Hrvatske ceste raspisale su natječaj za otkup zemljišta U Primoštenu. Namjeravaju graditi, odnosno rekonstruirati veliko križanja na DC8-spojnoj cesti prema spomeniku Gospi od Loreta. Cijena zemljišta je 247,83 kune, rok isplate je 30 dana od sklapanja ugovora. O čemu se točno radi upitali smo primoštenskog načelnika Stipu Petrinu.

- U Primoštenu imamo izuzetno dobru suradnju s Hrvatskim cestama, ovo raskrižje planirano je još 2013. godine i neophodno je za turističke zone Marina Lučica i Mara 3, sportsko rekreacijsku zonu Kučac, novi veliki vidikovac ispod usijeka, te za cestu do spomenika Gospe od Loreta na vrhu brda Gaj. Sve ove projekte isplanirao je još 1972. godine Urbanistički zavod Dalmacije, najbolji urbanistički zavod ikada - rekao je načelnik Petrina.

Prema Urbanističkog planu uređenja obuhvat velike turističke zone Marina Lučica iznosi 16,82 hektara. Radovi na izgradnji kanalizacije i vodoopskrbe započeli su travnju ove godine, a vrijednost radova je tridesetak milijuna kuna. Za 18 mjeseci kompletna infrastruktura treba bi biti dovršena. Glavni izvođač radova je tvrtka Esotech d.o.o. iz Slovenije, uključen je Jadranski ronilački servis d.o.o. iz Šibenika, a projektant je INSTITUT IGH d.d. iz Zagreba. Tvrtka M.L. Bay Development d.o.o. iz Austrije investitor je u TZ Marina Lučica, a uporedno s infrastrukturom započeli su radovi i na turističkim sadržajima ukupne vrijednosti 103 milijuna eura.

Investitorima je omogućena etapna gradnja turističkih sadržaja, na 110.000 kvadrata resorta bit će 1170 postelja i trebao bi biti otvoren 2023. godine. Sve hotelske sobe, sobe urbanih apartmana i luksuznih vila imat će pogled na more. Hortikultura bit će isključivo autohtona, a krajolik će biti oslobođen od prometa. Kroz Resort vozi će samo mali električni automobili, a parkirni prostor predviđen je uz glavnu prometnicu D8. Kada bude dovršen Prim Bay Resort moći će ugostiti 12 tisuća turista, a u njemu će biti zaposleno 350 radnika.

- Zahvate u prostoru mora pratiti odgovarajuća infrastruktura, bez dobrih prometnih rješenja ovako velike turističke zone ne bi se mogle planirati ni graditi - zaključio je Petrina.

Hrvatske ceste raspisale su natječaj za otkup zemljišta U Primoštenu. Namjeravaju graditi, odnosno rekonstruirati veliko križanja na DC8-spojnoj cesti prema spomeniku Gospi od Loreta. Cijena zemljišta je 247,83 kune, rok isplate je 30 dana od sklapanja ugovora. O čemu se točno radi upitali smo primoštenskog načelnika Stipu Petrinu.

- U Primoštenu imamo izuzetno dobru suradnju s Hrvatskim cestama, ovo raskrižje planirano je još 2013. godine i neophodno je za turističke zone Marina Lučica i Mara 3, sportsko rekreacijsku zonu Kučac, novi veliki vidikovac ispod usijeka, te za cestu do spomenika Gospe od Loreta na vrhu brda Gaj. Sve ove projekte isplanirao je još 1972. godine Urbanistički zavod Dalmacije, najbolji urbanistički zavod ikada - rekao je načelnik Petrina.

Prema Urbanističkog planu uređenja obuhvat velike turističke zone Marina Lučica iznosi 16,82 hektara. Radovi na izgradnji kanalizacije i vodoopskrbe započeli su travnju ove godine, a vrijednost radova je tridesetak milijuna kuna. Za 18 mjeseci kompletna infrastruktura treba bi biti dovršena. Glavni izvođač radova je tvrtka Esotech d.o.o. iz Slovenije, uključen je Jadranski ronilački servis d.o.o. iz Šibenika, a projektant je INSTITUT IGH d.d. iz Zagreba. Tvrtka M.L. Bay Development d.o.o. iz Austrije investitor je u TZ Marina Lučica, a uporedno s infrastrukturom započeli su radovi i na turističkim sadržajima ukupne vrijednosti 103 milijuna eura.

Investitorima je omogućena etapna gradnja turističkih sadržaja, na 110.000 kvadrata resorta bit će 1170 postelja i trebao bi biti otvoren 2023. godine. Sve hotelske sobe, sobe urbanih apartmana i luksuznih vila imat će pogled na more. Hortikultura bit će isključivo autohtona, a krajolik će biti oslobođen od prometa. Kroz Resort vozi će samo mali električni automobili, a parkirni prostor predviđen je uz glavnu prometnicu D8. Kada bude dovršen Prim Bay Resort moći će ugostiti 12 tisuća turista, a u njemu će biti zaposleno 350 radnika.

- Zahvate u prostoru mora pratiti odgovarajuća infrastruktura, bez dobrih prometnih rješenja ovako velike turističke zone ne bi se mogle planirati ni graditi - zaključio je Petrina.
