Jeste li među onima koji kad se vani temperature spuste ispod nule noću ne mogu zaspati bez čarapa na nogama? Neki ovu naviku kod partnera ne vole, ali spavači s čarapama znaju zašto to rade. Za ovu naviku postoji čak i znanstveno objašnjenje. Prema jednom istraživanju, osobe koje nose čarape u krevetu brže zaspu nego one koje spavaju bose, piše Dom i dizajn.

Naime, temperatura tijela pada tijekom noći, dostižući najnižu točku oko četiri ujutro, piše Medical News Today. Prosječna temperatura ljudskog tijela iznosi 36,5 stupnja Celzijusa, ali može varirati za jedan do dva stupnja tijekom 24 sata. Zagrijavanje stopala i ruku utječe na širenje krvnih žila, što oslobađa toplinu kroz kožu i pomaže u snižavanju temperature.

Za ovu naviku postoji čak i znanstveno objašnjenje. Prema jednom istraživanju, osobe koje nose čarape u krevetu brže zaspu nego one koje spavaju bose, piše Dom i dizajn.

Naime, temperatura tijela pada tijekom noći, dostižući najnižu točku oko četiri ujutro, piše Medical News Today. Prosječna temperatura ljudskog tijela iznosi 36,5 stupnja Celzijusa, ali može varirati za jedan do dva stupnja tijekom 24 sata. Zagrijavanje stopala i ruku utječe na širenje krvnih žila, što oslobađa toplinu kroz kožu i pomaže u snižavanju temperature.
