U tržišnoj ekonomiji događaju se kupnje i prodaje tvrtki, preuzimanja, pa i gašenja. Ipak kada pravno nestaju nekad uspješna poduzeća, koja su imala širu prepoznatljivost i zapošljavala na tisuće ljudi, to se mora zabilježiti, unatoč gorkom okusu.
Bilokalnik iz Koprivnice osnovan je 1960. godine, a u poduzeću su bile četiri osnovne djelatnosti: industrija papirne ambalaže (Ipa), drvna industrija (Drvo), industrija građevinskog materijala (Igma) i uslužne djelatnosti: Integra (graditeljstvo), Trgovina i Rapid. U zlatno doba koprivničke grupe Bilokalnik tamo je radilo 5000 ljudi.

Britanski ambalažerski div DS Smith, koji kontrolira oko 97,4 posto dionica, odlučio je istisnuti male dioničare iz tvrtke Bilokalnik-industrija papirne ambalaže. DS Smith će na skupštini Bilokalnika 19. ožujka donijeti "odluku o prijenosu dionica manjinskih dioničara društva na glavnog dioničara". Malim dioničarima isplatit će se pravična naknada od 57,17 eura po dionici.
Tim činom Bilokalnik d.d. prestat će postojati, a moguće je da se u skorijoj budućnosti ukine i istoimeno poduzeće te u Koprivnici ostane samo tvornica ambalaže kao ispostava poduzeća DS Smith Belišće, piše Robert Mihaljević za Danicu.hr.
povijest propadanja
Prije dvije godine DS Smith preuzeo je oko 120.000 dionica od Marinka Mikulića i oko 16.000 od Podravske banke. Već tada je bilo jasno kako je samo pitanje vremena kad će istisnuti preostale male dioničare.
Bilokalnik je prije 20-ak godina u sastavu imao industriju papirne ambalaže, građevinskog materijala, tvornicu Drvo, metaloprerađivačku tvrtku Rapid, maloprodaju Trgovine West te dva ambalažerska poduzeća u Rijeci i Mariboru: Rivapack i Bimapak.

Krupne promjene dogodile su se tijekom 2006.: našička Nexe grupa za samo 4 milijuna eura preuzima poduzeća Igma i Drvo, a iz Bilokalnika se izdvajaju Rivapack i Bimapak. Industriju papirne ambalaže kupuje Belišće.
Rapid završava u stečaju, osim dijela za proizvodnju dozirnih pumpi koji nastavlja poslovati u privatnom poduzeću Duwar. Prodaju se i Trgovine West. Na koncu propada prezaduženo Drvo.
Godine 2006. u Bilokalnik-Ipi je bilo zaposleno 600 radnika, ali nakon što tvrtka prelazi u ruke Belišća, Duropacka i na koncu DS Smitha, broj zaposlenih u više se navrata osjetno smanjuje pa ih danas tamo radi 150.
Nakon što Bilokalnik prestane postojati kao dioničko društvo, nestat će i njegova obveza javne objave poslovnih rezultata na burzi. Od ožujka, dakle, više nećemo znati kako tvrtka zapravo posluje i kako stoje radnička primanja, piše Danica.hr.

U tržišnoj ekonomiji događaju se kupnje i prodaje tvrtki, preuzimanja, pa i gašenja. Ipak kada pravno nestaju nekad uspješna poduzeća, koja su imala širu prepoznatljivost i zapošljavala na tisuće ljudi, to se mora zabilježiti, unatoč gorkom okusu.
Bilokalnik iz Koprivnice osnovan je 1960. godine, a u poduzeću su bile četiri osnovne djelatnosti: industrija papirne ambalaže (Ipa), drvna industrija (Drvo), industrija građevinskog materijala (Igma) i uslužne djelatnosti: Integra (graditeljstvo), Trgovina i Rapid. U zlatno doba koprivničke grupe Bilokalnik tamo je radilo 5000 ljudi.

Britanski ambalažerski div DS Smith, koji kontrolira oko 97,4 posto dionica, odlučio je istisnuti male dioničare iz tvrtke Bilokalnik-industrija papirne ambalaže. DS Smith će na skupštini Bilokalnika 19. ožujka donijeti "odluku o prijenosu dionica manjinskih dioničara društva na glavnog dioničara". Malim dioničarima isplatit će se pravična naknada od 57,17 eura po dionici.
Tim činom Bilokalnik d.d. prestat će postojati, a moguće je da se u skorijoj budućnosti ukine i istoimeno poduzeće te u Koprivnici ostane samo tvornica ambalaže kao ispostava poduzeća DS Smith Belišće, piše Robert Mihaljević za Danicu.hr.
povijest propadanja
Prije dvije godine DS Smith preuzeo je oko 120.000 dionica od Marinka Mikulića i oko 16.000 od Podravske banke. Već tada je bilo jasno kako je samo pitanje vremena kad će istisnuti preostale male dioničare.
Bilokalnik je prije 20-ak godina u sastavu imao industriju papirne ambalaže, građevinskog materijala, tvornicu Drvo, metaloprerađivačku tvrtku Rapid, maloprodaju Trgovine West te dva ambalažerska poduzeća u Rijeci i Mariboru: Rivapack i Bimapak.

Krupne promjene dogodile su se tijekom 2006.: našička Nexe grupa za samo 4 milijuna eura preuzima poduzeća Igma i Drvo, a iz Bilokalnika se izdvajaju Rivapack i Bimapak. Industriju papirne ambalaže kupuje Belišće.
Rapid završava u stečaju, osim dijela za proizvodnju dozirnih pumpi koji nastavlja poslovati u privatnom poduzeću Duwar. Prodaju se i Trgovine West. Na koncu propada prezaduženo Drvo.
Godine 2006. u Bilokalnik-Ipi je bilo zaposleno 600 radnika, ali nakon što tvrtka prelazi u ruke Belišća, Duropacka i na koncu DS Smitha, broj zaposlenih u više se navrata osjetno smanjuje pa ih danas tamo radi 150.
Nakon što Bilokalnik prestane postojati kao dioničko društvo, nestat će i njegova obveza javne objave poslovnih rezultata na burzi. Od ožujka, dakle, više nećemo znati kako tvrtka zapravo posluje i kako stoje radnička primanja, piše Danica.hr.
