Poznati hrvatski poduzetnik Franjo Pašalić, vlasnik nautičkih marina "Frapa" u Rogoznici i Dubrovniku, korak je bliže realizaciji velikog turističkog kompleksa "Frapa Resort Medine" u Rogoznici, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Podsjetimo kako je riječ o projektu koji je Vlada, još krajem lipnja prošle godine, proglasila strateškom investicijom, vrijednom nevjerojatnih gotovo 138 milijuna eura. Tvrtka "Medine", iza koje stoji Pašalić koji je jedan od najbogatijih Hrvata, početkom studenoga je Upravnom odjelu za zaštitu okoliša, prostorno uređenje i gradnju Županije šibensko-kninske dostavila elaborat zaštite okoliša.

Taj dokument je prateći dio zahtjeva za ocjenjivanje je li potrebna procjena utjecaja na okoliš za izgradnju spomenutog turističkog kompleksa koji bi na površini od ukupno 17 hektara trebao "niknuti" na zapadnom dijelu mjesta, odmah do marine "Frapa".

Preciznije, riječ je o dijelu poluotoka Gradina, a zapadno od središta Rogoznice, i to građevinskoj zoni u kojoj je dopuštena izgradnja hotela i turističkih naselja. Megaprojekt koji bi promijenio "krvnu sliku" mjesta, ali i jugoistočnog dijela Šibensko-kninske županije, obuhvaća izgradnju hotela, vila i apartmanskih zgrada, ukupnog kapaciteta od 1100 kreveta.

Hotel kategorije pet zvjezdica, imat će 330 turističkih ležajeva, a u njegovu sklopu je planiran i kongresni centar s dvoranom, višenamjenskom izložbenom/banket salom, zatim zatvoreni bazen s pratećim sadržajima te klinika kapaciteta oko 24 bolnička kreveta.

Zanimljivo je da će uz hotelsku zgradu biti izgrađene i dvije manje zgrade trgovačkog centra te objekt sa sportskim sadržajima. Praktički grad u malom.

Osim hotela, za smještaj gostiju planirana je izgradnja još čak 19 objekata: sedam vila i 12 apartmanskih zgrada sa 193 apartmana, ukupnog kapaciteta oko 714 kreveta. Razmišljalo se i o radnoj snazi, koja će biti smještena u posebnom objektu sa 96 kreveta.

Gradit će se otvoreni i zatvoreni bazeni sa slatkom i morskom vodom, ukupne površine 4180 četvornih metara, ali i garaže, podzemne i vanjske, namijenjene gostima i djelatnicima turističkog naselja koje bi prema procjenama mogle primiti oko 2000 vozila.

- Mogu istaknuti da se veselimo ovom projektu, iz više razloga. Prvo je što će nam donijeti nova radna mjesta, a drugo je što će se izgraditi hoteli koji nam na području općine nedostaju.

Time će se promijeniti i profil gostiju koji posjećuju Rogoznicu, ali i podignuti turistička ponuda na višu razinu - kaže Anita Živković, općinska načelnica, ističući kako će se "prilikom izgradnje novog turističkog naselja velika pozornost posvetiti zaštiti Zmajevog oka", prirodnog fenomena - slanog jezera koje se nalazi nedaleko od turističke zone Medine.

Dodajmo kako bi Pašalićev milijunski vrijedan projekt trebao biti dovršen u razdoblju od 2026. do 2028. godine, a koji bi Rogoznicu, bez sumnje, podignuo visoko na ljestvici najpoželjnijih turističkih odredišta u Šibensko-kninskoj županiji. Ako ne i u cijeloj Dalmaciji.

Poznati hrvatski poduzetnik Franjo Pašalić, vlasnik nautičkih marina "Frapa" u Rogoznici i Dubrovniku, korak je bliže realizaciji velikog turističkog kompleksa "Frapa Resort Medine" u Rogoznici, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Podsjetimo kako je riječ o projektu koji je Vlada, još krajem lipnja prošle godine, proglasila strateškom investicijom, vrijednom nevjerojatnih gotovo 138 milijuna eura. Tvrtka "Medine", iza koje stoji Pašalić koji je jedan od najbogatijih Hrvata, početkom studenoga je Upravnom odjelu za zaštitu okoliša, prostorno uređenje i gradnju Županije šibensko-kninske dostavila elaborat zaštite okoliša.

Taj dokument je prateći dio zahtjeva za ocjenjivanje je li potrebna procjena utjecaja na okoliš za izgradnju spomenutog turističkog kompleksa koji bi na površini od ukupno 17 hektara trebao "niknuti" na zapadnom dijelu mjesta, odmah do marine "Frapa".

Preciznije, riječ je o dijelu poluotoka Gradina, a zapadno od središta Rogoznice, i to građevinskoj zoni u kojoj je dopuštena izgradnja hotela i turističkih naselja. Megaprojekt koji bi promijenio "krvnu sliku" mjesta, ali i jugoistočnog dijela Šibensko-kninske županije, obuhvaća izgradnju hotela, vila i apartmanskih zgrada, ukupnog kapaciteta od 1100 kreveta.

Hotel kategorije pet zvjezdica, imat će 330 turističkih ležajeva, a u njegovu sklopu je planiran i kongresni centar s dvoranom, višenamjenskom izložbenom/banket salom, zatim zatvoreni bazen s pratećim sadržajima te klinika kapaciteta oko 24 bolnička kreveta.

Zanimljivo je da će uz hotelsku zgradu biti izgrađene i dvije manje zgrade trgovačkog centra te objekt sa sportskim sadržajima. Praktički grad u malom.

Osim hotela, za smještaj gostiju planirana je izgradnja još čak 19 objekata: sedam vila i 12 apartmanskih zgrada sa 193 apartmana, ukupnog kapaciteta oko 714 kreveta. Razmišljalo se i o radnoj snazi, koja će biti smještena u posebnom objektu sa 96 kreveta.

Gradit će se otvoreni i zatvoreni bazeni sa slatkom i morskom vodom, ukupne površine 4180 četvornih metara, ali i garaže, podzemne i vanjske, namijenjene gostima i djelatnicima turističkog naselja koje bi prema procjenama mogle primiti oko 2000 vozila.

- Mogu istaknuti da se veselimo ovom projektu, iz više razloga. Prvo je što će nam donijeti nova radna mjesta, a drugo je što će se izgraditi hoteli koji nam na području općine nedostaju.

Time će se promijeniti i profil gostiju koji posjećuju Rogoznicu, ali i podignuti turistička ponuda na višu razinu - kaže Anita Živković, općinska načelnica, ističući kako će se "prilikom izgradnje novog turističkog naselja velika pozornost posvetiti zaštiti Zmajevog oka", prirodnog fenomena - slanog jezera koje se nalazi nedaleko od turističke zone Medine.

Dodajmo kako bi Pašalićev milijunski vrijedan projekt trebao biti dovršen u razdoblju od 2026. do 2028. godine, a koji bi Rogoznicu, bez sumnje, podignuo visoko na ljestvici najpoželjnijih turističkih odredišta u Šibensko-kninskoj županiji. Ako ne i u cijeloj Dalmaciji.
