U povodu uhićenja u ‘aferi Gambino‘ oglasio se i USKOK. Priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"USKOK je, na temelju kaznene prijave PNUSKOK-a te rezultata imovinskih izvida Samostalnog sektora za financijske istrage Porezne uprave, donio rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv troje hrvatskih državljana (1959., 1962., 1973.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenih djela primanja i davanja mita.

Osnovano se sumnja da je, u razdoblju od svibnja 2013. pa do rujna 2014. godine, u Šibeniku i Zagrebu, I. okr. kao sutkinja Općinskog suda u Šibeniku posredstvom III. okr. primila mito od II. okr. kako bi u odnosu na njega donijela oslobađajuću presudu.

Naime, I. okr. sutkinja je bila predsjednica raspravnog vijeća u kaznenom postupku koji se vodio pred Općinskim sudom u Šibeniku, u kojem je II. okr. bio optuženik uz još jednog optuženika kojeg je zastupao III. okr. odvjetnik iz Šibenika. U tom postupku je II. okr. posredstvom III. okr. dogovorio s I. okr. da će joj predati nagradu od 15.000 eura ako, bez obzira na stvarno stanje predmeta, donese oslobađajuću presudu. Pritom je dogovoreno da će joj iznos od 6.000 eura isplatiti prije donošenja prvostupanjske oslobađajuće presude, dok će joj daljnji iznos od 9.000 eura isplatiti nakon što takva presuda postane pravomoćna.

U svrhu realizacije navedenog III. okr. je, sukladno dogovoru s II. okr., sačinio predugovor o kupoprodaji nekretnine na području Šibenika prema kojem majka I. okr. prodaje nekretnine jednoj osobi za 59.100 eura, uz plaćanje kapare u iznosu od 6.000 eura koju u slučaju odustanka kupca od kupovine zadržava prodavatelj. Na traženje I. okr. njena majka je potpisala taj predugovor, a na traženje II. okr. potpisala ga je i osoba navedena kao kupac.

Potom je II. okr. na račun majke I. okr. uplatio iznos od 45.000 kuna uz naznaku da se radi o plaćanju po navedenom predugovoru i da je uplatitelj osoba navedena kao kupac, a koja uplata je za jedini cilj imala isplatu dogovorenog iznosa nagrade od 6.000 eura I. okr. za donošenje oslobađajuće presude u kaznenom predmetu u kojem je II. okr. jedan od optuženika. Zatim je I. okr., sukladno dogovoru, u navedenom predmetu 25. studenoga 2013. donijela presudu kojom se optuženici oslobađaju od optužbe. Prvostupanjska presuda postala je pravomoćna 18. rujna 2014., nakon čega je II. okr. na neutvrđeni način isplatio I. okr. preostali dogovoreni iznos od 9.000 eura.

USKOK je sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu predložio određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv svih okrivljenika".

U povodu uhićenja u ‘aferi Gambino‘ oglasio se i USKOK. Priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"USKOK je, na temelju kaznene prijave PNUSKOK-a te rezultata imovinskih izvida Samostalnog sektora za financijske istrage Porezne uprave, donio rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv troje hrvatskih državljana (1959., 1962., 1973.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenih djela primanja i davanja mita.

Osnovano se sumnja da je, u razdoblju od svibnja 2013. pa do rujna 2014. godine, u Šibeniku i Zagrebu, I. okr. kao sutkinja Općinskog suda u Šibeniku posredstvom III. okr. primila mito od II. okr. kako bi u odnosu na njega donijela oslobađajuću presudu.

Naime, I. okr. sutkinja je bila predsjednica raspravnog vijeća u kaznenom postupku koji se vodio pred Općinskim sudom u Šibeniku, u kojem je II. okr. bio optuženik uz još jednog optuženika kojeg je zastupao III. okr. odvjetnik iz Šibenika. U tom postupku je II. okr. posredstvom III. okr. dogovorio s I. okr. da će joj predati nagradu od 15.000 eura ako, bez obzira na stvarno stanje predmeta, donese oslobađajuću presudu. Pritom je dogovoreno da će joj iznos od 6.000 eura isplatiti prije donošenja prvostupanjske oslobađajuće presude, dok će joj daljnji iznos od 9.000 eura isplatiti nakon što takva presuda postane pravomoćna.

