Željko Vujin i Vesna Restović, nekadašnji čelnici Porezne uprave u Šibeniku, u utorak su na Županijskom sudu u Splitu oslobođeni optužbe USKOK-a da su zlorabili položaj i ovlasti tako što su namjerno odgodili ovrhu Autotransporta Šibenik te na taj način oštetili državu za oko sedam milijuna kuna,

Podsjetimo, optužnicom se Vesnu Restović, kao voditeljicu ispostave Porezne uprave u Šibeniku te Željka Vujina, kao pročelnika Područnog ureda Šibenik, teretilo da su zajednički spriječili ovrhu novčanih sredstava s računa šibenskog prijevoznika, odnosno otezali s njom.

Rješenje o ovrsi nad Autotransportom šibenska Porezna uprava donijela je 5. lipnja 2012. godine naplatom poreznog duga od preko 63 milijuna kuna. Međutim, tužiteljstvo je tvrdilo kako Restović nije potpisala popratni dopis uz taj izvršni dokument te da on nije poslan na Finu te kako je Vujin službeniku više puta nalagao da pričeka sa slanjem ovrhe na Finu. Ovrha je konačno poslana, 8. kolovoza, no do tada su u red prvenstva stigli drugi vjerovnici i naplatili se.

Željko Vujin i Vesna Restović, nekadašnji čelnici Porezne uprave u Šibeniku, u utorak su na Županijskom sudu u Splitu oslobođeni optužbe USKOK-a da su zlorabili položaj i ovlasti tako što su namjerno odgodili ovrhu Autotransporta Šibenik te na taj način oštetili državu za oko sedam milijuna kuna,

Podsjetimo, optužnicom se Vesnu Restović, kao voditeljicu ispostave Porezne uprave u Šibeniku te Željka Vujina, kao pročelnika Područnog ureda Šibenik, teretilo da su zajednički spriječili ovrhu novčanih sredstava s računa šibenskog prijevoznika, odnosno otezali s njom.

Rješenje o ovrsi nad Autotransportom šibenska Porezna uprava donijela je 5. lipnja 2012. godine naplatom poreznog duga od preko 63 milijuna kuna. Međutim, tužiteljstvo je tvrdilo kako Restović nije potpisala popratni dopis uz taj izvršni dokument te da on nije poslan na Finu te kako je Vujin službeniku više puta nalagao da pričeka sa slanjem ovrhe na Finu. Ovrha je konačno poslana, 8. kolovoza, no do tada su u red prvenstva stigli drugi vjerovnici i naplatili se.
