Trgovački sud u Splitu u stečajnom postupku nad tvrtkom "Kerum" odredio je prodaju 2742 četvorna metra zemljišta te tvrtke u Drnišu, utvrđene vrijednosti 85.838 eura ili 31,3 eura po kvadratu, koje će se prodavati kao cjelina na elektroničkoj javnoj dražbi.
Postupak javne dražbe provest će Financijska agencija (Fina), a nekretnine se na prvoj dražbi neće moći prodati ispod tri četvrtine utvrđene vrijednosti, odnosno 63 tisuće eura.
Na drugoj dražbi početni iznos ne smije biti ispod polovine utvrđene vrijednosti, a na trećoj ispod četvrtine utvrđene vrijednosti, Na četvrtoj, pak, javnoj dražbi nekretnine se prodaje po početnoj cijeni od 1 kune, odnosno 0,13 eura.
- Imovina se prodaje po načelu "viđeno-kupljeno" te se neće priznati naknadni prigovori na pravne ili materijalne nedostatke - ističe se u zaključku.
Sudsko rješenje uslijedio je nakon u prosincu zaprimljenih procjembenih elaborata za to zemljište i nekretninu – pekaru u Drnišu, ali i za građevinsko zemljište u Starom Gradu na Hvaru kojem je ukupna vrijednost procijenjena na 30.466 eura.
U sklopu posljednjih unovčenja nekretnina propale, nekoć stožerne tvrtke bivšeg splitskoga gradonačelnika Željka Keruma, zemljište na Čiovu od 369 kvadrata bilo je prodano tvrtki "Avid nekretnine" iz Sesveta za 40.100 eura o čemu je izvijestila je stečajna upraviteljica Natalija Mladineo.
Prodaja te "Kerumove" nekretnine sredinom studenoga 2023. uslijedila je nakon zaprimljenog elaborata prema kojem je početna vrijednost bila procijenjena na na 29.302 eura odnosno 79,41 eura po kvadratu.
Na posljednjem ročištu održanom lani krajem listopada pristigle su dvije ponude zainteresiranih kupaca, tvrtka "Avid nekretnine" dala je veću ponudu, a ponudu od 33.582 eura dao je Duje Miše.

Trgovački sud u Splitu u stečajnom postupku nad tvrtkom "Kerum" odredio je prodaju 2742 četvorna metra zemljišta te tvrtke u Drnišu, utvrđene vrijednosti 85.838 eura ili 31,3 eura po kvadratu, koje će se prodavati kao cjelina na elektroničkoj javnoj dražbi.
Postupak javne dražbe provest će Financijska agencija (Fina), a nekretnine se na prvoj dražbi neće moći prodati ispod tri četvrtine utvrđene vrijednosti, odnosno 63 tisuće eura.
Na drugoj dražbi početni iznos ne smije biti ispod polovine utvrđene vrijednosti, a na trećoj ispod četvrtine utvrđene vrijednosti, Na četvrtoj, pak, javnoj dražbi nekretnine se prodaje po početnoj cijeni od 1 kune, odnosno 0,13 eura.
- Imovina se prodaje po načelu "viđeno-kupljeno" te se neće priznati naknadni prigovori na pravne ili materijalne nedostatke - ističe se u zaključku.
Sudsko rješenje uslijedio je nakon u prosincu zaprimljenih procjembenih elaborata za to zemljište i nekretninu – pekaru u Drnišu, ali i za građevinsko zemljište u Starom Gradu na Hvaru kojem je ukupna vrijednost procijenjena na 30.466 eura.
U sklopu posljednjih unovčenja nekretnina propale, nekoć stožerne tvrtke bivšeg splitskoga gradonačelnika Željka Keruma, zemljište na Čiovu od 369 kvadrata bilo je prodano tvrtki "Avid nekretnine" iz Sesveta za 40.100 eura o čemu je izvijestila je stečajna upraviteljica Natalija Mladineo.
Prodaja te "Kerumove" nekretnine sredinom studenoga 2023. uslijedila je nakon zaprimljenog elaborata prema kojem je početna vrijednost bila procijenjena na na 29.302 eura odnosno 79,41 eura po kvadratu.
Na posljednjem ročištu održanom lani krajem listopada pristigle su dvije ponude zainteresiranih kupaca, tvrtka "Avid nekretnine" dala je veću ponudu, a ponudu od 33.582 eura dao je Duje Miše.
- Predmetna nekretnina u naravi predstavlja zapušteno zemljište - isticalo se u dopisu sudskog vještaka te se dodalo da do tog građevinskog zemljišta na Čiovu nije omogućen ni kolni pristup