U svrhu realizacije navedenog III. okr. je, sukladno dogovoru s II. okr., sačinio predugovor o kupoprodaji nekretnine na području Šibenika prema kojem majka I. okr. prodaje nekretnine jednoj osobi za 59.100 eura, uz plaćanje kapare u iznosu od 6.000 eura koju u slučaju odustanka kupca od kupovine zadržava prodavatelj. Na traženje I. okr. njena majka je potpisala taj predugovor, a na traženje II. okr. potpisala ga je i osoba navedena kao kupac.

Potom je II. okr. na račun majke I. okr. uplatio iznos od 45.000 kuna uz naznaku da se radi o plaćanju po navedenom predugovoru i da je uplatitelj osoba navedena kao kupac, a koja uplata je za jedini cilj imala isplatu dogovorenog iznosa nagrade od 6.000 eura I. okr. za donošenje oslobađajuće presude u kaznenom predmetu u kojem je II. okr. jedan od optuženika. Zatim je I. okr., sukladno dogovoru, u navedenom predmetu 25. studenoga 2013. donijela presudu kojom se optuženici oslobađaju od optužbe. Prvostupanjska presuda postala je pravomoćna 18. rujna 2014., nakon čega je II. okr. na neutvrđeni način isplatio I. okr. preostali dogovoreni iznos od 9.000 eura.

USKOK je sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu predložio određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv svih okrivljenika".

USKOK o detaljima podmićivanja šibenske sutkinje Maje Šupe: ‘Dogovorili su isplatu 15.000 eura‘

U povodu uhićenja u ‘aferi Gambino‘ oglasio se i USKOK. Priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:

"USKOK je, na temelju kaznene prijave PNUSKOK-a te rezultata imovinskih izvida Samostalnog sektora za financijske istrage Porezne uprave, donio rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv troje hrvatskih državljana (1959., 1962., 1973.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenih djela primanja i davanja mita.

Osnovano se sumnja da je, u razdoblju od svibnja 2013. pa do rujna 2014. godine, u Šibeniku i Zagrebu, I. okr. kao sutkinja Općinskog suda u Šibeniku posredstvom III. okr. primila mito od II. okr. kako bi u odnosu na njega donijela oslobađajuću presudu.

Naime, I. okr. sutkinja je bila predsjednica raspravnog vijeća u kaznenom postupku koji se vodio pred Općinskim sudom u Šibeniku, u kojem je II. okr. bio optuženik uz još jednog optuženika kojeg je zastupao III. okr. odvjetnik iz Šibenika. U tom postupku je II. okr. posredstvom III. okr. dogovorio s I. okr. da će joj predati nagradu od 15.000 eura ako, bez obzira na stvarno stanje predmeta, donese oslobađajuću presudu. Pritom je dogovoreno da će joj iznos od 6.000 eura isplatiti prije donošenja prvostupanjske oslobađajuće presude, dok će joj daljnji iznos od 9.000 eura isplatiti nakon što takva presuda postane pravomoćna.

U svrhu realizacije navedenog III. okr. je, sukladno dogovoru s II. okr., sačinio predugovor o kupoprodaji nekretnine na području Šibenika prema kojem majka I. okr. prodaje nekretnine jednoj osobi za 59.100 eura, uz plaćanje kapare u iznosu od 6.000 eura koju u slučaju odustanka kupca od kupovine zadržava prodavatelj. Na traženje I. okr. njena majka je potpisala taj predugovor, a na traženje II. okr. potpisala ga je i osoba navedena kao kupac.

Potom je II. okr. na račun majke I. okr. uplatio iznos od 45.000 kuna uz naznaku da se radi o plaćanju po navedenom predugovoru i da je uplatitelj osoba navedena kao kupac, a koja uplata je za jedini cilj imala isplatu dogovorenog iznosa nagrade od 6.000 eura I. okr. za donošenje oslobađajuće presude u kaznenom predmetu u kojem je II. okr. jedan od optuženika. Zatim je I. okr., sukladno dogovoru, u navedenom predmetu 25. studenoga 2013. donijela presudu kojom se optuženici oslobađaju od optužbe. Prvostupanjska presuda postala je pravomoćna 18. rujna 2014., nakon čega je II. okr. na neutvrđeni način isplatio I. okr. preostali dogovoreni iznos od 9.000 eura.

USKOK je sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu predložio određivanje istražnog zatvora protiv svih okrivljenika".
