Tvrđava sv. Nikole koja je prije pet godina uvrštena na UNESCO-ovu Listu svjetske kulturne baštine kao dio mletačkog obrambenog sustava izgrađenog u 16. i 17. stoljeću u nekolikog gradova u Hrvatskoj, Italiji i Crnoj Gori, ove će godine vrata za posjetitelje prvi put otvoriti krajem travnja povodom prvog izdanja Noći tvrđava, manifestacije koja je potekla upravo iz Šibenika, a u koju se za sada uključilo tridesetak gradova iz Hrvatske, BiH i Crne Gore.
Tvrđavi sv. Nikole i dalje se može pristupiti samo morskim putem, a organizirani posjet počeo je prije četiri godine, podsjećaju u Javnoj ustanovi Šibensko-kninske županije "Priroda" koja, među ostalim, upravlja tom utvrdom kao i obližnjom, vrlo popularnom šetnicom u Kanalu sv. Ante.
Stoga je ta ustanova ususret turističkoj sezoni raspisala natječaj za sezonsko zapošljavanje ukupno 11 radnika. Mahom je riječ o poslovima vezanim za posjet i obilazak jedine šibenske morske utvrde, pa se tako među ostalim traže recepcionari, interpretatori, tj. vodiči na brodu koji u sezoni vozi do Sv. Nikole,čuvar prirode stručni suradnici za turizam i prihvat posjetitelja, ali i hortikulturni radnici. Također, traže se i čuvari, tj. kućni majstori, svi na određeno vrijeme do kraja listopada, odnosno najdulje godinu dana.
Ravnateljica "Prirode" Anita Babačić Ajduk napominje kako ta javna ustanova upravlja zaštićenim područjima u županiji na površini većoj od tisuću kilometara četvornih pa su stvarne potrebe za čuvarima prirode i veće negoli će ih sada biti zaposleno.
- Već četvrtu godinu za redom počinje sezona organiziranog posjeta Tvrđave sv. Nikole i to je jedan od glavnih razloga zbog kojeg zapošljavamo sezonace, a u sezoni također planiramo pojačani nadzor i održavanje ne samo u Kanalu sv. Ante i zaštićenom krajobrazu Kanal-luka nego i ostalih zaštićenih područja. Zbog požarne sezone imamo obvezu i pojačanog nadzora te održavanja i čišćenja terena, pa će dio radnika koje tražimo na natječaju biti i za to.
Naime, kao javna ustanova upravljamo i gornjim tokom Krke oko Knina, kanjonom Čikole, Žutsko-sitskom skupinom otoka... To je veliko područje, veće od tisuću kilometara četvornih i s obzirom na toliku površinu potrebe za radnicima su veće. Prijašnjih godina imali smo i javne radove tako da pokušavamo iskoristiti sve mogućnosti da dođemo do ljudi – govori Babačić Ajduk.
Rok za podnošenje prijava traje osam dana, a natječaj je objavljen 29. ožujka. Zanimljivo je da prijašnjih godina nije bilo lako naći traženi kadar, te se natječaj morao ponoviti dva pa čak i tri puta. Ipak, Babačić Ajduk nada se da se ovaj put takav scenarij neće ponoviti.
- Uglavnom nam je teže bilo naći interpretatore ili recepcionare, jer se traži znanje stranih jezika, a potrebno je i iskustvo. Međutim, takav kadar u privatnom sektoru može naći bolje uvjete, jednostavnije rečeno - bolju plaću. Ipak, sada nas ljudi bolje poznaju nego što je to bilo u početku, znaju kakav je to tip posla i vjerujem da će biti više zainteresiranih – istaknula je Babačić Ajduk. Dodaje i kako se nada da će ovogodišnja posjećenost Tvrđave sv. Nikole biti bolja nego lani.
- Kada smo počeli s organiziranim posjetom bili smo novi na tržištu, pa smo onda imali dvije godine korone, ali nadamo se da će ova sezona biti bolja. Problem i to što su nam proteklih godina izostale turističke grupe. Sada imamo upite agencija, ali ih je zadnjih mjesec i pol dana ipak malo manje – zaključila je Babačić Ajduk napominjući kako će većoj posjećenosti Sv. Nikole pridonijeti njezina kopnena povezanost.
Ona je sastavni dio projekta cjelovite obnove tvrđave koji je izradio Hrvatski restauratorski zavod, no kako je riječ o investiciji ukupno vrijednoj preko 100 milijuna kuna, vjerojatno će se realizirati u fazama. U šibensko-kninskoj "Prirodi" zato računaju na novac iz europskih fondova te sada čekaju odgovarajuće natječaje na koje projekt mogu prijaviti.

