Lijepo je to, jer ako ti netko ošteti automobil, osiguranje pokriva troškove “liječenja” limenog ljubimca. Ali ako padne gadna tuča, kao prije par godina, a vi nemate kasko, nema šanse da ćete ta udubljenja izravnati bez dodatnog plaćanja. Isto je tako ako vam nepoznat netko ošteti auto na parkingu.

Nema kaska, friži ostaju. Ili se dodatno plaćaju. Nema veze što godinama plaćaš osiguranje i što ga nisi nikad iskoristio - uložio si u desetak godina više 20.000 kuna za nevelik auto, ali nema dodatne nagrade za dobrotu i vjernost. Šteta nije ogromna, auto je u voznom stanju, čovjek je fin i pristojan i odmah daje svoju policu, a ti - cijeli sretan - nakon prijave svega na odgovarajućemu mjestu odeš u ovlašteni servis riješiti stvar što prije i zaboraviti na incident. Radno mi vrijeme pati. Patim i ja jer sve to treba nadoknaditi. I sad, pitam ja njih, zašto sam ni kriv ni dužan i s urednim osiguranjem na kraju ipak oštećen. Jer i moje vrijeme nešto vrijedi.

“Gospodine, možete ga privatno tužiti i tražiti nadoknadu ili se izvansudski nagoditi.” Je, a za to čovjeku ponovno treba vremena za potezanje po sudu i nagodbama. A i novca.

Lijepo je to, jer ako ti netko ošteti automobil, osiguranje pokriva troškove “liječenja” limenog ljubimca. Ali ako padne gadna tuča, kao prije par godina, a vi nemate kasko, nema šanse da ćete ta udubljenja izravnati bez dodatnog plaćanja. Isto je tako ako vam nepoznat netko ošteti auto na parkingu.

Nema kaska, friži ostaju. Ili se dodatno plaćaju. Nema veze što godinama plaćaš osiguranje i što ga nisi nikad iskoristio - uložio si u desetak godina više 20.000 kuna za nevelik auto, ali nema dodatne nagrade za dobrotu i vjernost. Jedino ako se uredno javiš kako prelaziš u konkurencije, e onda pljušte ponude s darovima i popustima. Skoro identičan scenarij kao s teleoperaterima.

Ima još jedna caka koja vam može još pinkicu otežati život. U tebe se, ni kriva ni dužna, na križanju zabije lik koji se zamislio. Šteta nije ogromna, auto je u voznom stanju, čovjek je fin i pristojan i odmah daje svoju policu, a ti - cijeli sretan - nakon prijave svega na odgovarajućemu mjestu odeš u ovlašteni servis riješiti stvar što prije i zaboraviti na incident. Je. Ovlaštenjak treba vidjeti sve s osiguravateljem, rasturiti auto i dogovorno procijeniti štetu, tj. što sve treba mijenjati, a što skrpati.

Naravno da ovlašteni servis radi u istom terminu kad i ja. S tim da ja moram nadoknaditi potrošeno vrijeme izvan posla, a on će uredno zatvoriti na kraju svoga radnog vremena. Dalje, za procjenu, dogovor i ostalo na nekoliko dana ostaješ bez auta i s prijevozom se snalaziš kako najbolje znaš i možeš. Kad nakon telefonskog poziva presretan napokon odeš po auto, ispada da treba obaviti još dvije dodatne vožnje s prenošenjem nekih papira na potpisivanje kod osiguravatelja i vraćanje istih u ovlaštenjaka.

Radno mi vrijeme pati. Patim i ja jer sve to treba nadoknaditi. I sad, pitam ja njih, zašto sam ni kriv ni dužan i s urednim osiguranjem na kraju ipak oštećen. Jer i moje vrijeme nešto vrijedi.

“Gospodine, možete ga privatno tužiti i tražiti nadoknadu ili se izvansudski nagoditi.” Je, a za to čovjeku ponovno treba vremena za potezanje po sudu i nagodbama. A i novca.
