Alemka Markotić, ravnateljica zagrebačke Klinike za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević" iznijela je tijekom konferencije za medije informacije o mladiću iz Zagreba, koji je prvi Hrvat pozitivan na korona virus.
- Nemamo još drugih potvrđenih slučajeva u ovom trenutku, za sve nove informacije o novim potvrđenim ćete biti pravovremeno informiran, kazala je.
Nalazi radnika koji su smješteni u Rijeci će biti, kako je kazala, biti gotovi predvečer.
O zaraženom mladiću kazala je da su epidemiolozi uzeli sve informacije o njegovom kretanju te da postupaju po protokolu. Objasnila je i kako izgleda izolacija u kojoj se mladić nalazi, javlja Jutarnji list.
- Što se tiče njegovog kretanja, sve informacije su uzeli naši epidemiolozi, postupaju po protokolima i sad su u identifikaciji, sve se odvija prema planu. Prijavljena su 132 mjesta izolacije u RH, naravno da se to može i proširiti prema potrebi. Sve koji su negativni kontinuirano ćemo otpuštati. Za sada ima dovoljno mjesta.
Čovjek ima mogućnost da bude izoliran sam, ima svoj sanitarni čvor, dobiva liječenje i hranu, kao i svaki drugi bolesnik. Jedino je zabranjen izlazak van i posjete. Nije ništa drugačije osim toga nego s ostalim bolesnicima. Sve se prati, on dobiva terapiju i sve što treba. Nema tu ništa neobično ili iznimno, što bi bilo zabrinjavajuće za pacijenta, rekla je Markotić.
Građanima je poručila da se ne trebaju plašiti.
- Većina infekcija su s blagim simptomima, ljudi se oporave nakon nekoliko dana, budu dobro, odu kući. Građanstvu poručujemo da se ne plaši. Rizični su oni u starijoj životnoj dobi koji imaju teške bolesti, kojima je imunološki sustav zbog karcinoma, kemoterapija, transplantacija oštećen, to su ljudi koji mogu očekivati teške kliničke uvjete.
Svi ostali, ako se zaraze, to će biti blagi oblik. Znate da i kod gripe većina ljudi preboli za par dana, a manji broj ljudi ima teži oblik bolesti. Ništa nije bitno drugačije za sada nego kao što se događa kod gripe, dodala je Markotić.
Poručila je da je u zagrebačkoj infektivnoj klinici Fran Mihaljević za sada pet soba u izolaciji, a za te su osobe nalazi u tijeku. To nisu osobe koje su bile u kontaktu s muškarcem kod kojeg je potvrđena zaraza koronavirusom.
- To su svi zdravi ljudi, pratit će se, oni za koje se procijeni da su pod rizikom ostat će u karanteni kod kuće ili u određenim prostorima u Gradu Zagrebu, sve je pripremljeno, rekla je Markotić.
Na pitanje kako se postupa s osobama s kojima je zaraženi kontaktirao, Markotić odgovara:
- Epidemiološke službe idu kod svih kontakata, ispituju i sva mjesta gdje je gospodin bio. Nije to prva situacija, to se radi i kod ospica... to su situacije koje su sasvim normalan posao epidemioloških službi.
Markotić je još jednom pokušala umiriti građane, a svima onima koji sumnjaju na koronavirus poručuje:
- Svatko tko zna da je bio u kontaktu s bolesnikom, kontaktirat će ga epidemiološka služba. Ako razvije simptome bolesti, bit će pregledan, testiran, a za sve ostale koji nisu imali kontakte ili bili u rizičnim područjima, nema razloga za brigu ni paniku. Još uvijek mogu imati puno češće gripu ili prehladu, nego koronavirus. Očekujemo blagu bolest i da je sve u redu, da ju prebole, kaže Markotić.
Zaraženi muškarac je u kliniku stigao sinoć, no nema opasnosti za sve one koji su sinoć bili tamo, kao ni za ostale pacijente koji su u klinici hospitalizirani.
- Ostali pacijenti u klinici su apsolutno sigurni. Ovi su bolesnici izolirani, ali da bismo oslobodili kapacitete, mi ćemo pokušati jedan dio tih bolesnika otpustiti, tako da imamo dovoljno prostora za te kratkotrajne izolacije. On nije bio u čekaonici, bio je najavljen, išao je direktno na odjel i nitko nije bio u kontaktu s njim osim zdravstvenih radnika klinike, kaže Markotić. Kao prevenciju, građani ne bi trebali biti u kontaktu s nekim tko je bio u rizičnim područjima, ako ta osoba ima simptome bolesti.
Na pitanje o tome očekuje li se i u Hrvatskoj situacija slična onoj u Italiji, odgovorila je:
- U Italiji ima 200 i nešto oboljelih, što nije nemoguć scenarij. To je vrlo moguće za čas, i ako usporedimo s gripom, od jednog oboljelog može biti 50, 100, 300 ljudi. To nije nešto što bi bilo neuobičajeno, ali nadamo se da neće biti, ističe.
Bolnica je adekvatno opremljena, a za sada osoblje ima dovoljno zaštitne opreme.
- Činjenica je da je deficit zaštitne opreme u svijetu i nadamo se da će ovo biti dovoljno, a Ministarstvo i stožer su u potrazi za resursima koje bi mogli dodatno nabaviti. To je jednokratna oprema, sve se skida i ide na spaljivanje, rekla je Alemka Markotić.

