Osječko Županijsko državno odvjetništvo (ŽDO) u petak popodne je sucu istrage osječkog Županijskog suda predložilo određivanje istražnog zatvora za 27-godišnjeg policijskog službenika, osumnjičenog za kazneno djelo ubojstva 21-godišnjakinje u Osijeku.
Istražni zatvor ŽDO je zatražio zbog opasnosti od ometanja istrage i opasnosti od ponavljanja djela.
Zbog sumnje da je neopreznim rukovanjem službenim policijskim oružjem u srijedu u stanu u Osijeku usmrtio 21-godišnju djevojku, Policijska uprava osječko-baranjska je uhitila je 27-godišnjeg policijskog službenika, koji je priveden pritvorskom nadzorniku.
Policija je u petak prethodno izvijestila kako prva dojava o smrtnom stradavanju 21-godišnje djevojke u Osijeku nije ukazivala na kazneno djelo, već se do sumnje kako je za to odgovoran 27-godišnji policajac došlo naknadnim istraživanjem i dokaznim radnjama.
Načelnik Sektora kriminalističke policije Krunoslav Patača rekao je danas na konferenciji za novinare kako je policija 20. rujna oko 22,09 sati zaprimila početnu dojavu o smrtnom stradavanju mlade žene, a prema početnim saznanjima dojava nije ukazivala na kazneno djelo.
Daljnjim postupanjem policije, provođenjem dokaznih radnji, očevida, obavijesnim razgovorima te obdukcijom tijela došlo se do saznanja da je 27-godišnji policajac ove Policijske uprave počinio teško kazneno djelo protiv opće sigurnosti te dovođenje u opasnost života i imovine, rekao je Patača
Dodao je kako se za ovo kazneno djelo sa smrtnom posljedicom može  izreći kazna zatvora od jedne do osam godina.
Pri podnošenju kaznene prijave, zbog osobito teških okolnosti počinjenja kaznenog djela policija je predložila određivanje istražnog zatvora za osumnjičenika, što, kaže Patača, ne obvezuje nadležnog tužitelja, koji ovu kvalifikaciju može potvrditi, ili odrediti drugu.
Kriminalističko istraživanje provedeno kompleksno
Na upit novinara je li točno kako je osumnjičenik u početku govorio da je u pitanju samoubojstvo te da je tijekom razgovora s policijom mijenjao iskaze, Patača je kazao kako na to pitanje ne može odgovoriti zbog tajnosti postupanja i izvida. Naglasio je da  je kriminalističko istraživanje bilo kompleksno.
Pojasnio je kako je osumnjičeni policajac,  nakon 11-mjesečnog tečaja na Policijskoj akademiji, završio osnovnu obuku za policijskog službenika, te je  prošle godine u listopadu raspoređen na radno mjesto vježbenika u osječko-baranjskoj Policijskoj upravi.
Napominje da je osumnjičenik u kolovozu ove godine zadužio osobno vatreno naoružanje, za koje je prošao obuku za sigurno rukovanje.
Na upit zašto policija o ovom događaju nije odmah obavijestia javnost, kao u nekim sličnim kaznenim djelima, Patača kaže kako je policija jučer ujutro izašla s prvim informacijama, da je riječ o tragičnom događaju te da se utvrđuju sve okolnosti i provode izvidi.
Razumijem potrebu javnosti da dobije prvu informaciju, ali kada se žuri s iznošenjem nekih preliminarnih informacija, zna doći do promjene tijekom kriminalističkog istraživanja, dodao je.
U ime MUP-a i osječko-baranjske PU Patača je izrazio duboku sućut obitelji smrtno stradale 21-godišnjakinje.
Iz policije su u četvrtak navečer izvijestili da je rješenjem načelnika PU osječko-baranjske 27-godišnji policijski službenik  udaljen iz službe, a protiv njega će se podnijet zahtjev za pokretanje disciplinskog postupka.

Osječko Županijsko državno odvjetništvo (ŽDO) u petak popodne je sucu istrage osječkog Županijskog suda predložilo određivanje istražnog zatvora za 27-godišnjeg policijskog službenika, osumnjičenog za kazneno djelo ubojstva 21-godišnjakinje u Osijeku.
Istražni zatvor ŽDO je zatražio zbog opasnosti od ometanja istrage i opasnosti od ponavljanja djela.
