I rogozničko područje u odnosu na prošlu godinu bilježi turistički minus, doduše mali, ali ipak minus. Prema statističkim podacima za dolaske bi se moglo reći da su tek neki postotak manji, međutim turisti su se zadržavali kraće. Očito je skupoća u manjim turističkim mjestima i za turiste iz bogatijih država bila prevelika. Kako je sezone odmicala cijene apartmana su padale i to bitno, ali trgovci se nisu dali, oni su pak dizali su cijene i to svakodnevno.

Prema eVisitoru od 01. do 15. rujna ove godine evidentirano je ukupno 5.252 dolazaka i ostvareno je 52.816 noćenja. U usporedbi s prošlom godinom u istom razdoblju dolasci su na 97,58 posto, a noćenja na 94,06 posto. Najveći udio u dolascima ostvarili su gosti iz Poljske i to 20,24 posto, iz Češke 16,01 posto, iz Njemačke 14,95 posto, iz Austrije 8,68 posto... Slovenaca je u rujnu bilo svaga 2,89posto, dok je udio domaćih gostiju bio 5,16 posto. Uspoređujući isto razdoblje 1.do 15.rujna ove godine s istimrazdobljem u referentnoj 2019 dolasci su bile na 110,94 posto, a u noćenjima na 93,51 posto što potvrđuje da su turiti noćili manje.

Prema statističkim podacima od 01.siječnja do 15. rujna 2023., ukupno je ostvareno 78,254 dolazaka i 652,642 noćenja, u odnosu na prošlu 2022. godinu dolasci su na 96,69 posto, a u noćenjima na 94,20 posto.

-Prosjek za cijelu sezonu je oko 4 do 6 posto lošiji u odnosu na prošle godine, što je dobro s obzirom kako Šibensko - kninska županija stoji u odnosu na ostale županije ove godine. Najveći problem su charteri koji su podbacili na razini Dalmacije i to cijeli 7. i dio 8. mjeseca. Manjak od 5-6 posto se ne bi osjetio sam po sebi, ali kada se tome pridoda i podbačaj čartera, onda je razumljiv osjećaj manjka turista.-kaže nam Ivan Ramljak direktor rogozničke Turističke zajednice.

Možda ne treba težiti rekordima u golim brojkama, jer one ne jamče ni kvalitetu ni dobru zaradu. Naprosto je zastrašujuće koliko novih objekata i krevata ima svake godine na turističkom tržištu bez da ih prati odgovarajuća infrastruktura. Na rogozničkom području u odnosu na prošlu godinu samo u reguliranom i legalnom komercijalnom smještaju ima 500 kreveta više. Najveći problem su takozvani vikendaši koji navodne ne iznajmljuju već dovode samo obitelj i svake godine točno 15 prijatelja, svake godine drugih i iz drgih država! Podaci nisu proizvoljni već evisitora rogozničke Turističke zajednice, baš kao što je iz sustava TZ podaci broj objekta i kreveta za iznajmljivanje u legalnom smještaju, ali i broj kreveta u takozvanom nekomercijalnom smještaju.

Na rogozničkom području ima 1458 registriranih objekta za iznajmljivanje, broj smještajniih jedinica je 3.208, glavnih kreveta ima 10.593, dok je 1965 prijavljenih pomoćnih ležaja.

Sada dolazimo na nekomercijalni smještaj, na takozvane vikendaše. Prijavljena je 1381 vikendica s 1386 smještajnih jedinica i s čak 6593 ležaja, svega četiri tisuće manje od onih komercijalnih, legalnih. Nitko nema uvida koliko ljudi ljetuje u tim objektima, u te kuće ne ulaze turističke i druge inspekcije. Brojke su uvijek znakovite i ne može se više govoriti o 30 posto crnog turističkog tržišta, ono je na rogozničkom području znatno veće i malignije tim više jer je veliki broj novih objekata u izgranji i veliki broj zahtjeva za građevinskim dozvolama. To nikako ne idu prilog proklamiranoj državnoj strategiji održivog turističkog razvoja i očuvanje kvalitete života domicilnog stanovništva.

I rogozničko područje u odnosu na prošlu godinu bilježi turistički minus, doduše mali, ali ipak minus. Prema statističkim podacima za dolaske bi se moglo reći da su tek neki postotak manji, međutim turisti su se zadržavali kraće. Očito je skupoća u manjim turističkim mjestima i za turiste iz bogatijih država bila prevelika. Kako je sezone odmicala cijene apartmana su padale i to bitno, ali trgovci se nisu dali, oni su pak dizali su cijene i to svakodnevno.

