U konačištu šibenskog biskupijskog Caritasa u kome trenutno boravi 16 beskućnika, ovih predbožićnih dana, usprkos strogim mjerama radi zaštite od epidemije, vlada vedro raspoloženje. Javljaju se građani sa svojim prilozima koji im žele poručiti da ipak nisu sami.I daruju ih.

U njihovome udobnom dnevnom boravku nazočili smo prigodi kad im je zamjenik ravnatelja Caritasa Miljenko Jukić dopremio pakete pomoći u vrijednosti od dvije i pol tisuće kuna, za što je novac darovala jedna Šibenčanka, želeći pritom ostati neimenovana.

- Ova je gesta vrijedna svake zahvalnosti, gotovo smo ostali zatečeni njenom humanošću kaže Jukić. Naša sugrađanka je na ovaj način potakla i druge ljude da daruju skromna dobra za potrebite u prenoćištu za beskućnike. Pritom moramo poštovati stroge mjere zaštite od korone, a i posjete su ograničene. Korisnici su uglavnom u kući, a hrana im se dostavlja iz naše Pučke kuhinje.

Dok su razvrstavali darove, jedan od njih je u njihovo ime zahvalo anonimki i izrazio radost i zadovoljstvo što se to dogodilo upravo ovih dana, uoči velikog kršćanskog blagdana Božića.

Ima i gospodarskih subjekata koji redovito daruju Caritas, poput nekih trgovačkih tvrtki(Dalmare, Kaufland), te zadruga, maslinara i ribara koji su naši stalni donatori, istaknuti će dobrotvore i njihova dobra djela Miljenko Jukić, koji tu zahtjevnu dužnost obnaša gotovo od samih početaka ustroja i rada biskupijskog Caritasa u Šibeniku i njegove Pučke kuhinje.

'Dalmare nam je napravio akciju za Sigurnu kuću, za ugrožene žene, a Lidl nam je dao paletu prehrambenih proizvoda. Uslijed složene situacije i naše potrebe rastu. Trenutno je na našoj skrbi Pučke kuhinje oko 170 osoba. Znatan dio njih mjesečno od nas dobiva pakete hrane i potrepština, što je također iz donacija.' - kazao nam je Jukić.

Zavirili smo i u neke od dvokrevetnih soba Caritasovih korisnika. Uredne su, funkcionalno opremljene, s dnevnim boravakom, uz malu kuhinju, sanitarne uređaje i tuševe. Doimaju se ne poput konačišta, nego poput kakvog malog turističkog apartmana, s udobnošću i toplinom doma, ali i zavidnom higijenom na najvišoj razini, koju održavaju sami korisnici.

U konačištu šibenskog biskupijskog Caritasa u kome trenutno boravi 16 beskućnika, ovih predbožićnih dana, usprkos strogim mjerama radi zaštite od epidemije, vlada vedro raspoloženje. Javljaju se građani sa svojim prilozima koji im žele poručiti da ipak nisu sami.I daruju ih.

U njihovome udobnom dnevnom boravku nazočili smo prigodi kad im je zamjenik ravnatelja Caritasa Miljenko Jukić dopremio pakete pomoći u vrijednosti od dvije i pol tisuće kuna, za što je novac darovala jedna Šibenčanka, želeći pritom ostati neimenovana.

- Ova je gesta vrijedna svake zahvalnosti, gotovo smo ostali zatečeni njenom humanošću kaže Jukić. Naša sugrađanka je na ovaj način potakla i druge ljude da daruju skromna dobra za potrebite u prenoćištu za beskućnike. Pritom moramo poštovati stroge mjere zaštite od korone, a i posjete su ograničene. Korisnici su uglavnom u kući, a hrana im se dostavlja iz naše Pučke kuhinje.

Dok su razvrstavali darove, jedan od njih je u njihovo ime zahvalo anonimki i izrazio radost i zadovoljstvo što se to dogodilo upravo ovih dana, uoči velikog kršćanskog blagdana Božića.

Ima i gospodarskih subjekata koji redovito daruju Caritas, poput nekih trgovačkih tvrtki(Dalmare, Kaufland), te zadruga, maslinara i ribara koji su naši stalni donatori, istaknuti će dobrotvore i njihova dobra djela Miljenko Jukić, koji tu zahtjevnu dužnost obnaša gotovo od samih početaka ustroja i rada biskupijskog Caritasa u Šibeniku i njegove Pučke kuhinje.

'Dalmare nam je napravio akciju za Sigurnu kuću, za ugrožene žene, a Lidl nam je dao paletu prehrambenih proizvoda. Uslijed složene situacije i naše potrebe rastu. Trenutno je na našoj skrbi Pučke kuhinje oko 170 osoba. Znatan dio njih mjesečno od nas dobiva pakete hrane i potrepština, što je također iz donacija.' - kazao nam je Jukić.

Zavirili smo i u neke od dvokrevetnih soba Caritasovih korisnika. Uredne su, funkcionalno opremljene, s dnevnim boravakom, uz malu kuhinju, sanitarne uređaje i tuševe. Doimaju se ne poput konačišta, nego poput kakvog malog turističkog apartmana, s udobnošću i toplinom doma, ali i zavidnom higijenom na najvišoj razini, koju održavaju sami korisnici.
