Predbožićno slavlje trotjednoga Došašća – Adventa u Šibeniku, ušlo je u četrnaestu godinu postojanja i na neki način postalo tradicionalnim obilježjem blagdana Isusova rođenja i kraja godine.

Dakako, sadržaj "Adventure" postupno se mijenjao da bi u ovoj dobio izgled pravoga svečanog spektakla za koji nam je građanka Karmela rekla, kad smo je o tome pitali, kako je zbog toga "svaka čast gradonačelniku Buriću koji je za grad Šibenik inače puno učinio.

– Istina – dodat će druga naša sugovornica, Zoraida, iz istoga društva.

– Ali, malo je vanjskih vidljivih obilježja Božića, poput jaslica, okićenih jelki također s jaslicama, ne čuje se božićna pjesma. Sve je to ipak u crkvama no za crkve u kojima se moli velik broj vjernika.

Potvrdila je to i Jasenka.

Sam perivoj Roberta Visianija sa 14.000 rasvjetnih lampica u svim bojama, izgleda uistinu spektakularno. Uz svoju ugostiteljsku ponudu od čega su najtraženije – fritule, za četiri eura u velikoj plastičnoj čaši. Uz to, kažu, ide i kuhano vino.

U našoj šetnji đardinom naišli smo čak i na romsku limenu glazbu, sve to privlači masu mladih i tek ponešto starijih građana.

A u minulim desetljećima sve je bilo sasvim drukčije. Mjesta okupljanje bile su uglavnom crkve, poneka gostionica i toverna gdje su muški išli na kvartin vina uz slanu srdelu, dok kući ne bude gotov obiteljski obje, uz rambašiće i pečenu tuku, kad su svi morali biti za stolom. Uz prethodnu molitvu sa zapaljenom svijećom.

Uoči Božića po kućama su išli kadinci s djecom odjevenom kao mali "piopići" kaditi tamjanom i blagoslivljati svaki kutak. Za to bi im ukućani davali – lemozinu.

A po gradu smo mogli susretati skupine u nošnjama sa šibenskom kapom, poglavito one iz pjevačkog društva "Kolo" koji bi pod voltima pjevali "Kad se Isus porodi…".

Ali, da se zna da je slavlje i uz dobre bokune i onu:

"Hvala Bogu, imamo još jednoga pivca i kokoš…".

I u to svečano doba dolaska na svijet Prvorođenca – Isusa Krista, nad Šibenikom je svoja krila, kao na njegovoj tvrđavi, širio sveti Mihovil, zaštitnik Krešimirova grada.

U zadnjih devet godina Šibenik je dobio Advent kakav zaslužuje

Predbožićno slavlje trotjednoga Došašća – Adventa u Šibeniku, ušlo je u četrnaestu godinu postojanja i na neki način postalo tradicionalnim obilježjem blagdana Isusova rođenja i kraja godine.

Dakako, sadržaj "Adventure" postupno se mijenjao da bi u ovoj dobio izgled pravoga svečanog spektakla za koji nam je građanka Karmela rekla, kad smo je o tome pitali, kako je zbog toga "svaka čast gradonačelniku Buriću koji je za grad Šibenik inače puno učinio.

– Istina – dodat će druga naša sugovornica, Zoraida, iz istoga društva.

– Ali, malo je vanjskih vidljivih obilježja Božića, poput jaslica, okićenih jelki također s jaslicama, ne čuje se božićna pjesma. Sve je to ipak u crkvama no za crkve u kojima se moli velik broj vjernika.

Potvrdila je to i Jasenka.

Sam perivoj Roberta Visianija sa 14.000 rasvjetnih lampica u svim bojama, izgleda uistinu spektakularno. Uz svoju ugostiteljsku ponudu od čega su najtraženije – fritule, za četiri eura u velikoj plastičnoj čaši. Uz to, kažu, ide i kuhano vino.

U našoj šetnji đardinom naišli smo čak i na romsku limenu glazbu, sve to privlači masu mladih i tek ponešto starijih građana.

A u minulim desetljećima sve je bilo sasvim drukčije. Mjesta okupljanje bile su uglavnom crkve, poneka gostionica i toverna gdje su muški išli na kvartin vina uz slanu srdelu, dok kući ne bude gotov obiteljski obje, uz rambašiće i pečenu tuku, kad su svi morali biti za stolom. Uz prethodnu molitvu sa zapaljenom svijećom.

Uoči Božića po kućama su išli kadinci s djecom odjevenom kao mali "piopići" kaditi tamjanom i blagoslivljati svaki kutak. Za to bi im ukućani davali – lemozinu.

A po gradu smo mogli susretati skupine u nošnjama sa šibenskom kapom, poglavito one iz pjevačkog društva "Kolo" koji bi pod voltima pjevali "Kad se Isus porodi…".

Ali, da se zna da je slavlje i uz dobre bokune i onu:

"Hvala Bogu, imamo još jednoga pivca i kokoš…".

I u to svečano doba dolaska na svijet Prvorođenca – Isusa Krista, nad Šibenikom je svoja krila, kao na njegovoj tvrđavi, širio sveti Mihovil, zaštitnik Krešimirova grada.
