Odbijen je prijedlog odvjetnika Krešimira Škarice koji je tražio puštanje na slobodu sutkinje Maje Šupe u nastavku postupka zbog sumnje da je primila mito za oslobađajuću presudu. Osim nje, USKOK je prijavio i poduzetnika Blaža Petrovića, koji je bio okrivljenik u spornom postupku te odvjetnika Branimir Zmijanovića.

Nakon uhićenja početkom rujna nad troje osumnjičenih je određen istražni zatvor kako bi se izbjegao utjecaj na svjedoke i zbog mogućnosti ponavljanja kaznenog djela. Odvjetnik Škarica, koji zastupa sutkinju šibenskog suda, zatražio je da joj se omogući obrana sa slobode jer su prestala oba osnova na temelju kojih joj je određen istražni zatvor.

- Svjedoci su saslušani tako da je prestala mogućnost ikakvog utjecaja na njih, a sutkinja Maja Šupe je suspendirana s dužnosti tako da nema mogućnosti da ponovi kazneno djelo. Suspenzija se također može produljiti na dodatna tri mjeseca, a moram dodati i da joj je otprije odlukom predsjednika Općinskog suda u Šibeniku ukinuta dodjela novih spisa.

Također je moja klijentica Državnom sudbenom vijeću podnijela zahtjev za umirovljenjem o čemu će se održati sjednica za tri dana. Sukladno svemu navedenom mislim da su ispunjeni svi uvjeti za obranu sa slobode, a unatoč tome se ustrajava na krajnjoj mjeri, a  to je istražni zatvor.  

Mislim da je takva odluka donesena više zbog očekivanja, točnije podilaženja javnosti. Već sada mogu kazati da ću ići na ustavnu tužbu jer je to jedini način da se stvari naprave kako treba - izričit je odvjetnik.

Istražni zatvor je odredio Ivica Botica, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu na zahtjev USKOK-a. Rješenje se donosi na mjesec dana te se nakon tog roka ponovno odlučuje o produljenju ili ukidanju.

U ovom slučaju to znači da će se za desetak dana ponovno odlučivati o eventualnom izlasku na slobodu kako sutkinje Šupe, tako i druge dvojice osumnjičenih. Prema USKOK-u, oslobađajuća presuda je donesena nakon primopredaje 15.000 eura mita.

Odbijen je prijedlog odvjetnika Krešimira Škarice koji je tražio puštanje na slobodu sutkinje Maje Šupe u nastavku postupka zbog sumnje da je primila mito za oslobađajuću presudu. Osim nje, USKOK je prijavio i poduzetnika Blaža Petrovića, koji je bio okrivljenik u spornom postupku te odvjetnika Branimir Zmijanovića.

Nakon uhićenja početkom rujna nad troje osumnjičenih je određen istražni zatvor kako bi se izbjegao utjecaj na svjedoke i zbog mogućnosti ponavljanja kaznenog djela. Odvjetnik Škarica, koji zastupa sutkinju šibenskog suda, zatražio je da joj se omogući obrana sa slobode jer su prestala oba osnova na temelju kojih joj je određen istražni zatvor.

- Svjedoci su saslušani tako da je prestala mogućnost ikakvog utjecaja na njih, a sutkinja Maja Šupe je suspendirana s dužnosti tako da nema mogućnosti da ponovi kazneno djelo. Suspenzija se također može produljiti na dodatna tri mjeseca, a moram dodati i da joj je otprije odlukom predsjednika Općinskog suda u Šibeniku ukinuta dodjela novih spisa.

Također je moja klijentica Državnom sudbenom vijeću podnijela zahtjev za umirovljenjem o čemu će se održati sjednica za tri dana. Sukladno svemu navedenom mislim da su ispunjeni svi uvjeti za obranu sa slobode, a unatoč tome se ustrajava na krajnjoj mjeri, a  to je istražni zatvor.  

Mislim da je takva odluka donesena više zbog očekivanja, točnije podilaženja javnosti. Već sada mogu kazati da ću ići na ustavnu tužbu jer je to jedini način da se stvari naprave kako treba - izričit je odvjetnik.

Istražni zatvor je odredio Ivica Botica, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu na zahtjev USKOK-a. Rješenje se donosi na mjesec dana te se nakon tog roka ponovno odlučuje o produljenju ili ukidanju.

U ovom slučaju to znači da će se za desetak dana ponovno odlučivati o eventualnom izlasku na slobodu kako sutkinje Šupe, tako i druge dvojice osumnjičenih. Prema USKOK-u, oslobađajuća presuda je donesena nakon primopredaje 15.000 eura mita.

Maja Šupe ostaje iza rešetaka, odvjetnik Škarica najavio ustavnu tužbu: Uskraćena joj je sloboda jer sud podilazi javnosti!

Odbijen je prijedlog odvjetnika Krešimira Škarice koji je tražio puštanje na slobodu sutkinje Maje Šupe u nastavku postupka zbog sumnje da je primila mito za oslobađajuću presudu. Osim nje, USKOK je prijavio i poduzetnika Blaža Petrovića, koji je bio okrivljenik u spornom postupku te odvjetnika Branimir Zmijanovića.

Nakon uhićenja početkom rujna nad troje osumnjičenih je određen istražni zatvor kako bi se izbjegao utjecaj na svjedoke i zbog mogućnosti ponavljanja kaznenog djela. Odvjetnik Škarica, koji zastupa sutkinju šibenskog suda, zatražio je da joj se omogući obrana sa slobode jer su prestala oba osnova na temelju kojih joj je određen istražni zatvor.

- Svjedoci su saslušani tako da je prestala mogućnost ikakvog utjecaja na njih, a sutkinja Maja Šupe je suspendirana s dužnosti tako da nema mogućnosti da ponovi kazneno djelo. Suspenzija se također može produljiti na dodatna tri mjeseca, a moram dodati i da joj je otprije odlukom predsjednika Općinskog suda u Šibeniku ukinuta dodjela novih spisa.

Također je moja klijentica Državnom sudbenom vijeću podnijela zahtjev za umirovljenjem o čemu će se održati sjednica za tri dana. Sukladno svemu navedenom mislim da su ispunjeni svi uvjeti za obranu sa slobode, a unatoč tome se ustrajava na krajnjoj mjeri, a  to je istražni zatvor.  

Mislim da je takva odluka donesena više zbog očekivanja, točnije podilaženja javnosti. Već sada mogu kazati da ću ići na ustavnu tužbu jer je to jedini način da se stvari naprave kako treba - izričit je odvjetnik.

Istražni zatvor je odredio Ivica Botica, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu na zahtjev USKOK-a. Rješenje se donosi na mjesec dana te se nakon tog roka ponovno odlučuje o produljenju ili ukidanju.

U ovom slučaju to znači da će se za desetak dana ponovno odlučivati o eventualnom izlasku na slobodu kako sutkinje Šupe, tako i druge dvojice osumnjičenih. Prema USKOK-u, oslobađajuća presuda je donesena nakon primopredaje 15.000 eura mita.
