Kad predsezonu uništi koronavirus, a Amerikanca, Francuza, Engleza, Šveđanina ili Kineza nema na vidiku, zovi u pomoć podstanare!
Za tim je, doduše za sada samo privremenim, poslovnim manevrom posegnuo jedan splitski iznajmljivač koji je na Facebooku oglasio turistički apartman u središtu grada za najam podstanarima, i to samo na dva mjeseca. Koliko god se isprva činilo da će mu teško poći za rukom pronaći zainteresirane za kratkoročni najam, upalilo je...
"Iznajmljujem trosoban stan u centru Splita na dva mjeseca, od 1. travnja do 1. lipnja 2020. Cijena 3700 kuna", stajalo je u oglasu apartmana koji se u sezoni iznajmljuje za 130 eura po danu. Čim je osvanuo, zaredali su se komentari...
"Ne ide predsezona", "Slučajno mi ne treba", "Moglo bi ove godine i dugoročno", "Može za 100 kuna mjesečno", "Jel to znači da 1. lipnja počima sezona", "Ovi šta ne živu od sezone, draže im se narugat nego pivo popit, e moja državo", "Javim se kad ga spustiš na 500 kn", "Možeš slobodno produžit do 1. 8., nema ni pasa", "Došlo vrime da se treba shvatit da sezona treba biti usputna grana, da treba počet radit, a ne uvoziti Indijce za radnu snagu", "Nažalost, to je došlo sa zapada, nismo prepoznali smicalicu, rasprodali smo vitalne stvari kao oranice, stan ne možemo jesti"...
Takvi i slični komentari nizali su se ispod oglasa splitskog iznajmljivača koji se nije ustručavao reagirati na one poput "dobrih želja" jedne komentatorice: "Toplo se nadam da će korona potrajat dogodine, samo da ovi uhljebi šta izbacuju na lito naše ljude i deru strance po džepu izgube sve prihode."
"Žalosno je ovako malo poznavanja ekonomije, u krizi s turizmom mali iznajmljivači će izgubiti najmanje, dok će se broj radnih mjesta, kao i plaća u svim granama, smanjiti. Malo više škole, a malo manje Instagrama", uzvratio joj je svojom poslovnom logikom Splićanin.
Samo dan kasnije ekipi s Fejsa svečano je obznanio: "Hvala svima na lijepim željama, što su mi svojim komentarima držali oglas na vrhu grupe. Stan je iznajmljen."

Kad predsezonu uništi koronavirus, a Amerikanca, Francuza, Engleza, Šveđanina ili Kineza nema na vidiku, zovi u pomoć podstanare!
Za tim je, doduše za sada samo privremenim, poslovnim manevrom posegnuo jedan splitski iznajmljivač koji je na Facebooku oglasio turistički apartman u središtu grada za najam podstanarima, i to samo na dva mjeseca. Koliko god se isprva činilo da će mu teško poći za rukom pronaći zainteresirane za kratkoročni najam, upalilo je...
"Iznajmljujem trosoban stan u centru Splita na dva mjeseca, od 1. travnja do 1. lipnja 2020. Cijena 3700 kuna", stajalo je u oglasu apartmana koji se u sezoni iznajmljuje za 130 eura po danu. Čim je osvanuo, zaredali su se komentari...
"Ne ide predsezona", "Slučajno mi ne treba", "Moglo bi ove godine i dugoročno", "Može za 100 kuna mjesečno", "Jel to znači da 1. lipnja počima sezona", "Ovi šta ne živu od sezone, draže im se narugat nego pivo popit, e moja državo", "Javim se kad ga spustiš na 500 kn", "Možeš slobodno produžit do 1. 8., nema ni pasa", "Došlo vrime da se treba shvatit da sezona treba biti usputna grana, da treba počet radit, a ne uvoziti Indijce za radnu snagu", "Nažalost, to je došlo sa zapada, nismo prepoznali smicalicu, rasprodali smo vitalne stvari kao oranice, stan ne možemo jesti"...
Takvi i slični komentari nizali su se ispod oglasa splitskog iznajmljivača koji se nije ustručavao reagirati na one poput "dobrih želja" jedne komentatorice: "Toplo se nadam da će korona potrajat dogodine, samo da ovi uhljebi šta izbacuju na lito naše ljude i deru strance po džepu izgube sve prihode."
"Žalosno je ovako malo poznavanja ekonomije, u krizi s turizmom mali iznajmljivači će izgubiti najmanje, dok će se broj radnih mjesta, kao i plaća u svim granama, smanjiti. Malo više škole, a malo manje Instagrama", uzvratio joj je svojom poslovnom logikom Splićanin.
Samo dan kasnije ekipi s Fejsa svečano je obznanio: "Hvala svima na lijepim željama, što su mi svojim komentarima držali oglas na vrhu grupe. Stan je iznajmljen."
