su se nakon svih događanja oglasili i na društvenim mrežama:

- Sportski navijači, a ne kriminalci! Od jutra dobivamo poruke da će izraelska policija našu večerašnju utakmicu tretirati kao ratni događaj u kojem će sve navijače od 8 do 80 godina, uključujući i žene i djecu tretirati kao potencijalne kriminalce. U svjetlu tih događanja odlučili smo da danas nema smisla zaigrati utakmicu. Sport pripada navijačima - napisali su iz Hapoel Tel Aviva.

‘Navijači, a ne kriminalci!‘: igrači odbili igrati gradski derbi, za sve krive policiju, oglasio se klub

Čudna se situacija dogodila u četvrtak navečer u izraelskom Tel Avivu. Ovoga vikenda se naime, održava završni turnir izraelskog Ligakupa, nadmetanja koje je svojevrsna uvertira u novu košarkašku sezonu u toj zemlji. I dok je u prvom polufinalu dan ranije sve odrađeno bez problema sigurnosne naravi, četvrtak je donio, ukratko rečeno, sve osim toga. Dvoboj Maccabija, najtrofejnije izraelske momčadi protiv njihova gradskog rivala Hapoela nije niti odigran - pišu Sportske novosti.

Košarkaši Hapoela nisu htjeli započeti utakmicu iz razloga što njihovih navijača nije bilo u dvorani Drive In Arena. Iz sigurnosnih razloga, policija je odlučila provjeriti osobne iskaznice svakog pojedinog gledatelja koji je imao namjeru doći na utakmicu. To je stvorilo ogromne gužve na ulazima, a do službenog početka utakmice u 20 sati dvorana je bila poluprazna. Iz Hapoela su najprije poručili da će čekati do 20.15 sati ne bi li se dvorana malo napunila, no to se nije dogodilo, a igrači Hapoela nisu htjeli zaigrati.

Izraelskom košarkaškom savezu nije preostalo ništa drugo osim da utakmicu registrira s 20:0 bez borbe za Maccabi koji će se tako u finalu Winner Cupa, kako se izraelski Ligakup službeno zove susresti s jeruzalemskim Hapoelom u nedjelju.

Iz krovne košarkaške institucije u Izraelu najavili su i novčanu kaznu spram Hapoel Tel Aviva koji je odbio igrati polufinale, spominje se mogućnost da im se odreže i do 100 tisuća eura.

Iz kluba su se nakon svih događanja oglasili i na društvenim mrežama:

- Sportski navijači, a ne kriminalci! Od jutra dobivamo poruke da će izraelska policija našu večerašnju utakmicu tretirati kao ratni događaj u kojem će sve navijače od 8 do 80 godina, uključujući i žene i djecu tretirati kao potencijalne kriminalce. U svjetlu tih događanja odlučili smo da danas nema smisla zaigrati utakmicu. Sport pripada navijačima - napisali su iz Hapoel Tel Aviva.
