Umirovljeni bojnik Hrvatske vojske Veljko Buzov (60) je opet ljut na Upravni odjel za komunalne poslove Grada Splita. Na 31. godišnjicu smrti njegovog oca Joze, bojnika Hrvatske vojske iz svog poštanskog sandućića izvadio je uplatnice za cijelu 2023 godinu na ime komunalne naknade za garažu koju je njegov pokojni otac prodao 1986. godine i od tada nije njezin vlasnik.

Ne samo da čovjek nije vlasnik garaže, nego je, nažalost, i i poginuo 1992. u Domovinskom ratu, a uplatnice mu stižu kao da garažu koristi, kao da je njen vlasnik i kao da je živ.

Veljko je u veljači ove godine već istupio u našoj novini revoltiran što su tada na njegovu adresu u Stepinčevoj 75 u Splitu iz tog ureda poslali rješenje o ovrsi komunalne naknade u razdoblju od 2015. do 2021. godine, na ime njegovog pokojnog oca a sada su unatoč njegovom javnom upozorenju da je njegov otac mrtav i da je garaža u Vukovarskoj odavno promijenila vlasnika.

- Spremao sam se sa očevim suborcima taj dan uputiti na Svilaju gdje svake godine obilježavamo smrt mog oca i onda sam otvorio sandučić i vidio ove uplatnice. Poludio sam i ne znam više šta da radim. Nakon objavljenog članka uistinu me iz Grada Splita zvao gospodin Bačić koji je došao i do pravog vlasnika i na terenu je utvrdio sve činjenice koje idu u prilog onoga što sam vam rekao.

Čak su tamo u Stepinčevoj 3 (bivša Paićeva 9) gdje je bila garaža mog oca koju je prodao 1986. godina našli osam garaža, a mislili su da ih je četiri. Bačić mi je tada rekao da mi više neće dolaziti nikave uplatnice i da je problem detektiran i riješen.

Nije prvi put

A onda dobijem snop uplatnica za cijelu godinu. Ja ne znam zašto oni to uopće šalju na moju adresu na kojoj moj otac nikad nije živio i zašto ovim uplatnicama nerviraju mene i moj obitelj? Mi smo nakon smrti dobili smrtovnicu, održana je i ostavinska rasprava, sve je napravljeno legalno i transparentno u situaciji kad jedan čovjek umre, došao je i taj djelatnik Bačić i sve utvrdio, a onda dobiješ ovako nešto.

Ovo je četvrti i put da Grad Split ignorira moja upozorenja i izruguje se s nama, jer smo i prije imali ovaj problem - ističe Veljko Buzov.

Leona Grgić Pročelnica po ovlaštenju Upravnog odjela za komunalne poslove Grada Splita nam je detaljno odgovorila na upit o ovom problemu navodeći da problema više - neće biti.

- U prosincu 2022. godine naša informatika izradila je obračun komunalne naknade za 2023. godinu i tada je "zaključana" mogućnost izmjena u našem sustavu za obračun komunalne naknade do dostave uplatnice zbog obračuna.

Od dana 13. prosinca 2022.g. kolege u Odsjeku za komunalno gospodarstvo nisu mogli izdavati nova Rješenja te nismo mogli ni ukinuti obvezu, kako drugim građanima tako ni gospodinu Jozi Buzovu za garažni prostor.

Kolega izvidnik je u međuvremenu izvršio očevid na terenu, dana 10. veljače ove godine, te dostavio zapisnik za daljnje postupanje nadležnom referentu kada mu se dopusti unos izmjena.

Kako je podjela uplatnica radi novih rješenja Hrvatskih voda čija se naknada obračunava zajedno s komunalnom naknadom bila u kašnjenju, to smo izmjene u sustavu mogli započeti raditi tek prije nekoliko dana.

Svi zaprimljeni zahtjevi i radnje po službenoj dužnosti sada se unose u sustav te će se gospodinu Buzovu ukinuti obveza i zadužiti pravi vlasnik.".

Veljko Buzov se toplo nada da ovakvih uplatnica u njegovom sandučiću neće biti i da će moći zadržati uspomenu na svog oca kao heroja, a ne dužnika.

