Općina Primošten raspisala je javni natječaj za prodaju dvaju zemljišta, jednog većeg, površine od 179 četvornih metara, te drugog manjeg, površine od 49 četvornih metara. Riječ je o građevinskim parcelama koje se nalaze na predjelu Porat, preciznije, na samom kraju plaže Luka a iznad Jedriličarskog kluba Primošten.

Vrijedno je za napomenuti da Općina spomenuta zemljišta prodaje "u paketu", odnosno kao jedinstvenu cjelinu pa odvojena kupnja, u ovom slučaju nije moguća.

Budući vlasnik za atraktivna zemljišta morat će izdvojiti minimalno 96.485,69 eura, koliko iznosi početna cijena, procijenjena od strane ovlaštenog sudskog vještaka što bi značilo da je kvadrat zemljišta tik do mora procijenjen na 423,18 eura.

Početna cijena, s obzirom na lokaciju i potencijal zemljišta, vjerujemo da će se debelo premašiti – tim više što se parcele nalaze nedaleko od centra te u naselju gdje su dopušteni i građevinski zahvati.

Najpovoljnijim ponuditeljem, stoji u javnom natječaju, smatrat će se onaj tko ponudi najvišu ukupnu kupoprodajnu cijenu.

Pisane ponude, naglasimo za kraj, dostavljaju se na adresu Općine do sredine svibnja, krajnji rok za dostavu istih je 20. svibnja 2023. godine, dok će se sretni vlasnik atraktivnih zemljišta obznaniti 23. svibnja, također u općinskim prostorijama.

Općina Primošten raspisala je javni natječaj za prodaju dvaju zemljišta, jednog većeg, površine od 179 četvornih metara, te drugog manjeg, površine od 49 četvornih metara. Riječ je o građevinskim parcelama koje se nalaze na predjelu Porat, preciznije, na samom kraju plaže Luka a iznad Jedriličarskog kluba Primošten.

Vrijedno je za napomenuti da Općina spomenuta zemljišta prodaje "u paketu", odnosno kao jedinstvenu cjelinu pa odvojena kupnja, u ovom slučaju nije moguća.

Budući vlasnik za atraktivna zemljišta morat će izdvojiti minimalno 96.485,69 eura, koliko iznosi početna cijena, procijenjena od strane ovlaštenog sudskog vještaka što bi značilo da je kvadrat zemljišta tik do mora procijenjen na 423,18 eura.

Početna cijena, s obzirom na lokaciju i potencijal zemljišta, vjerujemo da će se debelo premašiti – tim više što se parcele nalaze nedaleko od centra te u naselju gdje su dopušteni i građevinski zahvati.

Najpovoljnijim ponuditeljem, stoji u javnom natječaju, smatrat će se onaj tko ponudi najvišu ukupnu kupoprodajnu cijenu.

Pisane ponude, naglasimo za kraj, dostavljaju se na adresu Općine do sredine svibnja, krajnji rok za dostavu istih je 20. svibnja 2023. godine, dok će se sretni vlasnik atraktivnih zemljišta obznaniti 23. svibnja, također u općinskim prostorijama.

Općina Primošten prodaje dvije parcele na atraktivnoj lokaciji. Početna cijena bit će ‘debelo‘ premašena

Općina Primošten raspisala je javni natječaj za prodaju dvaju zemljišta, jednog većeg, površine od 179 četvornih metara, te drugog manjeg, površine od 49 četvornih metara. Riječ je o građevinskim parcelama koje se nalaze na predjelu Porat, preciznije, na samom kraju plaže Luka a iznad Jedriličarskog kluba Primošten.

Vrijedno je za napomenuti da Općina spomenuta zemljišta prodaje "u paketu", odnosno kao jedinstvenu cjelinu pa odvojena kupnja, u ovom slučaju nije moguća.

Budući vlasnik za atraktivna zemljišta morat će izdvojiti minimalno 96.485,69 eura, koliko iznosi početna cijena, procijenjena od strane ovlaštenog sudskog vještaka što bi značilo da je kvadrat zemljišta tik do mora procijenjen na 423,18 eura.

Početna cijena, s obzirom na lokaciju i potencijal zemljišta, vjerujemo da će se debelo premašiti – tim više što se parcele nalaze nedaleko od centra te u naselju gdje su dopušteni i građevinski zahvati.

Najpovoljnijim ponuditeljem, stoji u javnom natječaju, smatrat će se onaj tko ponudi najvišu ukupnu kupoprodajnu cijenu.

Pisane ponude, naglasimo za kraj, dostavljaju se na adresu Općine do sredine svibnja, krajnji rok za dostavu istih je 20. svibnja 2023. godine, dok će se sretni vlasnik atraktivnih zemljišta obznaniti 23. svibnja, također u općinskim prostorijama.
