Zbog zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku podignulo je optužnicu protiv nekadašnjeg vlasnika NCP Grupe Gorana Prgina (69), njegove 40-godišnje kćeri Ivane i 44-godišnjeg R.V., direktora tog poduzeća te bivšeg predsjednika Uprave Jadranske banke Ive Šinka (73).  Njih četvero se terete da su napravili gotovo 40 milijuna kuna štete.

U šibenskom Tužiteljstvu ne navode imena osumnjičenih, međutim neslužbeno se doznaje kako je riječ o Prginu, Šinku i njihovim najbližim suradnicima, budući da se radi o slučaju koji je star više od 10 godina.

Kako se doznaje u DORH-u, okrivljenicima se stavlja na teret da su od 2007. do 2010. godine u Šibeniku počinili kazneno djelo na način da je prvookrivljenik Goran Prgin kao direktor i vlasnik jednog trgovačkog društva, nagovorio drugookrivljenika Ivu Šinka, kao predsjednika uprave Jadranske banke koju je u međuvremenu preuzeo HPB, da banka izda četiri bankovne garancije za kredit kojeg je to trgovačko društvo tražilo od jedne strane banke.

To je Šinko, protivno zakonu i internim propisima banke, i učinio. Budući da trgovačko društvo nije uredno vraćalo kredit, strana banka je aktivirala bankovne garancije i na taj način je banka podmirila neotplaćeni dio kredita, te su opisanim postupanjem okrivljenici oštetili banku za iznos od oko 19.656.279,70 kuna, stoji u priopćenju DORH-a.

Nadalje, prvookrivljenog Prgina i njegovu kćer tereti se da su od kraja 2009. do 2012. godine u Šibeniku, kao odgovorne osobe u trgovačkom društvu, protivno Zakonu o trgovačkim društvima, kao fizičke osobe kupili dionice jedne banke, a te su dionice bile u vlasništvu tog trgovačkog društva, pa kad su postali vlasnici dionica, nisu ih otplaćivali, a dividendu su zadržavali za sebe. Nakon znatnog pada vrijednosti dionica vratili su ih trgovačkom društvu, ali po znatno višoj cijeni od one po kojoj su ih kupili. Na opisani su si način, a na štetu trgovačkog društva, pribavili protupravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od gotovo pet milijuna kuna.

Na koncu, Županijsko državno odvjetništvo je priopćilo kako se Gorana Prgina i četvrtookrivljenika 44- godišnjeg R.V. tereti da su u ožujku 2013. godine u Šibeniku, i to Prgin kao direktor jednog trgovačkog društva i kao fizička osoba, a R.V. kao direktor drugog trgovačkog društva, sklopili sporazum na temelju kojeg je ovo drugo trgovačko društvo preuzelo dugovanje prvog trgovačkog društva prema prvookrivljeniku kao fizičkoj osobi u iznosu od oko 35 milijuna kuna, iako su znali da je stvarni iznos duga oko 21 milijuna kuna.

Tereti ih se da su opisanim prvookrivljeniku kao fizičkoj osobi, a na štetu drugog trgovačkog društva, pribavili protupravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od oko 13,5 milijuna kuna – priopćilo je Županijsko državno odvjetništvo.

Zbog zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku podignulo je optužnicu protiv nekadašnjeg vlasnika NCP Grupe Gorana Prgina (69), njegove 40-godišnje kćeri Ivane i 44-godišnjeg R.V., direktora tog poduzeća te bivšeg predsjednika Uprave Jadranske banke Ive Šinka (73).  Njih četvero se terete da su napravili gotovo 40 milijuna kuna štete.

U šibenskom Tužiteljstvu ne navode imena osumnjičenih, međutim neslužbeno se doznaje kako je riječ o Prginu, Šinku i njihovim najbližim suradnicima, budući da se radi o slučaju koji je star više od 10 godina.

Kako se doznaje u DORH-u, okrivljenicima se stavlja na teret da su od 2007. do 2010. godine u Šibeniku počinili kazneno djelo na način da je prvookrivljenik Goran Prgin kao direktor i vlasnik jednog trgovačkog društva, nagovorio drugookrivljenika Ivu Šinka, kao predsjednika uprave Jadranske banke koju je u međuvremenu preuzeo HPB, da banka izda četiri bankovne garancije za kredit kojeg je to trgovačko društvo tražilo od jedne strane banke.

To je Šinko, protivno zakonu i internim propisima banke, i učinio. Budući da trgovačko društvo nije uredno vraćalo kredit, strana banka je aktivirala bankovne garancije i na taj način je banka podmirila neotplaćeni dio kredita, te su opisanim postupanjem okrivljenici oštetili banku za iznos od oko 19.656.279,70 kuna, stoji u priopćenju DORH-a.