Umirovljeni bojnik Hrvatske vojske Veljko Buzov (60) je opet ljut na Upravni odjel za komunalne poslove Grada Splita. Na 31. godišnjicu smrti njegovog oca Joze, bojnika Hrvatske vojske iz svog poštanskog sandućića izvadio je uplatnice za cijelu 2023 godinu na ime komunalne naknade za garažu koju je njegov pokojni otac prodao 1986. godine i od tada nije njezin vlasnik.

Ne samo da čovjek nije vlasnik garaže, nego je, nažalost, i i poginuo 1992. u Domovinskom ratu, a uplatnice mu stižu kao da garažu koristi, kao da je njen vlasnik i kao da je živ.

Veljko je u veljači ove godine već istupio u našoj novini revoltiran što su tada na njegovu adresu u Stepinčevoj 75 u Splitu iz tog ureda poslali rješenje o ovrsi komunalne naknade u razdoblju od 2015. do 2021. godine, na ime njegovog pokojnog oca a sada su unatoč njegovom javnom upozorenju da je njegov otac mrtav i da je garaža u Vukovarskoj odavno promijenila vlasnika.

- Spremao sam se sa očevim suborcima taj dan uputiti na Svilaju gdje svake godine obilježavamo smrt mog oca i onda sam otvorio sandučić i vidio ove uplatnice. Poludio sam i ne znam više šta da radim. Nakon objavljenog članka uistinu me iz Grada Splita zvao gospodin Bačić koji je došao i do pravog vlasnika i na terenu je utvrdio sve činjenice koje idu u prilog onoga što sam vam rekao.

Čak su tamo u Stepinčevoj 3 (bivša Paićeva 9) gdje je bila garaža mog oca koju je prodao 1986. godina našli osam garaža, a mislili su da ih je četiri. Bačić mi je tada rekao da mi više neće dolaziti nikave uplatnice i da je problem detektiran i riješen.

Nije prvi put

A onda dobijem snop uplatnica za cijelu godinu. Ja ne znam zašto oni to uopće šalju na moju adresu na kojoj moj otac nikad nije živio i zašto ovim uplatnicama nerviraju mene i moj obitelj? Mi smo nakon smrti dobili smrtovnicu, održana je i ostavinska rasprava, sve je napravljeno legalno i transparentno u situaciji kad jedan čovjek umre, došao je i taj djelatnik Bačić i sve utvrdio, a onda dobiješ ovako nešto.

Ovo je četvrti i put da Grad Split ignorira moja upozorenja i izruguje se s nama, jer smo i prije imali ovaj problem - ističe Veljko Buzov.

Leona Grgić Pročelnica po ovlaštenju Upravnog odjela za komunalne poslove Grada Splita nam je detaljno odgovorila na upit o ovom problemu navodeći da problema više - neće biti.

- U prosincu 2022. godine naša informatika izradila je obračun komunalne naknade za 2023. godinu i tada je "zaključana" mogućnost izmjena u našem sustavu za obračun komunalne naknade do dostave uplatnice zbog obračuna.

Od dana 13. prosinca 2022.g. kolege u Odsjeku za komunalno gospodarstvo nisu mogli izdavati nova Rješenja te nismo mogli ni ukinuti obvezu, kako drugim građanima tako ni gospodinu Jozi Buzovu za garažni prostor.

Kolega izvidnik je u međuvremenu izvršio očevid na terenu, dana 10. veljače ove godine, te dostavio zapisnik za daljnje postupanje nadležnom referentu kada mu se dopusti unos izmjena.

Kako je podjela uplatnica radi novih rješenja Hrvatskih voda čija se naknada obračunava zajedno s komunalnom naknadom bila u kašnjenju, to smo izmjene u sustavu mogli započeti raditi tek prije nekoliko dana.

Svi zaprimljeni zahtjevi i radnje po službenoj dužnosti sada se unose u sustav te će se gospodinu Buzovu ukinuti obveza i zadužiti pravi vlasnik.".

Veljko Buzov se toplo nada da ovakvih uplatnica u njegovom sandučiću neće biti i da će moći zadržati uspomenu na svog oca kao heroja, a ne dužnika.