Alemka Markotić, ravnateljica zagrebačke Klinike za infektivne bolesti "Dr. Fran Mihaljević" iznijela je tijekom konferencije za medije informacije o mladiću iz Zagreba, koji je prvi Hrvat pozitivan na korona virus.
- Nemamo još drugih potvrđenih slučajeva u ovom trenutku, za sve nove informacije o novim potvrđenim ćete biti pravovremeno informiran, kazala je.
Nalazi radnika koji su smješteni u Rijeci će biti, kako je kazala, biti gotovi predvečer.
O zaraženom mladiću kazala je da su epidemiolozi uzeli sve informacije o njegovom kretanju te da postupaju po protokolu. Objasnila je i kako izgleda izolacija u kojoj se mladić nalazi, javlja Jutarnji list.
- Što se tiče njegovog kretanja, sve informacije su uzeli naši epidemiolozi, postupaju po protokolima i sad su u identifikaciji, sve se odvija prema planu. Prijavljena su 132 mjesta izolacije u RH, naravno da se to može i proširiti prema potrebi. Sve koji su negativni kontinuirano ćemo otpuštati. Za sada ima dovoljno mjesta.
Čovjek ima mogućnost da bude izoliran sam, ima svoj sanitarni čvor, dobiva liječenje i hranu, kao i svaki drugi bolesnik. Jedino je zabranjen izlazak van i posjete. Nije ništa drugačije osim toga nego s ostalim bolesnicima. Sve se prati, on dobiva terapiju i sve što treba. Nema tu ništa neobično ili iznimno, što bi bilo zabrinjavajuće za pacijenta, rekla je Markotić.
Građanima je poručila da se ne trebaju plašiti.
- Većina infekcija su s blagim simptomima, ljudi se oporave nakon nekoliko dana, budu dobro, odu kući. Građanstvu poručujemo da se ne plaši. Rizični su oni u starijoj životnoj dobi koji imaju teške bolesti, kojima je imunološki sustav zbog karcinoma, kemoterapija, transplantacija oštećen, to su ljudi koji mogu očekivati teške kliničke uvjete.
Svi ostali, ako se zaraze, to će biti blagi oblik. Znate da i kod gripe većina ljudi preboli za par dana, a manji broj ljudi ima teži oblik bolesti. Ništa nije bitno drugačije za sada nego kao što se događa kod gripe, dodala je Markotić.
Poručila je da je u zagrebačkoj infektivnoj klinici Fran Mihaljević za sada pet soba u izolaciji, a za te su osobe nalazi u tijeku. To nisu osobe koje su bile u kontaktu s muškarcem kod kojeg je potvrđena zaraza koronavirusom.
- To su svi zdravi ljudi, pratit će se, oni za koje se procijeni da su pod rizikom ostat će u karanteni kod kuće ili u određenim prostorima u Gradu Zagrebu, sve je pripremljeno, rekla je Markotić.
Na pitanje kako se postupa s osobama s kojima je zaraženi kontaktirao, Markotić odgovara:
- Epidemiološke službe idu kod svih kontakata, ispituju i sva mjesta gdje je gospodin bio. Nije to prva situacija, to se radi i kod ospica... to su situacije koje su sasvim normalan posao epidemioloških službi.
Markotić je još jednom pokušala umiriti građane, a svima onima koji sumnjaju na koronavirus poručuje:
- Svatko tko zna da je bio u kontaktu s bolesnikom, kontaktirat će ga epidemiološka služba. Ako razvije simptome bolesti, bit će pregledan, testiran, a za sve ostale koji nisu imali kontakte ili bili u rizičnim područjima, nema razloga za brigu ni paniku. Još uvijek mogu imati puno češće gripu ili prehladu, nego koronavirus. Očekujemo blagu bolest i da je sve u redu, da ju prebole, kaže Markotić.
Zaraženi muškarac je u kliniku stigao sinoć, no nema opasnosti za sve one koji su sinoć bili tamo, kao ni za ostale pacijente koji su u klinici hospitalizirani.
- Ostali pacijenti u klinici su apsolutno sigurni. Ovi su bolesnici izolirani, ali da bismo oslobodili kapacitete, mi ćemo pokušati jedan dio tih bolesnika otpustiti, tako da imamo dovoljno prostora za te kratkotrajne izolacije. On nije bio u čekaonici, bio je najavljen, išao je direktno na odjel i nitko nije bio u kontaktu s njim osim zdravstvenih radnika klinike, kaže Markotić. Kao prevenciju, građani ne bi trebali biti u kontaktu s nekim tko je bio u rizičnim područjima, ako ta osoba ima simptome bolesti.
Na pitanje o tome očekuje li se i u Hrvatskoj situacija slična onoj u Italiji, odgovorila je:
- U Italiji ima 200 i nešto oboljelih, što nije nemoguć scenarij. To je vrlo moguće za čas, i ako usporedimo s gripom, od jednog oboljelog može biti 50, 100, 300 ljudi. To nije nešto što bi bilo neuobičajeno, ali nadamo se da neće biti, ističe.
Bolnica je adekvatno opremljena, a za sada osoblje ima dovoljno zaštitne opreme.
- Činjenica je da je deficit zaštitne opreme u svijetu i nadamo se da će ovo biti dovoljno, a Ministarstvo i stožer su u potrazi za resursima koje bi mogli dodatno nabaviti. To je jednokratna oprema, sve se skida i ide na spaljivanje, rekla je Alemka Markotić.
