Nakon uhićenja šibenske sutkinje Maje Šupe, poduzetnika Blaža Petrovića i odvjetnika Branimira Zmijanovića, jutros su svi troje dovedeni u prostorije splitskog USKOK-a na ispitivanje. Tereti ih se zbog kaznenog djela korupcije.

Sumnja se da je Šupe primila mito za oslobađajuću presudu Petroviću. 

Hoće li uhićena trojka ići u istražni zatvor odlučit će istražni sudac Ivica Botica koji je sinoć i bio i na pretresu i pregledu stanova i ureda. Odluka se očekuje iza 18 sati.

Riječ je o presudi od prije devet godina kada je sutkinja Šupe navodno primila 15 tisuća eura kako bi donijela oslobađajuću presudu.

Odvjetnik Maje Šupe, Krešimir Škarica je kazao okupljenim novinarima da je ona na ispitivanju negirala sve što joj se stavlja na teret. 

- Sve je zanijekala i iznijela je aktivnu obranu. Sada čeka prijedlog USKOK-a o istražnom pritvoru i odluku suda o istražnom pritvoru. Imamo argumentaciju koju ćemo iznijeti pred sud. Nismo izvršili uvid u spis, jer je postupak tajan, iako se kroz medije provlačilo o čemu se radi i što je predmet postupka. 

Na pitanje je li sutkinja suspendirana, Škarica je kazao:

- Formalno je i dalje sudac, nismo zaprimili nikakvu odluku o tome. Ona je i prije ovog postupka iz privatnih razloga prije nekh mjesec dana podnijela zahtjev za umirovljenje. To nema  veze s ovim predmetom. Njezino je zdravlje narušeno već neko vrijeme. Hoće li se revidirati njezini predmeti? Moraju biti ispunjene određene kumulativne pretpostavke za to. Prvo bi morala biti proglašena pravomoćna krivom u ovom predmetu, a ovo je kompleksan predmet. Tek nakon toga se mogu pokrenuti procedure... Ona je danas sve negirala. Njezina presuda prvog stupnja je potvrđena od troje ponajboljih sudaca Županijskog suda u Šibeniku, dakle, nema govora da je bilo tko pogodovao. Radi se o samostalnoj, diskrecijskoj odluci suda na temelju dokaza. Čitao sam je, ta je presuda čista kao suza! - naglasio je Škarica.

Vinko Ljubičić, odvjetnik Blaža Petrovića je pak kazao da je i njegov branjenik pred istražiteljima USKOK-a dao svoju obranu u kojoj je porekao se za što ga terete.

- Moj klijent je vrlo opširno i detaljno okolnosno govorio o svom odnosu sa Tomasom Rajnerom s kojim vodi nekoliko sudskih postupaka. On smatra da je sve što je Rajner iznio u javnosti čin njegove osvete, kazao nam.

Uhićenog Branimira Zmijanovića brani Vinko Gulišija, no do njega do objave ovog teksta nismo uspjeli doći.

Pretpostavlja se da će biti zatražen pritvor za svo troje zbog opasnosti utjecaja na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja djela.

Nakon uhićenja šibenske sutkinje Maje Šupe, poduzetnika Blaža Petrovića i odvjetnika Branimira Zmijanovića, jutros su svi troje dovedeni u prostorije splitskog USKOK-a na ispitivanje. Tereti ih se zbog kaznenog djela korupcije.

Sumnja se da je Šupe primila mito za oslobađajuću presudu Petroviću. 

Hoće li uhićena trojka ići u istražni zatvor odlučit će istražni sudac Ivica Botica koji je sinoć i bio i na pretresu i pregledu stanova i ureda. Odluka se očekuje iza 18 sati.

Riječ je o presudi od prije devet godina kada je sutkinja Šupe navodno primila 15 tisuća eura kako bi donijela oslobađajuću presudu.

Odvjetnik Maje Šupe, Krešimir Škarica je kazao okupljenim novinarima da je ona na ispitivanju negirala sve što joj se stavlja na teret. 

