Predrag Mijatović, bivši napadač Real Madrida, rekao je na španjolskom radiju da bi uprava trebala produžiti ugovor Luki Modriću na godinu dana zbog njegovog "ponašanja" i "spektakularne izvedbe".

"Modrića je jako naljutilo što igra manje utakmica, ali došao je trenutak u kojem je prihvatio tu ulogu, a zatim igrao više", izjavio je 55-godišnji Mijatović u srijedu za radijsku postaju Cadena SER.

Modrić, 38-godišnji kapetan hrvatske reprezentacije, ove je sezone 19 utakmica za Real počeo u udarnoj postavi, a u 19 je ulazio s klupe za pričuve.

Veznom igraču za dva mjeseca istječe ugovor.

"Ja bih mu produžio ugovor da ostane još godinu dana. Ne samo zbog nogometnih kvaliteta nego i zbog ponašanja. Nikada nije stvarao probleme, a njegova izvedba je spektakularna", rekao je Crnogorac, za kojeg mediji navode da je Modrićev prijatelj.

Mijatović je igrao za Real Madrid od 1996. do 1999., a od 2006. do 2009. je bio sportski direktor kluba.

On danas živi u Madridu, u susjedstvu Luke Modrića, ali nije zaposlenik niti dužnosnik kluba nego komentira utakmice na radiju.

Smatra da bi uprava, na čelu s predsjednikom Florentinom Perezom, trebala "nastojati da se Modrić umirovi u Real Madridu". 

Realov dokapetan Modrić je osvojio 24 trofeja od kada je došao u klub u ljeto 2012. godine.

Real Madrid je ovaj mjesec poručio da će odluku o eventualnom produženju donijeti na kraju sezone.

"Kraljevski klub" šest kola prije kraja prvenstva ima 11 bodova više od drugoplasirane Barcelone. U polufinalu Lige prvaka će igrati s Bayern Munchenom 30. travnja i 8. svibnja.

Mijatović je rekao da bi on produžio suradnju i s ostalim igračima kojima 30. lipnja istječu ugovori, a to su vezni Toni Kroos, krilni Lucas Vazquez i branič Nacho Fernandez, aktualni kapetan momčadi.

"Klub ih treba zadržati jer su se pokazali kao savršene rezerve. Kada god ih se zatreba na travnjaku odigraju odlično", rekao je Mijatović, strijelac pogotka kojim je Real osvojio Ligu prvaka 1998. svladavši u finalu Juventus s 1-0.

Anketa objavljena u utorak na internetskoj stranici španjolskih novina Marca pokazala je da 84 posto od 45.750 prikupljenih glasova čitatelja smatra da klub treba produžiti ugovor Modriću. Anketa je provedena nakon pobjeda nad najvećim rivalom Barcelonom i europskim prvakom Manchester Citijem. Druga anketa koju je u ožujku proveo na svojoj stranici portal Bernabeu Digital pokazala je da 54 posto od 220 čitatelja misli da je potrebno produžiti ugovor s hrvatskim igračem.

Predrag Mijatović, bivši napadač Real Madrida, rekao je na španjolskom radiju da bi uprava trebala produžiti ugovor Luki Modriću na godinu dana zbog njegovog "ponašanja" i "spektakularne izvedbe".

"Modrića je jako naljutilo što igra manje utakmica, ali došao je trenutak u kojem je prihvatio tu ulogu, a zatim igrao više", izjavio je 55-godišnji Mijatović u srijedu za radijsku postaju Cadena SER.

Modrić, 38-godišnji kapetan hrvatske reprezentacije, ove je sezone 19 utakmica za Real počeo u udarnoj postavi, a u 19 je ulazio s klupe za pričuve.

Veznom igraču za dva mjeseca istječe ugovor.

"Ja bih mu produžio ugovor da ostane još godinu dana. Ne samo zbog nogometnih kvaliteta nego i zbog ponašanja. Nikada nije stvarao probleme, a njegova izvedba je spektakularna", rekao je Crnogorac, za kojeg mediji navode da je Modrićev prijatelj.

Mijatović je igrao za Real Madrid od 1996. do 1999., a od 2006. do 2009. je bio sportski direktor kluba.

On danas živi u Madridu, u susjedstvu Luke Modrića, ali nije zaposlenik niti dužnosnik kluba nego komentira utakmice na radiju.

Smatra da bi uprava, na čelu s predsjednikom Florentinom Perezom, trebala "nastojati da se Modrić umirovi u Real Madridu". 

Realov dokapetan Modrić je osvojio 24 trofeja od kada je došao u klub u ljeto 2012. godine.

Real Madrid je ovaj mjesec poručio da će odluku o eventualnom produženju donijeti na kraju sezone.

Mijatović je rekao da bi on produžio suradnju i s ostalim igračima kojima 30. lipnja istječu ugovori, a to su vezni Toni Kroos, krilni Lucas Vazquez i branič Nacho Fernandez, aktualni kapetan momčadi.

"Klub ih treba zadržati jer su se pokazali kao savršene rezerve. Kada god ih se zatreba na travnjaku odigraju odlično", rekao je Mijatović, strijelac pogotka kojim je Real osvojio Ligu prvaka 1998. svladavši u finalu Juventus s 1-0.

Anketa objavljena u utorak na internetskoj stranici španjolskih novina Marca pokazala je da 84 posto od 45.750 prikupljenih glasova čitatelja smatra da klub treba produžiti ugovor Modriću. Anketa je provedena nakon pobjeda nad najvećim rivalom Barcelonom i europskim prvakom Manchester Citijem. Druga anketa koju je u ožujku proveo na svojoj stranici portal Bernabeu Digital pokazala je da 54 posto od 220 čitatelja misli da je potrebno produžiti ugovor s hrvatskim igračem.

Predrag Mijatović, bivši napadač Real Madrida, rekao je na španjolskom radiju da bi uprava trebala produžiti ugovor Luki Modriću na godinu dana zbog njegovog "ponašanja" i "spektakularne izvedbe".

"Modrića je jako naljutilo što igra manje utakmica, ali došao je trenutak u kojem je prihvatio tu ulogu, a zatim igrao više", izjavio je 55-godišnji Mijatović u srijedu za radijsku postaju Cadena SER.

Modrić, 38-godišnji kapetan hrvatske reprezentacije, ove je sezone 19 utakmica za Real počeo u udarnoj postavi, a u 19 je ulazio s klupe za pričuve.

Veznom igraču za dva mjeseca istječe ugovor.

"Ja bih mu produžio ugovor da ostane još godinu dana. Ne samo zbog nogometnih kvaliteta nego i zbog ponašanja. Nikada nije stvarao probleme, a njegova izvedba je spektakularna", rekao je Crnogorac, za kojeg mediji navode da je Modrićev prijatelj.

Mijatović je igrao za Real Madrid od 1996. do 1999., a od 2006. do 2009. je bio sportski direktor kluba.

On danas živi u Madridu, u susjedstvu Luke Modrića, ali nije zaposlenik niti dužnosnik kluba nego komentira utakmice na radiju.

Smatra da bi uprava, na čelu s predsjednikom Florentinom Perezom, trebala "nastojati da se Modrić umirovi u Real Madridu". 

Realov dokapetan Modrić je osvojio 24 trofeja od kada je došao u klub u ljeto 2012. godine.

Real Madrid je ovaj mjesec poručio da će odluku o eventualnom produženju donijeti na kraju sezone.
