Ministar financija Marko Primorac izjavio je da ne želi vjerovati da su pojedini poslodavci smanjenjem bruto plaća radnika sebi uzeli uštede koje su ti radnici trebali ostvariti na temelju nedavnih poreznih izmjena, prenosi HRT,

- Ono što postoji kao mogućnost, iako ja to ne želim prihvatiti kao nekakvu pojavu (...) jest da su poslodavci smanjili bruto plaće kako bi zapravo uštede koje su građanima trebale doći zbog porezne reforme, oni uzeli sebi. Ne želim vjerovati da je to tako. Pričekajmo da se obave sve relevantne analize, izjavio je Primorac na konferenciji za medije u Banskim dvorima.

Primorac vjeruje i da će se Hrvatska udruga poslodavaca (HUP) oglasiti po tom pitanju.

- No, ako je to bila nekakva pojava, to je u potpunosti nešto nevjerojatno i nešto što ja ne želim uopće prihvatiti, istaknuo je ministar.

Rekao je i da je razgovarao s glavnom direktoricom HUP-a Irenom Weber koja je također iznenađena tim podatkom, s obzirom da su poslodavci kontinuirano izloženi pritiscima u smislu povećanja plaća.

Novinari su problematizirali jučer objavljene podatke Državnog zavoda za statistiku (DZS), po kojima je prosječna mjesečna bruto plaća po zaposlenome u pravnim osobama za prosinac od 1620 eura nominalno bila niža za 3,5 posto u odnosu na studeni 2023. godine, pitajući se znači li to da većina zaposlenih u privatnom sektoru nije osjetila rasterećenje do kojeg je trebalo doći uslijed poreznih izmjena. Po podacima DZS-a, prosječna mjesečna isplaćena neto plaća po zaposlenome u pravnim osobama za prosinac 2023. iznosila je 1191 euro, što je na mjesečnoj razini nominalno niže za 1,4 posto.

Primorac je ustvrdio da su izmjenama poreznih propisa svim zaposlenim osobama u Hrvatskoj rasle neto plaće u odnosu na zadane bruto plaće. Te porezne izmjene, podsjetio je, uključivale su povećanje osnovnog osobnog odbitka, ukidanje prireza, mogućnost manjeg poreza na dohodak kojim se prirez mogao supstituirati, kao i državno subvencioniranje izdataka za mirovinsko osiguranje.

- Kao posljedica poreznih izmjena apsolutno nije moguće da ljudima padaju plaće i tu tezu u potpunosti odbacujem, ustvrdio je ministar.

Uz napomenu da određivanje bruto plaća nije u ingerenciji Vlade, Primorac je rekao i da je njemu podatak o njihovom padu u prosincu bio interesantan.

Iako konkretne razloge ne zna, kao još jedan mogući razlog je naveo i to da je do dijela smanjenja došlo zato jer je fond radnih sati u prosincu bio manji u odnosu na studeni. No s druge strane, dodao je Primorac, u prosincu su neto i bruto plaće po satu rada rasle.

Prema podacima DZS-a, u prosincu 2023. bilo je prosječno 166 plaćenih sati, što je u odnosu na mjesec prije niže niže za 4,6 posto, navodi HRT.

Ministar financija Marko Primorac izjavio je da ne želi vjerovati da su pojedini poslodavci smanjenjem bruto plaća radnika sebi uzeli uštede koje su ti radnici trebali ostvariti na temelju nedavnih poreznih izmjena, prenosi HRT,

- Ono što postoji kao mogućnost, iako ja to ne želim prihvatiti kao nekakvu pojavu (...) jest da su poslodavci smanjili bruto plaće kako bi zapravo uštede koje su građanima trebale doći zbog porezne reforme, oni uzeli sebi. Ne želim vjerovati da je to tako. Pričekajmo da se obave sve relevantne analize, izjavio je Primorac na konferenciji za medije u Banskim dvorima.

Primorac vjeruje i da će se Hrvatska udruga poslodavaca (HUP) oglasiti po tom pitanju.

- No, ako je to bila nekakva pojava, to je u potpunosti nešto nevjerojatno i nešto što ja ne želim uopće prihvatiti, istaknuo je ministar.

Rekao je i da je razgovarao s glavnom direktoricom HUP-a Irenom Weber koja je također iznenađena tim podatkom, s obzirom da su poslodavci kontinuirano izloženi pritiscima u smislu povećanja plaća.

Novinari su problematizirali jučer objavljene podatke Državnog zavoda za statistiku (DZS), po kojima je prosječna mjesečna bruto plaća po zaposlenome u pravnim osobama za prosinac od 1620 eura nominalno bila niža za 3,5 posto u odnosu na studeni 2023. godine, pitajući se znači li to da većina zaposlenih u privatnom sektoru nije osjetila rasterećenje do kojeg je trebalo doći uslijed poreznih izmjena. Po podacima DZS-a, prosječna mjesečna isplaćena neto plaća po zaposlenome u pravnim osobama za prosinac 2023. iznosila je 1191 euro, što je na mjesečnoj razini nominalno niže za 1,4 posto.

Primorac je ustvrdio da su izmjenama poreznih propisa svim zaposlenim osobama u Hrvatskoj rasle neto plaće u odnosu na zadane bruto plaće. Te porezne izmjene, podsjetio je, uključivale su povećanje osnovnog osobnog odbitka, ukidanje prireza, mogućnost manjeg poreza na dohodak kojim se prirez mogao supstituirati, kao i državno subvencioniranje izdataka za mirovinsko osiguranje.

- Kao posljedica poreznih izmjena apsolutno nije moguće da ljudima padaju plaće i tu tezu u potpunosti odbacujem, ustvrdio je ministar.

Uz napomenu da određivanje bruto plaća nije u ingerenciji Vlade, Primorac je rekao i da je njemu podatak o njihovom padu u prosincu bio interesantan.

Iako konkretne razloge ne zna, kao još jedan mogući razlog je naveo i to da je do dijela smanjenja došlo zato jer je fond radnih sati u prosincu bio manji u odnosu na studeni. No s druge strane, dodao je Primorac, u prosincu su neto i bruto plaće po satu rada rasle.

Prema podacima DZS-a, u prosincu 2023. bilo je prosječno 166 plaćenih sati, što je u odnosu na mjesec prije niže niže za 4,6 posto, navodi HRT.
