Šibenik već dugo čeka na izgradnju modernog Teniskog centra u nastavku postojećih terena na Šubićevcu o čijoj se realizaciji priča još od 2019. godine. Naredne godine je idejni projekt bio u završnoj fazi, a punu podršku projektu te je godine pružio i Hrvatski teniski savez.
Tada je novi dom šibenskog tenisa trebao sadržavati, uz postojeće vanjske, također unutrašnje teniske terene te zgradu s dodatnim sportsko – rekreacijskim sadržajima za cijenu nešto veću od 33 milijuna kuna. Nije bilo onda, a nije ni sada sporno koliko bi izgradnja natkrivenih teniskih terena značila Šibeniku kao sportskom gradu jer bi na taj način svim šibenskim tenisačima bio omogućen sportski razvoj kroz cijelu godinu bez da ovise o vremenskim uvjetima.
No, izgleda da se zanos za izgradnjom Centra pomalo prikočio tri godine poslije, od čega su dvije bile pandemijske, sa svim poremećajima na tržištu koje su donijele.

Građevinska čestica u produžetku teniskih terena na Šubićevcu površine nešto manje od 10,8 tisuća metara četvornih, u vlasništvu je Grada Šibenika te je nedavno Upravnom odjelu za provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnju predan zahtjev za izdavanje građevinske dozvole.
O tome što se planira (g)raditi na tolikoj površini poslali smo upit Gradskoj upravi iz koje prvo odgovaraju kako se ne planira ništa i da Grad Šibenik ne formira građevinsku česticu na spomenutoj lokaciji (!) No, nakon priloženog dokaza s Geoportala o vlasništvu Grada nad česticom 905/1 K.O. Šibenik i predanom zahtjevu za građevinsku dozvolu, s iste adrese ipak stiže potvrda kako se, sada izgleda zaozbiljno, na toj lokaciji planira izgradnja Teniskog centra na nešto manjoj zemljišnoj površini od navedene.
Više informacija pokušali smo saznati od vodstva Javne ustanove ‘‘Športski objekti Šibenik‘‘ gdje kažu kako o izgradnji Teniskog centra ne znaju puno te da se investitori još čekaju.
-Vidjet ćemo tko će biti investitor jer će novi teniski kompleks financirati ili ministarstvo, ili čemo aplicirati na europske fodove. Žao mi je ali zasad nemamo više informacija – govori Andrija Španja, ravnatelj.

Šibenik već dugo čeka na izgradnju modernog Teniskog centra u nastavku postojećih terena na Šubićevcu o čijoj se realizaciji priča još od 2019. godine. Naredne godine je idejni projekt bio u završnoj fazi, a punu podršku projektu te je godine pružio i Hrvatski teniski savez.
Tada je novi dom šibenskog tenisa trebao sadržavati, uz postojeće vanjske, također unutrašnje teniske terene te zgradu s dodatnim sportsko – rekreacijskim sadržajima za cijenu nešto veću od 33 milijuna kuna. Nije bilo onda, a nije ni sada sporno koliko bi izgradnja natkrivenih teniskih terena značila Šibeniku kao sportskom gradu jer bi na taj način svim šibenskim tenisačima bio omogućen sportski razvoj kroz cijelu godinu bez da ovise o vremenskim uvjetima.
No, izgleda da se zanos za izgradnjom Centra pomalo prikočio tri godine poslije, od čega su dvije bile pandemijske, sa svim poremećajima na tržištu koje su donijele.

Građevinska čestica u produžetku teniskih terena na Šubićevcu površine nešto manje od 10,8 tisuća metara četvornih, u vlasništvu je Grada Šibenika te je nedavno Upravnom odjelu za provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja i gradnju predan zahtjev za izdavanje građevinske dozvole.
O tome što se planira (g)raditi na tolikoj površini poslali smo upit Gradskoj upravi iz koje prvo odgovaraju kako se ne planira ništa i da Grad Šibenik ne formira građevinsku česticu na spomenutoj lokaciji (!) No, nakon priloženog dokaza s Geoportala o vlasništvu Grada nad česticom 905/1 K.O. Šibenik i predanom zahtjevu za građevinsku dozvolu, s iste adrese ipak stiže potvrda kako se, sada izgleda zaozbiljno, na toj lokaciji planira izgradnja Teniskog centra na nešto manjoj zemljišnoj površini od navedene.
Više informacija pokušali smo saznati od vodstva Javne ustanove ‘‘Športski objekti Šibenik‘‘ gdje kažu kako o izgradnji Teniskog centra ne znaju puno te da se investitori još čekaju.
-Vidjet ćemo tko će biti investitor jer će novi teniski kompleks financirati ili ministarstvo, ili čemo aplicirati na europske fodove. Žao mi je ali zasad nemamo više informacija – govori Andrija Španja, ravnatelj.