Nadalje, prvookrivljenog Prgina i njegovu kćer tereti se da su od kraja 2009. do 2012. godine u Šibeniku, kao odgovorne osobe u trgovačkom društvu, protivno Zakonu o trgovačkim društvima, kao fizičke osobe kupili dionice jedne banke, a te su dionice bile u vlasništvu tog trgovačkog društva, pa kad su postali vlasnici dionica, nisu ih otplaćivali, a dividendu su zadržavali za sebe. Nakon znatnog pada vrijednosti dionica vratili su ih trgovačkom društvu, ali po znatno višoj cijeni od one po kojoj su ih kupili. Na opisani su si način, a na štetu trgovačkog društva, pribavili protupravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od gotovo pet milijuna kuna.

Na koncu, Županijsko državno odvjetništvo je priopćilo kako se Gorana Prgina i četvrtookrivljenika 44- godišnjeg R.V. tereti da su u ožujku 2013. godine u Šibeniku, i to Prgin kao direktor jednog trgovačkog društva i kao fizička osoba, a R.V. kao direktor drugog trgovačkog društva, sklopili sporazum na temelju kojeg je ovo drugo trgovačko društvo preuzelo dugovanje prvog trgovačkog društva prema prvookrivljeniku kao fizičkoj osobi u iznosu od oko 35 milijuna kuna, iako su znali da je stvarni iznos duga oko 21 milijuna kuna.

Tereti ih se da su opisanim prvookrivljeniku kao fizičkoj osobi, a na štetu drugog trgovačkog društva, pribavili protupravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od oko 13,5 milijuna kuna – priopćilo je Županijsko državno odvjetništvo.

Malverzacije u gospodarskom poslovanju: Gorana Prgina, Ivu Šinka i kompanjone tereti se za gotovo 40 milijuna kuna štete

Zbog zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku podignulo je optužnicu protiv nekadašnjeg vlasnika NCP Grupe Gorana Prgina (69), njegove 40-godišnje kćeri Ivane i 44-godišnjeg R.V., direktora tog poduzeća te bivšeg predsjednika Uprave Jadranske banke Ive Šinka (73).  Njih četvero se terete da su napravili gotovo 40 milijuna kuna štete.

U šibenskom Tužiteljstvu ne navode imena osumnjičenih, međutim neslužbeno se doznaje kako je riječ o Prginu, Šinku i njihovim najbližim suradnicima, budući da se radi o slučaju koji je star više od 10 godina.

Kako se doznaje u DORH-u, okrivljenicima se stavlja na teret da su od 2007. do 2010. godine u Šibeniku počinili kazneno djelo na način da je prvookrivljenik Goran Prgin kao direktor i vlasnik jednog trgovačkog društva, nagovorio drugookrivljenika Ivu Šinka, kao predsjednika uprave Jadranske banke koju je u međuvremenu preuzeo HPB, da banka izda četiri bankovne garancije za kredit kojeg je to trgovačko društvo tražilo od jedne strane banke.

To je Šinko, protivno zakonu i internim propisima banke, i učinio. Budući da trgovačko društvo nije uredno vraćalo kredit, strana banka je aktivirala bankovne garancije i na taj način je banka podmirila neotplaćeni dio kredita, te su opisanim postupanjem okrivljenici oštetili banku za iznos od oko 19.656.279,70 kuna, stoji u priopćenju DORH-a.

Nadalje, prvookrivljenog Prgina i njegovu kćer tereti se da su od kraja 2009. do 2012. godine u Šibeniku, kao odgovorne osobe u trgovačkom društvu, protivno Zakonu o trgovačkim društvima, kao fizičke osobe kupili dionice jedne banke, a te su dionice bile u vlasništvu tog trgovačkog društva, pa kad su postali vlasnici dionica, nisu ih otplaćivali, a dividendu su zadržavali za sebe. Nakon znatnog pada vrijednosti dionica vratili su ih trgovačkom društvu, ali po znatno višoj cijeni od one po kojoj su ih kupili. Na opisani su si način, a na štetu trgovačkog društva, pribavili protupravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od gotovo pet milijuna kuna.

Na koncu, Županijsko državno odvjetništvo je priopćilo kako se Gorana Prgina i četvrtookrivljenika 44- godišnjeg R.V. tereti da su u ožujku 2013. godine u Šibeniku, i to Prgin kao direktor jednog trgovačkog društva i kao fizička osoba, a R.V. kao direktor drugog trgovačkog društva, sklopili sporazum na temelju kojeg je ovo drugo trgovačko društvo preuzelo dugovanje prvog trgovačkog društva prema prvookrivljeniku kao fizičkoj osobi u iznosu od oko 35 milijuna kuna, iako su znali da je stvarni iznos duga oko 21 milijuna kuna.

Tereti ih se da su opisanim prvookrivljeniku kao fizičkoj osobi, a na štetu drugog trgovačkog društva, pribavili protupravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od oko 13,5 milijuna kuna – priopćilo je Županijsko državno odvjetništvo.
