- Bilo je oko 19 sati dok sam sa susjedom stajala ispred svoje stambene zgrade u Gajnicama. Prišao mi je susjed i tražio cigaretu iako sam mu rekla već ranije da mi se ne približava i ne obraća. Susjeda me otpratila do lifta jer me bilo strah da me on opet ne dočeka. Neprimjereno se ponašao često. Susjeda je otišla a on mi je prišao i pitao kuda idem. Rekla sam mu kući na što je on ispred mene stao u raskoračni stav priječeći mi prolazak. Rekla sam mu da se makne, on nije htio te me počeo grliti rukama oko vrata. Krenuo me ljubiti po vratu, glavi i po tjemenu govoreći mi: ‘ljubavi moja, volim te, ti si moja...‘ - prisjetila se užasne epizode iz stubišta zgrade u kojoj stanuje jedna vremešna Zagrepčanka, piše Jutarnji list.

Dodala je i da joj je sve to bilo poražavajuće, a nametljivom 71-godišnjem susjedu je prestravljeno opetovano ponavljala da se makne od nje kao i da je puno starija od njega. Napasnog susjeda koji stanuje tri kata ispod nje, uspjela je na jedvite jade nakon nekog vremena odgurnuti od sebe te pobjeći iz zgrade van do prvih susjeda a zatim i policije. Otkrila je i da je prije tog događaja 71-godišnji susjed joj prilazio te joj se obraćao neprimjereno.

- Imao je potrebu me grliti i ljubiti. Nikada mu nisam dala povod nego sam uvijek bježala od njega. Istraumatizirana sam i dekoncentrirana radi svega toga, a ranije događaje nisam prijavljivala policiji upravo iz straha od susjeda – zaključila je žrtva napasnog vremešnog bludnog Zagrepčanina.

U trenutku uhićenja on je napuhao 0,28 promila a s njim su se, osim policije, na kraju morali pozabaviti i liječnici.

Naime, prema mišljenju vještaka psihijatra, 71-godišnjak je u inkriminirano vrijeme bio u stanju shizofrene psihoze koja se pogoršavala. Bio je neubrojiv dok se nametljivo ponašao i bludničio pa će mu stoga, tijekom sudskog postupka koji se protiv optuženog vodi, prema Zakonu o zaštiti osoba s duševnim smetnjama, umjesto zatvora biti određen prisilni smještaj u psihijatrijskoj ustanovi jer postoji značajna opasnost od ponavljanja djela pa i onih težeg stupnja. A to obično bude šest mjeseci nakon čega se njegovo zdravstveno stanje ponovno utvrđuje.

- Bilo je oko 19 sati dok sam sa susjedom stajala ispred svoje stambene zgrade u Gajnicama. Prišao mi je susjed i tražio cigaretu iako sam mu rekla već ranije da mi se ne približava i ne obraća. Susjeda me otpratila do lifta jer me bilo strah da me on opet ne dočeka. Neprimjereno se ponašao često. Susjeda je otišla a on mi je prišao i pitao kuda idem. Rekla sam mu kući na što je on ispred mene stao u raskoračni stav priječeći mi prolazak. Rekla sam mu da se makne, on nije htio te me počeo grliti rukama oko vrata. Krenuo me ljubiti po vratu, glavi i po tjemenu govoreći mi: ‘ljubavi moja, volim te, ti si moja...‘ - prisjetila se užasne epizode iz stubišta zgrade u kojoj stanuje jedna vremešna Zagrepčanka, piše Jutarnji list.

Dodala je i da joj je sve to bilo poražavajuće, a nametljivom 71-godišnjem susjedu je prestravljeno opetovano ponavljala da se makne od nje kao i da je puno starija od njega. Napasnog susjeda koji stanuje tri kata ispod nje, uspjela je na jedvite jade nakon nekog vremena odgurnuti od sebe te pobjeći iz zgrade van do prvih susjeda a zatim i policije. Otkrila je i da je prije tog događaja 71-godišnji susjed joj prilazio te joj se obraćao neprimjereno.

- Imao je potrebu me grliti i ljubiti. Nikada mu nisam dala povod nego sam uvijek bježala od njega. Istraumatizirana sam i dekoncentrirana radi svega toga, a ranije događaje nisam prijavljivala policiji upravo iz straha od susjeda – zaključila je žrtva napasnog vremešnog bludnog Zagrepčanina.

U trenutku uhićenja on je napuhao 0,28 promila a s njim su se, osim policije, na kraju morali pozabaviti i liječnici.

Naime, prema mišljenju vještaka psihijatra, 71-godišnjak je u inkriminirano vrijeme bio u stanju shizofrene psihoze koja se pogoršavala. Bio je neubrojiv dok se nametljivo ponašao i bludničio pa će mu stoga, tijekom sudskog postupka koji se protiv optuženog vodi, prema Zakonu o zaštiti osoba s duševnim smetnjama, umjesto zatvora biti određen prisilni smještaj u psihijatrijskoj ustanovi jer postoji značajna opasnost od ponavljanja djela pa i onih težeg stupnja. A to obično bude šest mjeseci nakon čega se njegovo zdravstveno stanje ponovno utvrđuje.

- Bilo je oko 19 sati dok sam sa susjedom stajala ispred svoje stambene zgrade u Gajnicama. Prišao mi je susjed i tražio cigaretu iako sam mu rekla već ranije da mi se ne približava i ne obraća. Susjeda me otpratila do lifta jer me bilo strah da me on opet ne dočeka. Neprimjereno se ponašao često. Susjeda je otišla a on mi je prišao i pitao kuda idem. Rekla sam mu kući na što je on ispred mene stao u raskoračni stav priječeći mi prolazak. Rekla sam mu da se makne, on nije htio te me počeo grliti rukama oko vrata. Krenuo me ljubiti po vratu, glavi i po tjemenu govoreći mi: ‘ljubavi moja, volim te, ti si moja...‘ - prisjetila se užasne epizode iz stubišta zgrade u kojoj stanuje jedna vremešna Zagrepčanka, piše Jutarnji list.

Dodala je i da joj je sve to bilo poraž...