Tvrđava sv. Nikole koja je prije pet godina uvrštena na UNESCO-ovu Listu svjetske kulturne baštine kao dio mletačkog obrambenog sustava izgrađenog u 16. i 17. stoljeću u nekolikog gradova u Hrvatskoj, Italiji i Crnoj Gori, ove će godine vrata za posjetitelje prvi put otvoriti krajem travnja povodom prvog izdanja Noći tvrđava, manifestacije koja je potekla upravo iz Šibenika, a u koju se za sada uključilo tridesetak gradova iz Hrvatske, BiH i Crne Gore.
Tvrđavi sv. Nikole i dalje se može pristupiti samo morskim putem, a organizirani posjet počeo je prije četiri godine, podsjećaju u Javnoj ustanovi Šibensko-kninske županije "Priroda" koja, među ostalim, upravlja tom utvrdom kao i obližnjom, vrlo popularnom šetnicom u Kanalu sv. Ante.
Stoga je ta ustanova ususret turističkoj sezoni raspisala natječaj za sezonsko zapošljavanje ukupno 11 radnika. Mahom je riječ o poslovima vezanim za posjet i obilazak jedine šibenske morske utvrde, pa se tako među ostalim traže recepcionari, interpretatori, tj. vodiči na brodu koji u sezoni vozi do Sv. Nikole,čuvar prirode stručni suradnici za turizam i prihvat posjetitelja, ali i hortikulturni radnici. Također, traže se i čuvari, tj. kućni majstori, svi na određeno vrijeme do kraja listopada, odnosno najdulje godinu dana.
Ravnateljica "Prirode" Anita Babačić Ajduk napominje kako ta javna ustanova upravlja zaštićenim područjima u županiji na površini većoj od tisuću kilometara četvornih pa su stvarne potrebe za čuvarima prirode i veće negoli će ih sada biti zaposleno.
- Već četvrtu godinu za redom počinje sezona organiziranog posjeta Tvrđave sv. Nikole i to je jedan od glavnih razloga zbog kojeg zapošljavamo sezonace, a u sezoni također planiramo pojačani nadzor i održavanje ne samo u Kanalu sv. Ante i zaštićenom krajobrazu Kanal-luka nego i ostalih zaštićenih područja. Zbog požarne sezone imamo obvezu i pojačanog nadzora te održavanja i čišćenja terena, pa će dio radnika koje tražimo na natječaju biti i za to.
Naime, kao javna ustanova upravljamo i gornjim tokom Krke oko Knina, kanjonom Čikole, Žutsko-sitskom skupinom otoka... To je veliko područje, veće od tisuću kilometara četvornih i s obzirom na toliku površinu potrebe za radnicima su veće. Prijašnjih godina imali smo i javne radove tako da pokušavamo iskoristiti sve mogućnosti da dođemo do ljudi – govori Babačić Ajduk.
Rok za podnošenje prijava traje osam dana, a natječaj je objavljen 29. ožujka. Zanimljivo je da prijašnjih godina nije bilo lako naći traženi kadar, te se natječaj morao ponoviti dva pa čak i tri puta. Ipak, Babačić Ajduk nada se da se ovaj put takav scenarij neće ponoviti.
- Uglavnom nam je teže bilo naći interpretatore ili recepcionare, jer se traži znanje stranih jezika, a potrebno je i iskustvo. Međutim, takav kadar u privatnom sektoru može naći bolje uvjete, jednostavnije rečeno - bolju plaću. Ipak, sada nas ljudi bolje poznaju nego što je to bilo u početku, znaju kakav je to tip posla i vjerujem da će biti više zainteresiranih – istaknula je Babačić Ajduk. Dodaje i kako se nada da će ovogodišnja posjećenost Tvrđave sv. Nikole biti bolja nego lani.
- Kada smo počeli s organiziranim posjetom bili smo novi na tržištu, pa smo onda imali dvije godine korone, ali nadamo se da će ova sezona biti bolja. Problem i to što su nam proteklih godina izostale turističke grupe. Sada imamo upite agencija, ali ih je zadnjih mjesec i pol dana ipak malo manje – zaključila je Babačić Ajduk napominjući kako će većoj posjećenosti Sv. Nikole pridonijeti njezina kopnena povezanost.
Ona je sastavni dio projekta cjelovite obnove tvrđave koji je izradio Hrvatski restauratorski zavod, no kako je riječ o investiciji ukupno vrijednoj preko 100 milijuna kuna, vjerojatno će se realizirati u fazama. U šibensko-kninskoj "Prirodi" zato računaju na novac iz europskih fondova te sada čekaju odgovarajuće natječaje na koje projekt mogu prijaviti.
