Hrvati su bankama dužni više od 36 milijardi eura. Svako treće kućanstvo u zemlji ima neki kredit, a sve više građana uzima one najskuplje, gotovinske, piše RTL.

Lako je dobiti kredit, nema jamstava. Hrvati se sve više zadužuju, a analitičari upozoravaju da treba biti oprezan s emocijama. Istovremeno se u Hrvatskoj prošle godine podiglo 700 milijuna eura više kredita nego lani.

“Kako drugačije da ljudi opreme stan, nego da dignu gotovinski kredit jer naše plaće nisu dovoljne da toliko uštedimo za opremu stana. Jedino mi je apsurdno kada ljudi dižu kredite za odlazak na godišnji”, komentira Marina Matoković iz Zagreba.

Gotovinski krediti, koje banke nude kao univerzalni lijek, često se uzimaju za sve i svašta, pa i u situacijama kada stambeni kredit nije dovoljan za kupnju željenog stana.

“Događa se da dolazi realna procjena, a da je kupoprodajna cijena napuhana i onda klijenti nemaju dovoljno pokrivenosti hipotekom da podignu toliki iznos kredita”, ističe direktorica portala Moj bankar Ivona Mijatović Dautović.

“Često čujem, ‘pa zato i radim, pa valjda si i ja mogu priuštiti nešto više, nešto bolje, za to sam se i mučio’ i to je razumljivo. No, to je emocionalna odluka. Treba se čuvati emocija da ne prevladaju razum i da nas ne dovedu u probleme”, napominje financijski stručnjak Zoran Balija.

Prije 10-ak godina, maksimalno koliko smo se mogli nenamjenski zadužiti bilo je oko 20 tisuća eura, a danas je to oko 40 tisuća. Dobra je stvar, što ovi današnji uglavnom dolaze s fiksnom kamatnom stopom.

“I u slučajevima da ona nije fiksna, Hrvatska narodna banka je ograničila visinu efektivne kamatne stope, do kojeg ranga ona može ići, tako da ovdje ne postoje više toliki rizici za klijente koji su podizali kredite”, kaže Mijatović Dautović.

Rast potražnje HNB vidi u rastu plaća i zaposlenosti, kao i potrošačkog optimizma.

“Mi sad mislimo da će nam ekonomska situacija biti ovakva kakva je sad ili će nam biti bolja, međutim to ne mora biti tako. U tom smislu, povećanje zaduživanja je opasno jer vi odgađate nešto za budućnost koja je neizvjesna”, ističe profesor na Odsjeku za psihologiju Filozofskog fakulteta u Zagrebu Zoran Galić.

Hrvati su bankama dužni više od 36 milijardi eura. Svako treće kućanstvo u zemlji ima neki kredit, a sve više građana uzima one najskuplje, gotovinske, piše RTL.

Lako je dobiti kredit, nema jamstava. Hrvati se sve više zadužuju, a analitičari upozoravaju da treba biti oprezan s emocijama. Istovremeno se u Hrvatskoj prošle godine podiglo 700 milijuna eura više kredita nego lani.

“Kako drugačije da ljudi opreme stan, nego da dignu gotovinski kredit jer naše plaće nisu dovoljne da toliko uštedimo za opremu stana. Jedino mi je apsurdno kada ljudi dižu kredite za odlazak na godišnji”, komentira Marina Matoković iz Zagreba.

Gotovinski krediti, koje banke nude kao univerzalni lijek, često se uzimaju za sve i svašta, pa i u situacijama kada stambeni kredit nije dovoljan za kupnju željenog stana.

“Događa se da dolazi realna procjena, a da je kupoprodajna cijena napuhana i onda klijenti nemaju dovoljno pokrivenosti hipotekom da podignu toliki iznos kredita”, ističe direktorica portala Moj bankar Ivona Mijatović Dautović.

“Često čujem, ‘pa zato i radim, pa valjda si i ja mogu priuštiti nešto više, nešto bolje, za to sam se i mučio’ i to je razumljivo. No, to je emocionalna odluka. Treba se čuvati emocija da ne prevladaju razum i da nas ne dovedu u probleme”, napominje financijski stručnjak Zoran Balija.

Prije 10-ak godina, maksimalno koliko smo se mogli nenamjenski zadužiti bilo je oko 20 tisuća eura, a danas je to oko 40 tisuća. Dobra je stvar, što ovi današnji uglavnom dolaze s fiksnom kamatnom stopom.

“I u slučajevima da ona nije fiksna, Hrvatska narodna banka je ograničila visinu efektivne kamatne stope, do kojeg ranga ona može ići, tako da ovdje ne postoje više toliki rizici za klijente koji su podizali kredite”, kaže Mijatović Dautović.

Rast potražnje HNB vidi u rastu plaća i zaposlenosti, kao i potrošačkog optimizma.

“Mi sad mislimo da će nam ekonomska situacija biti ovakva kakva je sad ili će nam biti bolja, međutim to ne mora biti tako. U tom smislu, povećanje zaduživanja je opasno jer vi odgađate nešto za budućnost koja je neizvjesna”, ističe profesor na Odsjeku za psihologiju Filozofskog fakulteta u Zagrebu Zoran Galić.
