Na hrvatskom tržištu rada vlada zakon ponude i potražnje. On često ide na štetu radnika jer poslodavci, u zemlji ili u inozemstvu, uspijevaju pronaći one koji su voljni raditi i za manju plaću.
Međutim, ima slučajeva da poslodavci moraju dublje posegnuti u blagajnu kako bi došli do potrebnih radnika.
Jedno od takvih zanimanja je i pizza majstor. Trenutačno se traži više od stotinu pizza majstora, i to uglavnom na obali.
Dobrog pizza majstora u jednom zagrebačkom restoranu tražili su mjesecima i jedva su ga uspjeli naći, svjedoči njegov vlasnik.

"Preko oglasa gotovo pa nikako ne možeš naći pizza majstora. Preko prijatelja, poznanika, preko nekoga čuješ da je nezadovoljan, da želi drugačije uvjete, onda osluškuješ njihove probleme i što bi htjeli, prilagođavaš se i pokušavaš ga dovesti", objašnjava vlasnik.
"Ponude su praktični nemoralne, i uvijek se borite s činjenicom kako su oni svjesni da mogu sutra kod nekoga drugog prijeći za veći novac", dodaje još jedan vlasnik restorana u Zagrebu, izvještava Danas, prenosi Net.hr.

Pizza majstor Teo može birati gdje će raditi jer je jedan od onih za kojeg se poslodavci otimaju. Prije mjesec dana je stigao u jednu pizzeriju zbog boljih uvjeta rada.
"Zna se raditi bez slobodnog dana, duple smjene, a ovdje nije takav slučaj pa sam zato i došao", objašnjava.
Dobra plaća za meštre roštilja
"Neki dan me kontaktirao prijatelj da traže pizza majstore u jednom restoranu. Kaže da je plaća 2500 eura, ali se radi devet sati bez slobodnog dana", kaže pizza majstor Dražen kojega su za veću plaću zvali ugostitelji s obale.
Tim ciframa ugostitelji na kontinentu ne mogu konkurirati. Prosječna plaća pizza majstora u Zagrebu kreće se od 1600 do 1800 eura, tempo rada s onim na sezoni ne može se usporediti.
Ne nedostaje samo pizza majstora, već je velika potražnja i za onima na roštilju.
Poslodavci se na vrijeme žele pripremiti za sezonu ne dočekaju bez važnoga pizza majstora, zato su spremni i dobro platiti. Naravno takva zarada ima i naličje, radi se puno sati dnevno i čitav tjedan, u vrućini i na nogama. Svatko treba dobro odvagnuti je li navedena plaća dovoljna za izlaganje takvom radnom ritmu uz peć ili roštilj.

Na hrvatskom tržištu rada vlada zakon ponude i potražnje. On često ide na štetu radnika jer poslodavci, u zemlji ili u inozemstvu, uspijevaju pronaći one koji su voljni raditi i za manju plaću.
Međutim, ima slučajeva da poslodavci moraju dublje posegnuti u blagajnu kako bi došli do potrebnih radnika.
Jedno od takvih zanimanja je i pizza majstor. Trenutačno se traži više od stotinu pizza majstora, i to uglavnom na obali.
Dobrog pizza majstora u jednom zagrebačkom restoranu tražili su mjesecima i jedva su ga uspjeli naći, svjedoči njegov vlasnik.

"Preko oglasa gotovo pa nikako ne možeš naći pizza majstora. Preko prijatelja, poznanika, preko nekoga čuješ da je nezadovoljan, da želi drugačije uvjete, onda osluškuješ njihove probleme i što bi htjeli, prilagođavaš se i pokušavaš ga dovesti", objašnjava vlasnik.
"Ponude su praktični nemoralne, i uvijek se borite s činjenicom kako su oni svjesni da mogu sutra kod nekoga drugog prijeći za veći novac", dodaje još jedan vlasnik restorana u Zagrebu, izvještava Danas, prenosi Net.hr.

Pizza majstor Teo može birati gdje će raditi jer je jedan od onih za kojeg se poslodavci otimaju. Prije mjesec dana je stigao u jednu pizzeriju zbog boljih uvjeta rada.
"Zna se raditi bez slobodnog dana, duple smjene, a ovdje nije takav slučaj pa sam zato i došao", objašnjava.
Dobra plaća za meštre roštilja
"Neki dan me kontaktirao prijatelj da traže pizza majstore u jednom restoranu. Kaže da je plaća 2500 eura, ali se radi devet sati bez slobodnog dana", kaže pizza majstor Dražen kojega su za veću plaću zvali ugostitelji s obale.
Tim ciframa ugostitelji na kontinentu ne mogu konkurirati. Prosječna plaća pizza majstora u Zagrebu kreće se od 1600 do 1800 eura, tempo rada s onim na sezoni ne može se usporediti.
Ne nedostaje samo pizza majstora, već je velika potražnja i za onima na roštilju.
Poslodavci se na vrijeme žele pripremiti za sezonu ne dočekaju bez važnoga pizza majstora, zato su spremni i dobro platiti. Naravno takva zarada ima i naličje, radi se puno sati dnevno i čitav tjedan, u vrućini i na nogama. Svatko treba dobro odvagnuti je li navedena plaća dovoljna za izlaganje takvom radnom ritmu uz peć ili roštilj.
