Ravnatelj Županijske bolnice Čakovec Igor Šegović rekao je danas u razgovoru s novinarkom N1 Televizije Ivanom Kopčić kako su liječnici u toj bolnici u subotu oživljavali bebu s teškom upalom pluća pozitivnu na covid.
On kaže kako u čakovečkoj bolnici nemaju problema s odbijanjem testiranja među djelatnicima bolnice, te da rade i više nego što mogu.
“I dalje sve funkcionira”, kaže Šegović.
“Jučer smo imali sastanak s glavnim covid koordinatorom, ne znamo koliko dugo ćemo moći održati tu razinu skrbi”, govori dodajući da ne ovisi sve o bolnici nego i o pridržavanju mjera.
“Situacija nije dobra”
“Od 50 hospitaliziranih, 36 ih nije cijepljeno. Cijepljenje stvarno ima učinka i mi u bolnici to vidimo”, govori.
Šegović kaže kako je u bolnici trenutno 50 covid pozitivnih pacijenata čije su slike umjereno teške do teške te da većina njih zahtijeva neki oblik respiratorne potpore.
“Situacija nikako nije dobra”, kaže. Dodaje kako od 14 cijepljenih pacijenata može za većinu reći zašto cjepivo nije bilo učinkovito: neki imaju bolesti zbog kojih se cjepivo ne može “primiti”, a neki uzimaju lijekove koji poništavaju djelovanje cjepiva.
Sve više zaražene djece
“Sve je više djece koja boluju od covida, u vrtićima, u školama, jako nas žalosti što ta djeca imaju sve težu kliničku sliku”, kaže Šegović za N1.
“Dijete od 5 mjeseci u proteklom dežurstvu doslovno je umiralo pred nama od upale pluća izazvane covidom. Zahvaljujući dobroj intervenciji, dobrim lijekovima, dijete smo spasili, dijete je sada dobro, ali kad to vidite onda znate da cjepivo i pridržavanje epidemioloških mjera ima smisla i da ne smijemo doći do te razine da nam dijete može umrijeti od covida”, govori
Šegović kaže da bolnica može izdržati još tjedan ili dva, ako se trend rasta broja zaraženih nastavi.

Ravnatelj Županijske bolnice Čakovec Igor Šegović rekao je danas u razgovoru s novinarkom N1 Televizije Ivanom Kopčić kako su liječnici u toj bolnici u subotu oživljavali bebu s teškom upalom pluća pozitivnu na covid.
On kaže kako u čakovečkoj bolnici nemaju problema s odbijanjem testiranja među djelatnicima bolnice, te da rade i više nego što mogu.
“I dalje sve funkcionira”, kaže Šegović.
“Jučer smo imali sastanak s glavnim covid koordinatorom, ne znamo koliko dugo ćemo moći održati tu razinu skrbi”, govori dodajući da ne ovisi sve o bolnici nego i o pridržavanju mjera.
“Situacija nije dobra”
“Od 50 hospitaliziranih, 36 ih nije cijepljeno. Cijepljenje stvarno ima učinka i mi u bolnici to vidimo”, govori.
Šegović kaže kako je u bolnici trenutno 50 covid pozitivnih pacijenata čije su slike umjereno teške do teške te da većina njih zahtijeva neki oblik respiratorne potpore.
“Situacija nikako nije dobra”, kaže. Dodaje kako od 14 cijepljenih pacijenata može za većinu reći zašto cjepivo nije bilo učinkovito: neki imaju bolesti zbog kojih se cjepivo ne može “primiti”, a neki uzimaju lijekove koji poništavaju djelovanje cjepiva.
Sve više zaražene djece
“Sve je više djece koja boluju od covida, u vrtićima, u školama, jako nas žalosti što ta djeca imaju sve težu kliničku sliku”, kaže Šegović za N1.
“Dijete od 5 mjeseci u proteklom dežurstvu doslovno je umiralo pred nama od upale pluća izazvane covidom. Zahvaljujući dobroj intervenciji, dobrim lijekovima, dijete smo spasili, dijete je sada dobro, ali kad to vidite onda znate da cjepivo i pridržavanje epidemioloških mjera ima smisla i da ne smijemo doći do te razine da nam dijete može umrijeti od covida”, govori
Šegović kaže da bolnica može izdržati još tjedan ili dva, ako se trend rasta broja zaraženih nastavi.
