Koliko čujem u uredu, kolegice naveliko pričaju o tome treba li ili ne ipak stvoriti neke zalihe hrane doma, kupiti "koje kilo" brašna više, još koju konzervu pelata, tune, kukuruza, slanutka.

Preračunavaju kakve su sa zalihama baznog mesa, ne znaju bili se smijale jagmi za wc papirom, ili i same malo "podebljale" police.

SA SVJEŽIM SIROM I ZOBENIM PAHULJICAMA


Sastojci:


500 g svježeg sira

250 g zobenih pahuljica

1 žličica soli

1 žličica sode bikarbone

2 žlice maslinovog ulja

žlica lanenih sjemenki 


Priprema:

U posudi izmješajte svježi sir, jaja, sol i sodu bikarbonu. Dodajte maslinovo ulje, lanene sjemenke i na kraju zobene pahuljice. Smjesu dobro izmiješajte kuhačom dok ne postane homogena i glatka.

Kalup za pečenje kruha obložite papirom za pečenje ili namastite željenom masnoćom. Izlijte smjesu u kalup i pecite oko 45 minuta na 170 stupnjeva.

 

S LEĆOM I PSYLLIUM LJUSKICAMA


Sastojci:


3 žlice psyllium ljuskica

150 g crvene leće

150 g teff brašna

½ čajne žlice sode bikarbone

½ čajne žlice soli

140 g suncokretovih sjemenki
 

Priprema:

Pomiješajte oko 450 ml vode sa psyllium ljuskicama i pustite da stoji sat vremena. Zagrijte pećnicu na 160 °C.

U blenderu izmiksajte crvenu leću dok ne postane brašno. Pomiješajte brašno od leće s ostalim sastojcima. Mješavini dodajte psyllium smjesu i zamijesite tijesto.

Oblikujte kruh po želji i pecite 60 minuta ili dok ne postane zlatno-smeđe boje.


KRUH OD PALENTE
 

Palenta je sjajna zamjena za kruh, priprema je brza, dovoljno je skuhati palentu i pričekati da se ohladi pa je narezati na kriške.

Umiješate li u palentu i jaje te malo sira, lako se pretvara u obrok koji osim kvalitetnih ugljikohidrata sadrži i proteine, pa ćete i dulje biti siti. 

Odlučite li se za jaja, umiješajte ih tek kad palentu maknete s vatre kako bi ostala kremasta i glatka.

Možete dodati i koju žlicu chia sjemenki, grčki jogurt ili svježi sir.

 

Sastojci:

250 g palente

2 jaja

1 l vode

sol


Priprema:

1. Zagrijte vodu do vrenja, posolite i pjenjačom umutite palentu da ne bude grudica.

2. Kad se zgusne, maknite s vatre, pričekajte minutu pa žustro umiješajte jaja.

3. Ostavite da se ohladi pa narežite na komade.

 

Nakon što se ohladi, palentu narezanu na kriške možete i zapeći. Stavite ih na papir za pečenje i pecite je na 200 stupnjeva oko 12 minuta s jedne strane, zatim je izvadite, okrenite i još je toliko pecite i s druge strane. 


POGAČICE OD SKYRA


Sastojci:

Skyr sir

Kvasac

Sol (i drugi začini)

Zobene pahuljice (pola samljevene, pola obične)

Naribani sir (po želji)

Malo običnog brašna

 

Priprema:

U posudi najprije izmiješajte "tekuće sastojke", na kraju dodajte zobene pahuljice i malo brašna. Izvadite količinu za pogačicu (okvirno 2 jušne žlice) i tako ih slažite na papir za pečenje u tepsiji. Pecite ih sa svake strane po 15 minuta.

Koliko čujem u uredu, kolegice naveliko pričaju o tome treba li ili ne ipak stvoriti neke zalihe hrane doma, kupiti "koje kilo" brašna više, još koju konzervu pelata, tune, kukuruza, slanutka.

Preračunavaju kakve su sa zalihama baznog mesa, ne znaju bili se smijale jagmi za wc papirom, ili i same malo "podebljale" police.

"Ma, htjela bih izbjeći odlaske u trgovine, među puno ljudi, koliko mogu. Svi bi trebali to raditi. Po kruh ću morati. Da i kupim 5 kila brašna, nisam sigurna da bih ga doma znala uspješno ispeći" - rezimira jedna od njih.

