Građani i poduzeća kojima su odgođene različite financijske obaveze kako bi lakše prebrodili posljedice koronakrize će prema svemu sudeći dobiti još jedan tromjesečni predah, piše u petak Jutarnji list.

Oko 350 tisuća građana i poduzeća trenutačno je u poziciji mirovanja različitih financijskih obaveza, bilo da je riječ o zaštiti od ovrha, moratorija na otplatu kredita ili leasinga. Prilikom reguliranja tog privremenog statusa, kako bi im se olakšalo da prebrode posljedice koronakrize, mahom je dogovoren rok od tri mjeseca pa i do godinu dana u slučaju moratorija na otplatu kredita. 

U svakom slučaju, prvo razdoblje mirovanja obveza istječe već u srpnju, a takvih je najviše u slučaju obustave ovrhe. Koliko je izgledno da već za nekoliko tjedana vjerovnici ponovno pokrenu procedure zapljene imovine - pita se dnevnik. 

U Ministarstvu pravosuđa pojašnjavaju kako Zakon o interventnim mjerama u ovršnim i stečajnim postupcima za vrijeme trajanja posebnih okolnosti propisuje da zastoj ovrha i stečajnih postupaka traje do isteka roka od tri mjeseca nakon njihova stupanja na snagu, odnosno "do kolovoza 2020.".

Taj rok, dodaju "zbog posebnih okolnosti" može se odlukom Vlade RH produžiti do "1. studenoga 2020.", no taj se zakon ne odnosi na provedbu ovrhe na novčanim sredstvima kod Fine: ona je regulirana Zakonom o provedbi ovrhe na novčanim sredstvima koji je u nadležnosti Ministarstva financija. U njemu također stoji da provedbe ovrhe istječu 18. srpnja ove godine, što se također može produžiti odlukom Vlade do 18. listopada. 

Ministar financija Zdravko Marić samo kaže da će se obustava ovrha produžiti za dodatna tri mjeseca te kako će to biti "na vrijeme", piše u petak Jutarnji list.

Građani i poduzeća kojima su odgođene različite financijske obaveze kako bi lakše prebrodili posljedice koronakrize će prema svemu sudeći dobiti još jedan tromjesečni predah, piše u petak Jutarnji list.

Oko 350 tisuća građana i poduzeća trenutačno je u poziciji mirovanja različitih financijskih obaveza, bilo da je riječ o zaštiti od ovrha, moratorija na otplatu kredita ili leasinga. Prilikom reguliranja tog privremenog statusa, kako bi im se olakšalo da prebrode posljedice koronakrize, mahom je dogovoren rok od tri mjeseca pa i do godinu dana u slučaju moratorija na otplatu kredita. 

U svakom slučaju, prvo razdoblje mirovanja obveza istječe već u srpnju, a takvih je najviše u slučaju obustave ovrhe. Koliko je izgledno da već za nekoliko tjedana vjerovnici ponovno pokrenu procedure zapljene imovine - pita se dnevnik. 

U Ministarstvu pravosuđa pojašnjavaju kako Zakon o interventnim mjerama u ovršnim i stečajnim postupcima za vrijeme trajanja posebnih okolnosti propisuje da zastoj ovrha i stečajnih postupaka traje do isteka roka od tri mjeseca nakon njihova stupanja na snagu, odnosno "do kolovoza 2020.".

Taj rok, dodaju "zbog posebnih okolnosti" može se odlukom Vlade RH produžiti do "1. studenoga 2020.", no taj se zakon ne odnosi na provedbu ovrhe na novčanim sredstvima kod Fine: ona je regulirana Zakonom o provedbi ovrhe na novčanim sredstvima koji je u nadležnosti Ministarstva financija. U njemu također stoji da provedbe ovrhe istječu 18. srpnja ove godine, što se također može produžiti odlukom Vlade do 18. listopada. 

Ministar financija Zdravko Marić samo kaže da će se obustava ovrha produžiti za dodatna tri mjeseca te kako će to biti "na vrijeme", piše u petak Jutarnji list.

Građani i poduzeća kojima su odgođene različite financijske obaveze kako bi lakše prebrodili posljedice koronakrize će prema svemu sudeći dobiti još jedan tromjesečni predah, piše u petak Jutarnji list.

Oko 350 tisuća građana i poduzeća trenutačno je u poziciji mirovanja različitih financijskih obaveza, bilo da je riječ o zaštiti od ovrha, moratorija na otplatu kredita ili leasinga. Prilikom reguliranja tog privremenog statusa, kako bi im se olakšalo da prebrode posljedice koronakrize, mahom je dogovoren rok od tri mjeseca pa i do godinu dana u slučaju moratorija na otplatu kredita. 

U svakom slučaju, prvo razdoblje mirovanja obveza istječe već u srpnju, a takvih je najviše u slučaju obustave ovrhe. Koliko je izgledno da već za nekoliko tjedana vjerovnici ponovno pokrenu procedure zapljene imovine - pita se dnevnik. 

U Ministarstvu pravosuđa pojašnjavaju kako Zakon o interventnim mjerama u ovršnim i stečajnim postupcima za vrijeme trajanja posebnih okolnosti propisuje da zastoj ovrha i stečajnih postupaka traje do isteka roka od tri mjeseca nakon njihova stupanja na snagu, odnosno "do kolovoza 2020.".

Taj rok, dodaju "zbog posebnih okolnosti" može se odlukom Vlade RH produžiti do "1. studenoga 2020.", no taj se zakon ne odnosi na provedbu ovrhe na novčanim sredstvima kod Fine: ona je regulirana Zakonom o provedbi ovrhe na novčanim sredstvima koji je u nadležnosti Ministarstva financija. U njemu također stoji da provedbe ovrhe istječu 18. srpnja ove godine, što se također može produžiti odlukom Vlade do 18. listopada. 

Ministar financija Zdravko Marić samo kaže da će se obustava ovrha produžiti za dodatna tri mjeseca te kako će to biti "na vrijeme", piše u petak Jutarnji list.
