Neiskorištene i nefunkcionalne nekretnine često su izvor brojnih problema gradovima i općinama, nekima čak i kočnica daljnjeg razvoja. Šibenik, primjerice, na iznimno atraktivnim lokacijama u gradu i okolici već godinama uzalud čeka da ulagači napokon i ostvare ono što su najavljivali.
Nakon više od dva desetljeća zgrada bivše ‘Revije‘ na šibenskoj rivi je napokon dobila vlasnika kojemu neće biti tek mrtvi kapital. Odmah je prionuo obnovi kako bi Šibenik umjesto trošne dobio reprezentativnu zgradu, piše HRT

Priželjkuju Šibenčani sličnu sudbinu i susjednim zgradama. Jer bivši hotel Krka desetljećima je derutan i neobnovljen. U funkciji nije ni velebna zgrada stare pošte.
- Imate državu, odnosno državnu tvrtku Poštu, koja godinama, ako ne i desetljećima, je napustila zgradu pošte i usprkos našim razgovorima s Upravom pošte, ništa ne poduzima da se valorizira njihova nekretnina, rekao je gradonačelnik Šibenika Željko Burić.

Iz te tvrtke tek poručuju - prodaja zgrade je u planu. U planu je i švicarskim ulagačima u okolici Zablaća na 60 hektara otkupljenog zemljišta izgraditi velebni turističko-stambeni kompleks. Za čiju je medijsku promociju iskorišten i glumac Brad Pitt koji je 2016-e prošetao Šibenikom. Zablaćani međutim u spektakularne najave više ne vjeruju.
Ništa se ne događa ni u prigradskom naselju Brodarica gdje su engleski investitori prije više od 10 godina otkupili 10 hektara zemljišta za izgradnju luksuznog stambenog kompleksa.
- Jednostavno smo u poziciji začaranog kruga u kojem one koji su vlasnici postojećih građevinskih područja ne možete ničim natjerati da krenu u investiciju, a nekim novim investitorima koji imaju zatvorenu cijelu konstrukciju ne možete to omogućiti jer im legalno i legitimno ne možete osigurati nova građevinska područja, požalio se Burić.
Naime, postojeće zone građevinskog, a neizgrađenog područja već zauzimaju goleme površine - i to na atraktivnim lokacijama. I sve dok je tako budući ulagači ostat će na čekanju, piše HRT

Neiskorištene i nefunkcionalne nekretnine često su izvor brojnih problema gradovima i općinama, nekima čak i kočnica daljnjeg razvoja. Šibenik, primjerice, na iznimno atraktivnim lokacijama u gradu i okolici već godinama uzalud čeka da ulagači napokon i ostvare ono što su najavljivali.
Nakon više od dva desetljeća zgrada bivše ‘Revije‘ na šibenskoj rivi je napokon dobila vlasnika kojemu neće biti tek mrtvi kapital. Odmah je prionuo obnovi kako bi Šibenik umjesto trošne dobio reprezentativnu zgradu, piše HRT

Priželjkuju Šibenčani sličnu sudbinu i susjednim zgradama. Jer bivši hotel Krka desetljećima je derutan i neobnovljen. U funkciji nije ni velebna zgrada stare pošte.
- Imate državu, odnosno državnu tvrtku Poštu, koja godinama, ako ne i desetljećima, je napustila zgradu pošte i usprkos našim razgovorima s Upravom pošte, ništa ne poduzima da se valorizira njihova nekretnina, rekao je gradonačelnik Šibenika Željko Burić.

Iz te tvrtke tek poručuju - prodaja zgrade je u planu. U planu je i švicarskim ulagačima u okolici Zablaća na 60 hektara otkupljenog zemljišta izgraditi velebni turističko-stambeni kompleks. Za čiju je medijsku promociju iskorišten i glumac Brad Pitt koji je 2016-e prošetao Šibenikom. Zablaćani međutim u spektakularne najave više ne vjeruju.
Ništa se ne događa ni u prigradskom naselju Brodarica gdje su engleski investitori prije više od 10 godina otkupili 10 hektara zemljišta za izgradnju luksuznog stambenog kompleksa.
- Jednostavno smo u poziciji začaranog kruga u kojem one koji su vlasnici postojećih građevinskih područja ne možete ničim natjerati da krenu u investiciju, a nekim novim investitorima koji imaju zatvorenu cijelu konstrukciju ne možete to omogućiti jer im legalno i legitimno ne možete osigurati nova građevinska područja, požalio se Burić.
Naime, postojeće zone građevinskog, a neizgrađenog područja već zauzimaju goleme površine - i to na atraktivnim lokacijama. I sve dok je tako budući ulagači ostat će na čekanju, piše HRT