Zbog sumnje da je neopreznim rukovanjem službenim policijskim oružjem u srijedu u stanu u Osijeku usmrtio 21-godišnju djevojku, Policijska uprava osječko-baranjska je uhitila je 27-godišnjeg policijskog službenika, koji je priveden pritvorskom nadzorniku.
Policija je u petak prethodno izvijestila kako prva dojava o smrtnom stradavanju 21-godišnje djevojke u Osijeku nije ukazivala na kazneno djelo, već se do sumnje kako je za to odgovoran 27-godišnji policajac došlo naknadnim istraživanjem i dokaznim radnjama.
Načelnik Sektora kriminalističke policije Krunoslav Patača rekao je danas na konferenciji za novinare kako je policija 20. rujna oko 22,09 sati zaprimila početnu dojavu o smrtnom stradavanju mlade žene, a prema početnim saznanjima dojava nije ukazivala na kazneno djelo.
Daljnjim postupanjem policije, provođenjem dokaznih radnji, očevida, obavijesnim razgovorima te obdukcijom tijela došlo se do saznanja da je 27-godišnji policajac ove Policijske uprave počinio teško kazneno djelo protiv opće sigurnosti te dovođenje u opasnost života i imovine, rekao je Patača
Dodao je kako se za ovo kazneno djelo sa smrtnom posljedicom može  izreći kazna zatvora od jedne do osam godina.
Pri podnošenju kaznene prijave, zbog osobito teških okolnosti počinjenja kaznenog djela policija je predložila određivanje istražnog zatvora za osumnjičenika, što, kaže Patača, ne obvezuje nadležnog tužitelja, koji ovu kvalifikaciju može potvrditi, ili odrediti drugu.
Kriminalističko istraživanje provedeno kompleksno
Na upit novinara je li točno kako je osumnjičenik u početku govorio da je u pitanju samoubojstvo te da je tijekom razgovora s policijom mijenjao iskaze, Patača je kazao kako na to pitanje ne može odgovoriti zbog tajnosti postupanja i izvida. Naglasio je da  je kriminalističko istraživanje bilo kompleksno.
Pojasnio je kako je osumnjičeni policajac,  nakon 11-mjesečnog tečaja na Policijskoj akademiji, završio osnovnu obuku za policijskog službenika, te je  prošle godine u listopadu raspoređen na radno mjesto vježbenika u osječko-baranjskoj Policijskoj upravi.
Napominje da je osumnjičenik u kolovozu ove godine zadužio osobno vatreno naoružanje, za koje je prošao obuku za sigurno rukovanje.
Na upit zašto policija o ovom događaju nije odmah obavijestia javnost, kao u nekim sličnim kaznenim djelima, Patača kaže kako je policija jučer ujutro izašla s prvim informacijama, da je riječ o tragičnom događaju te da se utvrđuju sve okolnosti i provode izvidi.
Razumijem potrebu javnosti da dobije prvu informaciju, ali kada se žuri s iznošenjem nekih preliminarnih informacija, zna doći do promjene tijekom kriminalističkog istraživanja, dodao je.
U ime MUP-a i osječko-baranjske PU Patača je izrazio duboku sućut obitelji smrtno stradale 21-godišnjakinje.
Iz policije su u četvrtak navečer izvijestili da je rješenjem načelnika PU osječko-baranjske 27-godišnji policijski službenik  udaljen iz službe, a protiv njega će se podnijet zahtjev za pokretanje disciplinskog postupka.

Osječko Županijsko državno odvjetništvo (ŽDO) u petak popodne je sucu istrage osječkog Županijskog suda predložilo određivanje istražnog zatvora za 27-godišnjeg policijskog službenika, osumnjičenog za kazneno djelo ubojstva 21-godišnjakinje u Osijeku.
Istražni zatvor ŽDO je zatražio zbog opasnosti od ometanja istrage i opasnosti od ponavljanja djela.
Zbog sumnje da je neopreznim rukovanjem službenim policijskim oružjem u srijedu u stanu u Osijeku usmrtio 21-godišnju djevojku, Policijska uprava osječko-baranjska je uhitila je 27-godišnjeg policijskog službenika, koji je priveden pritvorskom nadzorniku.
