Obitelji žene (37) koja je poginula nakon što su na nju pala teška metalna dvorišna vrata koja su iskočila iz vodilice dosuđena je odšteta od 1,3 milijuna kuna, piše Danica.hr.

Sud je u ponedjeljak presudio kako petero članova obitelji nesretne žene ima pravo na odštetu koju im mora isplatiti bjelovarska tvrtka Vodotehna koja se koristila vratima i dvorištem. Presuda je nepravomoćna i Vodotehna će se na nju vjerojatno žaliti.

Žena, inače zaposlenica Kliničke bolnice Dubrava, poginula je u nesreći u prizemlju stambeno-poslovne zgrade u Ulici bana Jelačića u Križevcima u rujnu 2014. godine. Žena je s dvoje djece živjela u zgradi u čijem je prizemlju bio skladišni prostor Vodotehne.

Riječ je o velikim metalnim vratima dužine 6,6 metara, visine dva metra i težine oko 600 kilograma. Nesreća je potresla cijeli kraj jer su djeca ostala i bez majke nakon što im je prije te tragedije preminuo otac.

“Po ocjeni suda, za štetu koja je nastala padom predmetnih vrata odgovara Vodotehna kao njihov vlasnik s obzirom da vrata predstavljaju opasnu stvar te je tuženik Vodotehna dužan naknaditi nastalu štetu”, zaključila je sutkinja danas u nepravomoćnoj preusudi.

Postane li presuda pravomoćna, obitelj bi mogla dobiti i više od 2 milijuna kuna s obzirom da se na dosuđeni iznos obračunavaju kamate od dana podnošenja tužbe tijekom 2016. godine. Protiv odgovorne osobe u Vodotehni bio je pokrenut i kazneni postupak, ali prijava je na koncu odbačena kao neosnovana

Obitelji žene (37) koja je poginula nakon što su na nju pala teška metalna dvorišna vrata koja su iskočila iz vodilice dosuđena je odšteta od 1,3 milijuna kuna, piše Danica.hr.

Sud je u ponedjeljak presudio kako petero članova obitelji nesretne žene ima pravo na odštetu koju im mora isplatiti bjelovarska tvrtka Vodotehna koja se koristila vratima i dvorištem. Presuda je nepravomoćna i Vodotehna će se na nju vjerojatno žaliti.

Žena, inače zaposlenica Kliničke bolnice Dubrava, poginula je u nesreći u prizemlju stambeno-poslovne zgrade u Ulici bana Jelačića u Križevcima u rujnu 2014. godine. Žena je s dvoje djece živjela u zgradi u čijem je prizemlju bio skladišni prostor Vodotehne.

Riječ je o velikim metalnim vratima dužine 6,6 metara, visine dva metra i težine oko 600 kilograma. Nesreća je potresla cijeli kraj jer su djeca ostala i bez majke nakon što im je prije te tragedije preminuo otac.

“Po ocjeni suda, za štetu koja je nastala padom predmetnih vrata odgovara Vodotehna kao njihov vlasnik s obzirom da vrata predstavljaju opasnu stvar te je tuženik Vodotehna dužan naknaditi nastalu štetu”, zaključila je sutkinja danas u nepravomoćnoj preusudi.

Postane li presuda pravomoćna, obitelj bi mogla dobiti i više od 2 milijuna kuna s obzirom da se na dosuđeni iznos obračunavaju kamate od dana podnošenja tužbe tijekom 2016. godine. Protiv odgovorne osobe u Vodotehni bio je pokrenut i kazneni postupak, ali prijava je na koncu odbačena kao neosnovana

Ženu usmrtila metalna vrata u dvorištu, obitelj poginule će dobiti milijunsku odštetu!

Obitelji žene (37) koja je poginula nakon što su na nju pala teška metalna dvorišna vrata koja su iskočila iz vodilice dosuđena je odšteta od 1,3 milijuna kuna, piše Danica.hr.

Sud je u ponedjeljak presudio kako petero članova obitelji nesretne žene ima pravo na odštetu koju im mora isplatiti bjelovarska tvrtka Vodotehna koja se koristila vratima i dvorištem. Presuda je nepravomoćna i Vodotehna će se na nju vjerojatno žaliti.

Žena, inače zaposlenica Kliničke bolnice Dubrava, poginula je u nesreći u prizemlju stambeno-poslovne zgrade u Ulici bana Jelačića u Križevcima u rujnu 2014. godine. Žena je s dvoje djece živjela u zgradi u čijem je prizemlju bio skladišni prostor Vodotehne.

Riječ je o velikim metalnim vratima dužine 6,6 metara, visine dva metra i težine oko 600 kilograma. Nesreća je potresla cijeli kraj jer su djeca ostala i bez majke nakon što im je prije te tragedije preminuo otac.

“Po ocjeni suda, za štetu koja je nastala padom predmetnih vrata odgovara Vodotehna kao njihov vlasnik s obzirom da vrata predstavljaju opasnu stvar te je tuženik Vodotehna dužan naknaditi nastalu štetu”, zaključila je sutkinja danas u nepravomoćnoj preusudi.

Postane li presuda pravomoćna, obitelj bi mogla dobiti i više od 2 milijuna kuna s obzirom da se na dosuđeni iznos obračunavaju kamate od dana podnošenja tužbe tijekom 2016. godine. Protiv odgovorne osobe u Vodotehni bio je pokrenut i kazneni postupak, ali prijava je na koncu odbačena kao neosnovana