Prema eVisitoru od 01. do 15. rujna ove godine evidentirano je ukupno 5.252 dolazaka i ostvareno je 52.816 noćenja. U usporedbi s prošlom godinom u istom razdoblju dolasci su na 97,58 posto, a noćenja na 94,06 posto. Najveći udio u dolascima ostvarili su gosti iz Poljske i to 20,24 posto, iz Češke 16,01 posto, iz Njemačke 14,95 posto, iz Austrije 8,68 posto... Slovenaca je u rujnu bilo svaga 2,89posto, dok je udio domaćih gostiju bio 5,16 posto. Uspoređujući isto razdoblje 1.do 15.rujna ove godine s istimrazdobljem u referentnoj 2019 dolasci su bile na 110,94 posto, a u noćenjima na 93,51 posto što potvrđuje da su turiti noćili manje.

Prema statističkim podacima od 01.siječnja do 15. rujna 2023., ukupno je ostvareno 78,254 dolazaka i 652,642 noćenja, u odnosu na prošlu 2022. godinu dolasci su na 96,69 posto, a u noćenjima na 94,20 posto.

-Prosjek za cijelu sezonu je oko 4 do 6 posto lošiji u odnosu na prošle godine, što je dobro s obzirom kako Šibensko - kninska županija stoji u odnosu na ostale županije ove godine. Najveći problem su charteri koji su podbacili na razini Dalmacije i to cijeli 7. i dio 8. mjeseca. Manjak od 5-6 posto se ne bi osjetio sam po sebi, ali kada se tome pridoda i podbačaj čartera, onda je razumljiv osjećaj manjka turista.-kaže nam Ivan Ramljak direktor rogozničke Turističke zajednice.

Možda ne treba težiti rekordima u golim brojkama, jer one ne jamče ni kvalitetu ni dobru zaradu. Naprosto je zastrašujuće koliko novih objekata i krevata ima svake godine na turističkom tržištu bez da ih prati odgovarajuća infrastruktura. Na rogozničkom području u odnosu na prošlu godinu samo u reguliranom i legalnom komercijalnom smještaju ima 500 kreveta više. Najveći problem su takozvani vikendaši koji navodne ne iznajmljuju već dovode samo obitelj i svake godine točno 15 prijatelja, svake godine drugih i iz drgih država! Podaci nisu proizvoljni već evisitora rogozničke Turističke zajednice, baš kao što je iz sustava TZ podaci broj objekta i kreveta za iznajmljivanje u legalnom smještaju, ali i broj kreveta u takozvanom nekomercijalnom smještaju.

Na rogozničkom području ima 1458 registriranih objekta za iznajmljivanje, broj smještajniih jedinica je 3.208, glavnih kreveta ima 10.593, dok je 1965 prijavljenih pomoćnih ležaja.

Sada dolazimo na nekomercijalni smještaj, na takozvane vikendaše. Prijavljena je 1381 vikendica s 1386 smještajnih jedinica i s čak 6593 ležaja, svega četiri tisuće manje od onih komercijalnih, legalnih. Nitko nema uvida koliko ljudi ljetuje u tim objektima, u te kuće ne ulaze turističke i druge inspekcije. Brojke su uvijek znakovite i ne može se više govoriti o 30 posto crnog turističkog tržišta, ono je na rogozničkom području znatno veće i malignije tim više jer je veliki broj novih objekata u izgranji i veliki broj zahtjeva za građevinskim dozvolama. To nikako ne idu prilog proklamiranoj državnoj strategiji održivog turističkog razvoja i očuvanje kvalitete života domicilnog stanovništva.

Turistički rezultati i na rogozničkom području nešto slabiji nego lani, noćenja je oko 4 posto manje!

I rogozničko područje u odnosu na prošlu godinu bilježi turistički minus, doduše mali, ali ipak minus. Prema statističkim podacima za dolaske bi se moglo reći da su tek neki postotak manji, međutim turisti su se zadržavali kraće. Očito je skupoća u manjim turističkim mjestima i za turiste iz bogatijih država bila prevelika. Kako je sezone odmicala cijene apartmana su padale i to bitno, ali trgovci se nisu dali, oni su pak dizali su cijene i to svakodnevno.

Prema eVisitoru od 01. do 15. rujna ove godine evidentirano je ukupno 5.252 dolazaka i ostvareno je 52.816 noćenja. U usporedbi s prošlom godinom u istom razdoblju dolasci su na 97,58 posto, a noćenja na 94,06 posto. Najveći udio u dolascima ostvarili su gosti iz Poljske i to 20,24 posto, iz Češke 16,01 posto, iz Njemačke 14,95 posto, iz Austrije 8,68 posto... Slovenaca je u rujnu bilo svaga 2,89posto, dok je udio domaćih gostiju bio 5,16 posto. Uspoređujući isto razdoblje 1.do 15.rujna ove godine s istimrazdobljem u referentnoj 2019 dolasci su bile na 110,94 posto, a u noćenjima na 93,51 posto što potvrđuje da su turiti noćili manje.
