Produljenje radnog vijeka liječnika u obiteljskoj medicini do 68 godine. To bi moglo biti jedno od kratkoročnih rješenja za premošćivanje sve izraženijeg nedostatka liječnika u vrlo važnoj primarnoj zdravstvenoj skrbi - dok se ne dođe do većeg broja specijalizacija i onih koji će se htjeti baviti obiteljskom medicinom. Stanovnici otoka šibenskog akvatorija svoje zdravstvene kartone sve češće prebacuju u ordinacije na kopnu, piše HRT
Četiri otoka, pet ambulanta i jedan liječnik. I gotovo dulje on do radnog mjesta putuje, nego što prima pacijente. Kroji mu radno vrijeme brodska linija, a zdravstveni karton otočana je pun, od kroničnih bolesti sve starijih žitelja do sumnji na COVID kod vikendaša.
- Kad sam već tu, doktor me pregleda, ovo je dobra opcija, ulijeva sigurnost mojim mještanima, kaže Ante Orlov.
- Ponedjeljkom, utorkom, četvrtkom, petkom radimo Zlarin, Prvić, jednu srijedu Kaprije, jednu srijedu Žirje, navodi raspored dr. med. Ivan Stegić, liječnik.
Potencijalnih pacijenata nekoliko je stotina, no sve manje ih ide doktoru na "škoju".
- Moja djeca su upisana pedijatru u Šibeniku i ja isto jer imamo doktora dva puta tjedno po sat - dva i nekako nije nam to dovoljno, kaže Helena Mijat iz Prvić Šepurina.
I sve kraće se "bijele kute" zadržavaju u ambulanti u kojoj posao počinje i završava na brodu.
- Valjda in je teško ustati, nema ovdje stan, problemi na škoju, smatra Marica Cukrov sa Zlarina.
Tomislav Kranjac, predsjednik MO Zlarin navodi da se u pet godina promijenilo se pet-šest doktora koji su sada. Oni nisu povezani s ljudima nažalost, jer nemaju ni vremena, sve je svedeno na dva sata dnevno.
Nekoć je doktor na Zlarinu stanovao i drvenjakom obilazio pacijente.
- Domu zdravlja jako je teško naći mlade liječnike. Hitna pomoć im je zbog plaća atraktivnija, kaže Boris Magazin, ravnatelj Doma zdravlja Šibenik.
A kad pomoć na otoku nekome hitno zatreba otočani se sami snalaze ili ovise o raspoloživosti brodova Lučke kapetanije te policije.
- Čovjek je pao s terase na glavu i nije bio pri svijesti i takav je morao čekati više od dva sata da ga se preveze, prisjeća se Helena Mijat.
Odahnut će otočani tek koncem 2023. kada bi trebala biti uspostavljena dugo najavljivana Hitna pomoć na moru, piše HRT

Produljenje radnog vijeka liječnika u obiteljskoj medicini do 68 godine. To bi moglo biti jedno od kratkoročnih rješenja za premošćivanje sve izraženijeg nedostatka liječnika u vrlo važnoj primarnoj zdravstvenoj skrbi - dok se ne dođe do većeg broja specijalizacija i onih koji će se htjeti baviti obiteljskom medicinom. Stanovnici otoka šibenskog akvatorija svoje zdravstvene kartone sve češće prebacuju u ordinacije na kopnu, piše HRT
Četiri otoka, pet ambulanta i jedan liječnik. I gotovo dulje on do radnog mjesta putuje, nego što prima pacijente. Kroji mu radno vrijeme brodska linija, a zdravstveni karton otočana je pun, od kroničnih bolesti sve starijih žitelja do sumnji na COVID kod vikendaša.
- Kad sam već tu, doktor me pregleda, ovo je dobra opcija, ulijeva sigurnost mojim mještanima, kaže Ante Orlov.
- Ponedjeljkom, utorkom, četvrtkom, petkom radimo Zlarin, Prvić, jednu srijedu Kaprije, jednu srijedu Žirje, navodi raspored dr. med. Ivan Stegić, liječnik.
Potencijalnih pacijenata nekoliko je stotina, no sve manje ih ide doktoru na "škoju".
- Moja djeca su upisana pedijatru u Šibeniku i ja isto jer imamo doktora dva puta tjedno po sat - dva i nekako nije nam to dovoljno, kaže Helena Mijat iz Prvić Šepurina.
I sve kraće se "bijele kute" zadržavaju u ambulanti u kojoj posao počinje i završava na brodu.
- Valjda in je teško ustati, nema ovdje stan, problemi na škoju, smatra Marica Cukrov sa Zlarina.
Tomislav Kranjac, predsjednik MO Zlarin navodi da se u pet godina promijenilo se pet-šest doktora koji su sada. Oni nisu povezani s ljudima nažalost, jer nemaju ni vremena, sve je svedeno na dva sata dnevno.
Nekoć je doktor na Zlarinu stanovao i drvenjakom obilazio pacijente.
- Domu zdravlja jako je teško naći mlade liječnike. Hitna pomoć im je zbog plaća atraktivnija, kaže Boris Magazin, ravnatelj Doma zdravlja Šibenik.
A kad pomoć na otoku nekome hitno zatreba otočani se sami snalaze ili ovise o raspoloživosti brodova Lučke kapetanije te policije.
- Čovjek je pao s terase na glavu i nije bio pri svijesti i takav je morao čekati više od dva sata da ga se preveze, prisjeća se Helena Mijat.
Odahnut će otočani tek koncem 2023. kada bi trebala biti uspostavljena dugo najavljivana Hitna pomoć na moru, piše HRT
