Među prioritetima u novome mandatu koje je nezavisni Toni Turčinov, novi-stari načelnik općine Murter-Kornati, posložio sa svojom ekipom, svakako je izgradnja kanalizacijskog sustava, odnosno realizacija projekta poznatog kao Aglomeracija Murter-Betina.

– Obećao sam mojim sugrađanima u izbornoj kampanji te i dalje stojim iza svojih riječi, da ćemo kanalizacijski sustav dobiti u ovom mandatu. Poznato je da je ovaj projekt trenutno najspremniji u županiji i njegova bi realizacija trebala započeti najesen.
Taj je zahvat izuzetno značajan kako za život domaćeg stanovništva tako i za daljnji turistički razvoj Murtera, i u tom je smislu od prioritetnog značenja. Kao što je poznato, nositelj je investicije šibenska tvrtka "Vodovod i odvodnja" i svakodnevno smo u kontaktu kako bismo pratili razvoj situacije, s obzirom na to da očekujemo raspisivanje natječaja za voditelja projekta i nadzor, a potom i za samog izvođača radova – kaže načelnik Turčinov.

Vrijednost projekta procijenjena je na oko 200 milijuna kuna, a sufinancira se iz sredstava EU-ova Kohezijskog fonda, "blagajne" sredstava Ministarstva zaštite okoliša, Hrvatskih voda i od korisnika "Vodovoda i odvodnje", te iz proračuna općina Murter-Kornati i Tisno. Naš sugovornik podsjeća na to da je dio sustava odvodnje u Murteru napravljen još prije 12 godina godine i prošao je sve tehničke preglede.

– U međuvremenu je došlo do promjene zakonske regulative, kojom je propisano da sve radove na sustavu odvodnje moraju izvoditi županijska poduzeća za vodovod i odvodnju. Naši općinski vijećnici zbog toga su u travnju 2017. godine donijeli odluku o pripajanju murterske tvrtke za usluge vodovoda i odvodnje "Zeleni otok" šibenskom "Vodovodu i odvodnji" radi usklađenja sa Zakonom o vodama koji je tada bio na snazi.

Podsjetit ću da je 2018. godine svečano potpisan i ugovor za dodjelu sredstava iz EU-ovih fondova i tada su šibenski komunalci na sebe preuzeli izgradnju sustava odvodnje ne samo u našoj općini, nego i na području Pirovca i Tisnog, te Šibenika i Vodica. Naš je projekt tada ušao kao jedan od najspremnijih, ali problem je bio što je zahtijevao 23 dozvole, koje je trebalo ishoditi i revidirati zbog promjene trasa sustava – objašnjava Turčinov.

Sve je tada na sebe preuzeo "Vodovod i odvodnja", a Općina Murter-Kornati kao partner surađuje na projektu te je, među ostalim, utrošila nešto više od milijun kuna samo za rješavanje imovinskopravnih odnosa vezano uz zemljišta na kojima je predviđen uređaj za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda.

Od direktora spomenute tvrtke Frane Malenice doznali smo nedavno da je "obnova" cijele dokumentacije za projekt Aglomeracije Murter-Betina napravljena i trenutno se nalazi na kontroli u Hrvatskim vodama.

– Čim dobijemo pozitivan odgovor, odmah ćemo raspisati natječaj za voditelja projekta i nadzor, a nakon toga ide i natječaj za izvođača radova na mreži. Cjelokupna procedura trebala bi biti gotova do kraja ljeta, a potom krećemo u radove – tvrdi Malenica.

Među prioritetima u novome mandatu koje je nezavisni Toni Turčinov, novi-stari načelnik općine Murter-Kornati, posložio sa svojom ekipom, svakako je izgradnja kanalizacijskog sustava, odnosno realizacija projekta poznatog kao Aglomeracija Murter-Betina.

– Obećao sam mojim sugrađanima u izbornoj kampanji te i dalje stojim iza svojih riječi, da ćemo kanalizacijski sustav dobiti u ovom mandatu. Poznato je da je ovaj projekt trenutno najspremniji u županiji i njegova bi realizacija trebala započeti najesen.
Taj je zahvat izuzetno značajan kako za život domaćeg stanovništva tako i za daljnji turistički razvoj Murtera, i u tom je smislu od prioritetnog značenja. Kao što je poznato, nositelj je investicije šibenska tvrtka "Vodovod i odvodnja" i svakodnevno smo u kontaktu kako bismo pratili razvoj situacije, s obzirom na to da očekujemo raspisivanje natječaja za voditelja projekta i nadzor, a potom i za samog izvođača radova – kaže načelnik Turčinov.

Vrijednost projekta procijenjena je na oko 200 milijuna kuna, a sufinancira se iz sredstava EU-ova Kohezijskog fonda, "blagajne" sredstava Ministarstva zaštite okoliša, Hrvatskih voda i od korisnika "Vodovoda i odvodnje", te iz proračuna općina Murter-Kornati i Tisno. Naš sugovornik podsjeća na to da je dio sustava odvodnje u Murteru napravljen još prije 12 godina godine i prošao je sve tehničke preglede.

– U međuvremenu je došlo do promjene zakonske regulative, kojom je propisano da sve radove na sustavu odvodnje moraju izvoditi županijska poduzeća za vodovod i odvodnju. Naši općinski vijećnici zbog toga su u travnju 2017. godine donijeli odluku o pripajanju murterske tvrtke za usluge vodovoda i odvodnje "Zeleni otok" šibenskom "Vodovodu i odvodnji" radi usklađenja sa Zakonom o vodama koji je tada bio na snazi.

Podsjetit ću da je 2018. godine svečano potpisan i ugovor za dodjelu sredstava iz EU-ovih fondova i tada su šibenski komunalci na sebe preuzeli izgradnju sustava odvodnje ne samo u našoj općini, nego i na području Pirovca i Tisnog, te Šibenika i Vodica. Naš je projekt tada ušao kao jedan od najspremnijih, ali problem je bio što je zahtijevao 23 dozvole, koje je trebalo ishoditi i revidirati zbog promjene trasa sustava – objašnjava Turčinov.

Sve je tada na sebe preuzeo "Vodovod i odvodnja", a Općina Murter-Kornati kao partner surađuje na projektu te je, među ostalim, utrošila nešto više od milijun kuna samo za rješavanje imovinskopravnih odnosa vezano uz zemljišta na kojima je predviđen uređaj za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda.

Od direktora spomenute tvrtke Frane Malenice doznali smo nedavno da je "obnova" cijele dokumentacije za projekt Aglomeracije Murter-Betina napravljena i trenutno se nalazi na kontroli u Hrvatskim vodama.

– Čim dobijemo pozitivan odgovor, odmah ćemo raspisati natječaj za voditelja projekta i nadzor, a nakon toga ide i natječaj za izvođača radova na mreži. Cjelokupna procedura trebala bi biti gotova do kraja ljeta, a potom krećemo u radove – tvrdi Malenica.
