Stranka GLAS u saborsku je proceduru, prema Hininoj informaciji, uputila prijedlog izmjena Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama kojim bi se regulirala vožnja električnim romobilima koji se još uvijek prema postojećim zakonima svrstavaju među pješake da bi se prevenirale eventualne prometne nesreće.

Upozorili su da za vožnju električnim romobilom, premda postoje modeli koji dostižu brzine i do 40 kilometara na sat, nije potrebno imati vozačku dozvolu, kacigu ni reflektirajući prsluk, pa trenutačno bez ograničenja voze po pločnicima, biciklističkim stazama, cestama, pa čak i autocestama.

Predložili su da se za e-romobile uvede pojam malog električnog vozila, a korištenje električnih romobila pozdravljaju jer ne zagađuju okoliš kao klasičnam vozila, ne zagušuju promet, a ipak se brže dolazi od jedne do druge točke.

„Neke su države porast broja ovih vozila uočile na vrijeme i regulirale ih zakonom, a s obzirom na trendove, i kod nas će ih biti sve više, pa je bolje odmah ih regulirati i prevenirati potencijalne nesreće i onda se dovesti u situaciju da se po hitnoj proceduri donose zakonske izmjene“, mišljenja je predsjednica GLAS-a Anka Mrak Taritaš.

Njezina stranačka kolegica Nada Turina Đurić napomenula je da je gore od lošeg zakona imati potpuno neregulirano područje koje nijedan zakon ne pokriva.

„Izmjenama želimo na neki način ograničiti ponašanje tih novih sudionika u prometu jer ih u Zagrebu ima već ima više tisuća. Predložili smo da se moraju kretati biciklističkim stazama, tamo gdje ih ima, pa pozivamo gradove da ocrtaju više staza. Tamo gdje ih nema, trebali bi se kretati po pločnicima, a tek ako nema ni jednog od ovo dvoje, dopušta im se kretanje po cestama. Ali isključivo u urbanim područjima, nikako ne u međumjesnom ili međugradskom prometu. Zato pozivamo i jedinice lokalne samouprave da se snažnije uključe u reguliranje ovog prometa“, apelirala je Turina Đurić.

GLAS zakonskim izmjenama obvezuje vozače električnih romobila da ne konzumiraju alkohol kad upravljaju svojim 'vozilima', da nose reflektirajuće prsluke i kacige te prikladno osvijetle romobile.
„Želimo im ograničiti brzinu i povećati sigurnost, želimo sve to legalizirati jer sada, ako se dogodi nesreća, nije jasno kako se tretiraju vozači romobila“, pojasnila je za Hinu, Turina Đurić.

Stranka GLAS u saborsku je proceduru, prema Hininoj informaciji, uputila prijedlog izmjena Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama kojim bi se regulirala vožnja električnim romobilima koji se još uvijek prema postojećim zakonima svrstavaju među pješake da bi se prevenirale eventualne prometne nesreće.

Upozorili su da za vožnju električnim romobilom, premda postoje modeli koji dostižu brzine i do 40 kilometara na sat, nije potrebno imati vozačku dozvolu, kacigu ni reflektirajući prsluk, pa trenutačno bez ograničenja voze po pločnicima, biciklističkim stazama, cestama, pa čak i autocestama.

Predložili su da se za e-romobile uvede pojam malog električnog vozila, a korištenje električnih romobila pozdravljaju jer ne zagađuju okoliš kao klasičnam vozila, ne zagušuju promet, a ipak se brže dolazi od jedne do druge točke.

„Neke su države porast broja ovih vozila uočile na vrijeme i regulirale ih zakonom, a s obzirom na trendove, i kod nas će ih biti sve više, pa je bolje odmah ih regulirati i prevenirati potencijalne nesreće i onda se dovesti u situaciju da se po hitnoj proceduri donose zakonske izmjene“, mišljenja je predsjednica GLAS-a Anka Mrak Taritaš.

Njezina stranačka kolegica Nada Turina Đurić napomenula je da je gore od lošeg zakona imati potpuno neregulirano područje koje nijedan zakon ne pokriva.

„Izmjenama želimo na neki način ograničiti ponašanje tih novih sudionika u prometu jer ih u Zagrebu ima već ima više tisuća. Predložili smo da se moraju kretati biciklističkim stazama, tamo gdje ih ima, pa pozivamo gradove da ocrtaju više staza. Tamo gdje ih nema, trebali bi se kretati po pločnicima, a tek ako nema ni jednog od ovo dvoje, dopušta im se kretanje po cestama. Ali isključivo u urbanim područjima, nikako ne u međumjesnom ili međugradskom prometu. Zato pozivamo i jedinice lokalne samouprave da se snažnije uključe u reguliranje ovog prometa“, apelirala je Turina Đurić.

GLAS zakonskim izmjenama obvezuje vozače električnih romobila da ne konzumiraju alkohol kad upravljaju svojim 'vozilima', da nose reflektirajuće prsluke i kacige te prikladno osvijetle romobile.
„Želimo im ograničiti brzinu i povećati sigurnost, želimo sve to legalizirati jer sada, ako se dogodi nesreća, nije jasno kako se tretiraju vozači romobila“, pojasnila je za Hinu, Turina Đurić.