No za slastan i, k tomu, znatno zdraviji kruh brašno i kvasac uopće vam nisu nužni.

SA SVJEŽIM SIROM I ZOBENIM PAHULJICAMA


Sastojci:


500 g svježeg sira

250 g zobenih pahuljica

1 žličica soli

1 žličica sode bikarbone

2 žlice maslinovog ulja

žlica lanenih sjemenki 


Priprema:

U posudi izmješajte svježi sir, jaja, sol i sodu bikarbonu. Dodajte maslinovo ulje, lanene sjemenke i na kraju zobene pahuljice. Smjesu dobro izmiješajte kuhačom dok ne postane homogena i glatka.

Kalup za pečenje kruha obložite papirom za pečenje ili namastite željenom masnoćom. Izlijte smjesu u kalup i pecite oko 45 minuta na 170 stupnjeva.

 

S LEĆOM I PSYLLIUM LJUSKICAMA


Sastojci:


3 žlice psyllium ljuskica

150 g crvene leće

150 g teff brašna

½ čajne žlice sode bikarbone

½ čajne žlice soli

140 g suncokretovih sjemenki
 

Priprema:

Pomiješajte oko 450 ml vode sa psyllium ljuskicama i pustite da stoji sat vremena. Zagrijte pećnicu na 160 °C.

U blenderu izmiksajte crvenu leću dok ne postane brašno. Pomiješajte brašno od leće s ostalim sastojcima. Mješavini dodajte psyllium smjesu i zamijesite tijesto.

Oblikujte kruh po želji i pecite 60 minuta ili dok ne postane zlatno-smeđe boje.


KRUH OD PALENTE
 

Palenta je sjajna zamjena za kruh, priprema je brza, dovoljno je skuhati palentu i pričekati da se ohladi pa je narezati na kriške.

Umiješate li u palentu i jaje te malo sira, lako se pretvara u obrok koji osim kvalitetnih ugljikohidrata sadrži i proteine, pa ćete i dulje biti siti. 

Odlučite li se za jaja, umiješajte ih tek kad palentu maknete s vatre kako bi ostala kremasta i glatka.

Možete dodati i koju žlicu chia sjemenki, grčki jogurt ili svježi sir.

 

Sastojci:

250 g palente

2 jaja

1 l vode

sol


Priprema:

1. Zagrijte vodu do vrenja, posolite i pjenjačom umutite palentu da ne bude grudica.

2. Kad se zgusne, maknite s vatre, pričekajte minutu pa žustro umiješajte jaja.

3. Ostavite da se ohladi pa narežite na komade.

 

Nakon što se ohladi, palentu narezanu na kriške možete i zapeći. Stavite ih na papir za pečenje i pecite je na 200 stupnjeva oko 12 minuta s jedne strane, zatim je izvadite, okrenite i još je toliko pecite i s druge strane. 


POGAČICE OD SKYRA


Sastojci:

Skyr sir

Kvasac

Sol (i drugi začini)

Zobene pahuljice (pola samljevene, pola obične)

Naribani sir (po želji)

Malo običnog brašna

 

Priprema:

U posudi najprije izmiješajte "tekuće sastojke", na kraju dodajte zobene pahuljice i malo brašna. Izvadite količinu za pogačicu (okvirno 2 jušne žlice) i tako ih slažite na papir za pečenje u tepsiji. Pecite ih sa svake strane po 15 minuta.

Koliko čujem u uredu, kolegice naveliko pričaju o tome treba li ili ne ipak stvoriti neke zalihe hrane doma, kupiti "koje kilo" brašna više, još koju konzervu pelata, tune, kukuruza, slanutka.

Preračunavaju kakve su sa zalihama baznog mesa, ne znaju bili se smijale jagmi za wc papirom, ili i same malo "podebljale" police.

"Ma, htjela bih izbjeći odlaske u trgovine, među puno ljudi, koliko mogu. Svi bi trebali to raditi. Po kruh ću morati. Da i kupim 5 kila brašna, nisam sigurna da bih ga doma znala uspješno ispeći" - rezimira jedna od njih.

No za slastan i, k tomu, znatno zdraviji kruh brašno i kvasac uopće vam nisu nužni.
