Uskok i policija jutros su krenuli u uhićenja, pretrese i prikupljanje dokumentacije na istarskom području, a prema prvim informacijama uhićene su dvije osobe.

"Navedene radnje provode se na području Istarske županije u odnosu dvije osobe za koje se osnovano sumnja da su počinile kaznena djela protiv službene dužnosti", objavio je Uskok.

Dodaju da će nakon ispitivanja osumnjičenika donijeti odluku o daljnjem postupanju u predmetnom slučaju i o tome pravodobno obavijestiti javnost.

Kako Jutarnji neslužbeno doznaje, jedan od osumnjičenih je zamjenik županijskog državnog odvjetnika Željko Perčinlić kojem se navodno storniralo prekršajnu kaznu.

USKOK ranije pokrenuo istragu

Kako je prije par dana pisao portal Istra24, USKOK je pokrenuo istragu zbog skandala oko opraštanja parkirne kazne za zamjenika Županijskog državnog odvjetnika Željka Perčinlića.

"Obavještavamo vas da je Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Puli - Pola u svezi navedenog događaja dostavilo prikupljene podatke Uredu za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta Zagreb, na daljnje nadležno postupanje", rekli su.

Istra24 objavila je da je Perčinlić pokušao izbjeći plaćanje najobičnije parkirne kazne od 15 eura, što je rezultiralo skandalom u koji su uključeni čelni ljudi istarskog pravosuđa i gradskih pravnih službi. 

U nastojanju da izbjegnu plaćanje parkirne kazne gradski pročelnik Nebojša Nikolić i županijski tužitelj Željko Perčinlić prekršili su zakon, zbog čega je Nikolić dan nakon podnio ostavku na mjesto pročelnika Upravnog odjela za lokalnu i mjesnu samoupravu, piše Istra24.

Nikolić je svom poznaniku Željku Perčinliću, zamjeniku Županijskog državnog odvjetnika, oprostio kaznu za nepropisnu parkiranje od 15 eura, koja je zbog nedostavljanja podataka narasla na oko 700 eura.

Uskok i policija jutros su krenuli u uhićenja, pretrese i prikupljanje dokumentacije na istarskom području, a prema prvim informacijama uhićene su dvije osobe.

"Navedene radnje provode se na području Istarske županije u odnosu dvije osobe za koje se osnovano sumnja da su počinile kaznena djela protiv službene dužnosti", objavio je Uskok.

Dodaju da će nakon ispitivanja osumnjičenika donijeti odluku o daljnjem postupanju u predmetnom slučaju i o tome pravodobno obavijestiti javnost.

Kako Jutarnji neslužbeno doznaje, jedan od osumnjičenih je zamjenik županijskog državnog odvjetnika Željko Perčinlić kojem se navodno storniralo prekršajnu kaznu.

USKOK ranije pokrenuo istragu

Kako je prije par dana pisao portal Istra24, USKOK je pokrenuo istragu zbog skandala oko opraštanja parkirne kazne za zamjenika Županijskog državnog odvjetnika Željka Perčinlića.

"Obavještavamo vas da je Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Puli - Pola u svezi navedenog događaja dostavilo prikupljene podatke Uredu za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta Zagreb, na daljnje nadležno postupanje", rekli su.

Istra24 objavila je da je Perčinlić pokušao izbjeći plaćanje najobičnije parkirne kazne od 15 eura, što je rezultiralo skandalom u koji su uključeni čelni ljudi istarskog pravosuđa i gradskih pravnih službi. 

U nastojanju da izbjegnu plaćanje parkirne kazne gradski pročelnik Nebojša Nikolić i županijski tužitelj Željko Perčinlić prekršili su zakon, zbog čega je Nikolić dan nakon podnio ostavku na mjesto pročelnika Upravnog odjela za lokalnu i mjesnu samoupravu, piše Istra24.

Nikolić je svom poznaniku Željku Perčinliću, zamjeniku Županijskog državnog odvjetnika, oprostio kaznu za nepropisnu parkiranje od 15 eura, koja je zbog nedostavljanja podataka narasla na oko 700 eura.

Uskok i policija jutros su krenuli u uhićenja, pretrese i prikupljanje dokumentacije na istarskom području, a prema prvim informacijama uhićene su dvije osobe.