- Sve je zanijekala i iznijela je aktivnu obranu. Sada čeka prijedlog USKOK-a o istražnom pritvoru i odluku suda o istražnom pritvoru. Imamo argumentaciju koju ćemo iznijeti pred sud. Nismo izvršili uvid u spis, jer je postupak tajan, iako se kroz medije provlačilo o čemu se radi i što je predmet postupka. 

Na pitanje je li sutkinja suspendirana, Škarica je kazao:

- Formalno je i dalje sudac, nismo zaprimili nikakvu odluku o tome. Ona je i prije ovog postupka iz privatnih razloga prije nekh mjesec dana podnijela zahtjev za umirovljenje. To nema  veze s ovim predmetom. Njezino je zdravlje narušeno već neko vrijeme. Hoće li se revidirati njezini predmeti? Moraju biti ispunjene određene kumulativne pretpostavke za to. Prvo bi morala biti proglašena pravomoćna krivom u ovom predmetu, a ovo je kompleksan predmet. Tek nakon toga se mogu pokrenuti procedure... Ona je danas sve negirala. Njezina presuda prvog stupnja je potvrđena od troje ponajboljih sudaca Županijskog suda u Šibeniku, dakle, nema govora da je bilo tko pogodovao. Vinko Ljubičić, odvjetnik Blaža Petrovića je pak kazao da je i njegov branjenik pred istražiteljima USKOK-a dao svoju obranu u kojoj je porekao se za što ga terete.

- Moj klijent je vrlo opširno i detaljno okolnosno govorio o svom odnosu sa Tomasom Rajnerom s kojim vodi nekoliko sudskih postupaka. On smatra da je sve što je Rajner iznio u javnosti čin njegove osvete, kazao nam.

Uhićenog Branimira Zmijanovića brani Vinko Gulišija, no do njega do objave ovog teksta nismo uspjeli doći.

Pretpostavlja se da će biti zatražen pritvor za svo troje zbog opasnosti utjecaja na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja djela.

Hoće li u istražni zatvor? Maja Šupe i Blaž Petrović pred USKOK-om negirali sve što im se stavlja na teret

Nakon uhićenja šibenske sutkinje Maje Šupe, poduzetnika Blaža Petrovića i odvjetnika Branimira Zmijanovića, jutros su svi troje dovedeni u prostorije splitskog USKOK-a na ispitivanje. Tereti ih se zbog kaznenog djela korupcije.

Sumnja se da je Šupe primila mito za oslobađajuću presudu Petroviću. 

Hoće li uhićena trojka ići u istražni zatvor odlučit će istražni sudac Ivica Botica koji je sinoć i bio i na pretresu i pregledu stanova i ureda. Odluka se očekuje iza 18 sati.

Riječ je o presudi od prije devet godina kada je sutkinja Šupe navodno primila 15 tisuća eura kako bi donijela oslobađajuću presudu.

Odvjetnik Maje Šupe, Krešimir Škarica je kazao okupljenim novinarima da je ona na ispitivanju negirala sve što joj se stavlja na teret. 

- Sve je zanijekala i iznijela je aktivnu obranu. Sada čeka prijedlog USKOK-a o istražnom pritvoru i odluku suda o istražnom pritvoru. Imamo argumentaciju koju ćemo iznijeti pred sud. Nismo izvršili uvid u spis, jer je postupak tajan, iako se kroz medije provlačilo o čemu se radi i što je predmet postupka. 

Na pitanje je li sutkinja suspendirana, Škarica je kazao:

- Formalno je i dalje sudac, nismo zaprimili nikakvu odluku o tome. Ona je i prije ovog postupka iz privatnih razloga prije nekh mjesec dana podnijela zahtjev za umirovljenje. To nema  veze s ovim predmetom. Njezino je zdravlje narušeno već neko vrijeme. Hoće li se revidirati njezini predmeti? Moraju biti ispunjene određene kumulativne pretpostavke za to. Prvo bi morala biti proglašena pravomoćna krivom u ovom predmetu, a ovo je kompleksan predmet. Tek nakon toga se mogu pokrenuti procedure... Ona je danas sve negirala.
