Ostatke pripremljenih obroka baca 51 posto hrvatskih građana, pokazala je anketa o navikama hrvatskih kućanstava koju je za Dukat provela agencija Improve.
Anketa je provedena u lipnju na 523 ispitanika u dobi od 18 do 65 godina.
Prema rezultatima ankete, 44 posto građana odlučuje baciti hranu jer su na nju zaboravili, a 51 posto jer se pokvarila. Radi se o onima koji su u jednom od pitanja označili da bacaju hranu, njih 78 posto od ukupnog broja ispitanika.
Najčešće se bacaju ostaci pripremljene hrane, gotovo polovica kućanstava baca kruh i peciva, a svako četvrto kućanstvo baca povrće, voće, mlijeko i mliječne proizvode.
Višak pripremljene hrane se u većini slučajeva zamrzava. Više od polovine ispitanika koristi kao sastojke za sljedeći obrok, a 40 posto kao hranu za životinje.
Većina ispitanika potrudi se iskoristiti kupljenu hranu u roku. Svaki drugi zamrzava višak kupljene hrane koju neće iskoristiti do isteka valjanosti.
Da baca mlijeko i mliječne proizvode kaže 23 posto anketiranih, a gotovo jednak udio (25 posto) pogrešno smatra da se ni jedan mliječni proizvod kojemu je istekao naznačeni rok ne bi trebao konzumirati.
U kategoriji mliječnih proizvoda jogurt se najčešće navodi kao proizvod koji se baca.
Anketa je pokazala i kako građani nedovoljno dobro prepoznaju razliku između oznaka "najbolje upotrijebiti do" i "upotrijebiti do". Naime, svega 40 posto jasno razumije značenje ovih dviju oznaka hrane.
U kupovinu namirnica uglavnom se odlazi više puta tjedno, što čini 62 posto ispitanih. Prevladava kupovina namirnica prema planiranim obrocima.
49 posto anketiranih najprije isplanira obroke pa zatim kupuje namirnice, dok 38 posto najprije kupuje namirnice, a potom planira i priprema obroke.
Da često ili gotovo uvijek kupuje velika ili akcijska pakiranja kaže 62 posto anketiranih, a 41 posto često ili gotovo uvijek kupuje proizvode pred istekom roka trajanja.

Ostatke pripremljenih obroka baca 51 posto hrvatskih građana, pokazala je anketa o navikama hrvatskih kućanstava koju je za Dukat provela agencija Improve.
Anketa je provedena u lipnju na 523 ispitanika u dobi od 18 do 65 godina.
Prema rezultatima ankete, 44 posto građana odlučuje baciti hranu jer su na nju zaboravili, a 51 posto jer se pokvarila. Radi se o onima koji su u jednom od pitanja označili da bacaju hranu, njih 78 posto od ukupnog broja ispitanika.
Najčešće se bacaju ostaci pripremljene hrane, gotovo polovica kućanstava baca kruh i peciva, a svako četvrto kućanstvo baca povrće, voće, mlijeko i mliječne proizvode.
Višak pripremljene hrane se u većini slučajeva zamrzava. Više od polovine ispitanika koristi kao sastojke za sljedeći obrok, a 40 posto kao hranu za životinje.
Većina ispitanika potrudi se iskoristiti kupljenu hranu u roku. Svaki drugi zamrzava višak kupljene hrane koju neće iskoristiti do isteka valjanosti.
Da baca mlijeko i mliječne proizvode kaže 23 posto anketiranih, a gotovo jednak udio (25 posto) pogrešno smatra da se ni jedan mliječni proizvod kojemu je istekao naznačeni rok ne bi trebao konzumirati.
U kategoriji mliječnih proizvoda jogurt se najčešće navodi kao proizvod koji se baca.
Anketa je pokazala i kako građani nedovoljno dobro prepoznaju razliku između oznaka "najbolje upotrijebiti do" i "upotrijebiti do". Naime, svega 40 posto jasno razumije značenje ovih dviju oznaka hrane.
U kupovinu namirnica uglavnom se odlazi više puta tjedno, što čini 62 posto ispitanih. Prevladava kupovina namirnica prema planiranim obrocima.
49 posto anketiranih najprije isplanira obroke pa zatim kupuje namirnice, dok 38 posto najprije kupuje namirnice, a potom planira i priprema obroke.
Da često ili gotovo uvijek kupuje velika ili akcijska pakiranja kaže 62 posto anketiranih, a 41 posto često ili gotovo uvijek kupuje proizvode pred istekom roka trajanja.

Svaki drugi građanin Hrvatske baca hranu, iako kažu da im je skupa i najviše kupuju na akcijama

Ostatke pripremljenih obroka baca 51 posto hrvatskih građana, pokazala je anketa o navikama hrvatskih kućanstava koju je za Dukat provela agencija Improve.
Anketa je provedena u lipnju na 523 ispitanika u dobi od 18 do 65 godina.
Prema rezultatima ankete, 44 posto građana odlučuje baciti hranu jer su na nju zaboravili, a 51 posto jer se pokvarila. Radi se o onima koji su u jednom od pitanja označili da bacaju hranu, njih 78 posto od ukupnog broja ispitanika.
Najčešće se bacaju ostaci pripremljene hrane, gotovo polovica kućanstava baca kruh i peciva, a svako četvrto kućanstvo baca povrće, voće, mlijeko i mliječne proizvode.
Višak pripremljene hrane se u većini slučajeva zamrzava. Više od polovine ispitanika koristi kao sastojke za sljedeći obrok, a 40 posto kao hranu za životinje.
Većina ispitanika potrudi se iskoristiti kupljenu hranu u roku. Svaki drugi zamrzava višak kupljene hrane koju neće iskoristiti do isteka valjanosti.
Da baca mlijeko i mliječne proizvode kaže 23 posto anketiranih, a gotovo jednak udio (25 posto) pogrešno smatra da se ni jedan mliječni proizvod kojemu je istekao naznačeni rok ne bi trebao konzumirati.
U kategoriji mliječnih proizvoda jogurt se najčešće navodi kao proizvod koji se baca.
Anketa je pokazala i kako građani nedovoljno dobro prepoznaju razliku između oznaka "najbolje upotrijebiti do" i "upotrijebiti do". Naime, svega 40 posto jasno razumije značenje ovih dviju oznaka hrane.
U kupovinu namirnica uglavnom se odlazi više puta tjedno, što čini 62 posto ispitanih. Prevladava kupovina namirnica prema planiranim obrocima.
49 posto anketiranih najprije isplanira obroke pa zatim kupuje namirnice, dok 38 posto najprije kupuje namirnice, a potom planira i priprema obroke.
Da često ili gotovo uvijek kupuje velika ili akcijska pakiranja kaže 62 posto anketiranih, a 41 posto često ili gotovo uvijek kupuje proizvode pred istekom roka trajanja.
