Na današnjem sučeljavanje kandidata za splitskog gradonačelnika u organizaciji Slobodne Dalmacije, uz Ivicu Puljka i Zorana Đogaša sudjeluju i njihovi kandidati za zamjenike Bojan Ivošević i Antonio Kuzmanić te Zrinka Mužinić Bikić i Tomislav Šuta.
Bojanu Ivoševiću, kojem prijeti uvjetna kazna zatvora od godine dana uz rok kušnje od dvije godine zbog prijetnji upućenoj urednici Gradske rubrike "Slobodne Dalmacije" postavljeno je pitanje što ako dobije osuđujuću presudu.

Podsjetimo, navedenu sankciju traži Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu u optužnici koju su podigli protiv njega zbog prijetnji upućenoj urednici Gradske rubrike "Slobodne Dalmacije".
Prijetnje su se odnosile na rad nje i njenih kolega. Riječima "napit ću vam se krvi" izrazio je svoje nezadovoljstvo tekstovima u Slobodnoj te pokušao utjecati na sadržaj izazivajući strah i uznemirenost, navodi se u optužnici.
Optužnica ga tereti za kazneno djela prijetnje iz članka 139. stavak 3. Kaznenog zakona što se odnosi na prijetnje upućene osobi zbog posla koji obavlja, između ostalog i prema novinaru. Za navedeno kazneno djelo zapriječena je zatvorska kazna od šest mjeseci do tri godine zatvora te je predložena sankcija očekivana pošto je Bojan Ivošević neosuđivana osoba.
U tim slučajevima se naime ide ili na najnižu sankciju ili ispod nje, u okvirima sudske prakse, kada se radi o osobi koja nema kazneni dosje. Bojanu Ivoševiću stavlja se na teret da je 6. veljače 2022. godine, oko 19.30, u Splitu putem mobilnog telefona nazvao urednicu gradske rubrike te joj je, u cilju da izazove osjećaj straha i uznemirenosti, uputio prijeteće riječi.
U optužnici stoji kako je bio nezadovoljan sadržajem članaka objavljenih na portalu i u tom dnevnom listu koji su se odnosili na njega i njegov rad na dužnosti dogradonačelnika, kao i u odnosu na članove njegove obitelji. Osnovano se sumnja da je novinarka njegove riječi prenijela svojoj kolegici (novinarki), a zatim glavnoj urednici tog dnevnog lista, kao i izvršnoj urednici portala, koje su kod svih njih izazvale osjećaj straha i uznemirenosti, navodi se u optužnici.
Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je u mjesec i pol dana ispitalo dogradonačelnika i sve ostale svjedoke te išlo na utuženje. O optužnici će odlučiti tročlano vijeće Općinskog suda u Splitu.
Ako bude potvrđena, spis se raspodjeljuje raspravnom sucu koji će provesti suđenje na kojem će se ponovno izvesti svi dokazi. Nakon saznanja o njegovim riječima, Ivošević se javno ispričao zbog neprimjerene komunikacije.
Državno odvjetništvo je procijenilo da se radi o počinjenju kaznenog djela te su stoga išli u podizanje optužnice. Svi dokazi su obrazloženi i priloženi uz optužni akt.

Na današnjem sučeljavanje kandidata za splitskog gradonačelnika u organizaciji Slobodne Dalmacije, uz Ivicu Puljka i Zorana Đogaša sudjeluju i njihovi kandidati za zamjenike Bojan Ivošević i Antonio Kuzmanić te Zrinka Mužinić Bikić i Tomislav Šuta.
Bojanu Ivoševiću, kojem prijeti uvjetna kazna zatvora od godine dana uz rok kušnje od dvije godine zbog prijetnji upućenoj urednici Gradske rubrike "Slobodne Dalmacije" postavljeno je pitanje što ako dobije osuđujuću presudu.

Podsjetimo, navedenu sankciju traži Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu u optužnici koju su podigli protiv njega zbog prijetnji upućenoj urednici Gradske rubrike "Slobodne Dalmacije".
Prijetnje su se odnosile na rad nje i njenih kolega. Riječima "napit ću vam se krvi" izrazio je svoje nezadovoljstvo tekstovima u Slobodnoj te pokušao utjecati na sadržaj izazivajući strah i uznemirenost, navodi se u optužnici.
Optužnica ga tereti za kazneno djela prijetnje iz članka 139. stavak 3. Kaznenog zakona što se odnosi na prijetnje upućene osobi zbog posla koji obavlja, između ostalog i prema novinaru. Za navedeno kazneno djelo zapriječena je zatvorska kazna od šest mjeseci do tri godine zatvora te je predložena sankcija očekivana pošto je Bojan Ivošević neosuđivana osoba.
U tim slučajevima se naime ide ili na najnižu sankciju ili ispod nje, u okvirima sudske prakse, kada se radi o osobi koja nema kazneni dosje. Bojanu Ivoševiću stavlja se na teret da je 6. veljače 2022. godine, oko 19.30, u Splitu putem mobilnog telefona nazvao urednicu gradske rubrike te joj je, u cilju da izazove osjećaj straha i uznemirenosti, uputio prijeteće riječi.
U optužnici stoji kako je bio nezadovoljan sadržajem članaka objavljenih na portalu i u tom dnevnom listu koji su se odnosili na njega i njegov rad na dužnosti dogradonačelnika, kao i u odnosu na članove njegove obitelji. Osnovano se sumnja da je novinarka njegove riječi prenijela svojoj kolegici (novinarki), a zatim glavnoj urednici tog dnevnog lista, kao i izvršnoj urednici portala, koje su kod svih njih izazvale osjećaj straha i uznemirenosti, navodi se u optužnici.
Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu je u mjesec i pol dana ispitalo dogradonačelnika i sve ostale svjedoke te išlo na utuženje. O optužnici će odlučiti tročlano vijeće Općinskog suda u Splitu.
Ako bude potvrđena, spis se raspodjeljuje raspravnom sucu koji će provesti suđenje na kojem će se ponovno izvesti svi dokazi. Nakon saznanja o njegovim riječima, Ivošević se javno ispričao zbog neprimjerene komunikacije.
Državno odvjetništvo je procijenilo da se radi o počinjenju kaznenog djela te su stoga išli u podizanje optužnice. Svi dokazi su obrazloženi i priloženi uz optužni akt.
