Pričati o štetnosti piva po ljudski organizam u vrijeme pandemije i znanstvenicima nedovoljno poznatog virusa, je pomalo smiješno i na to će vam svaki pravi pivopija na isti način reagirati – kaže nam Vedran Škugor, proizvođač poznatih craft piva iz Šibenika, poznatih ne samo u ovome kraju, nego i diljem Hrvatske.

Naime, Škugora, kojeg smo posjetili u njegovoj Pivovari 022 smo upitali kako gleda na najnovija znanstvena otkrića. Naime, znanstvenici su navodno otkrili da ispijanje piva, omiljeni ritual ljudi iz svih sfera života, može uzrokovati niz zdravstvenih problema.

Istraživanja sugeriraju da je konzumacija piva povezana sa širokim spektrom zdravstvenih problema koji mogu imati trajne posljedice. Ipak, mnoge su nuspojave utvrđene samo kod prekomjernog unosa piva, odnosno kod onih koji piju više od dva pića dnevno. Umjereni unos piva nosi manje negativnih nuspojava, ali studija iz 2021. godine navodno prvi put dokazuje da i on može biti štetan.

U studiji su se proučavale slike mozga više od 25.000 odraslih osoba s različitim navikama konzumacije alkohola te je otkriveno da ni najmanja količina nije sigurna za zdravlje našeg mozga. Čak i umjerena konzumacija, što općenito znači jedno piće dnevno za žene i do dva pića dnevno za muškarce, može nanijeti više štete nego što su to prethodna istraživanja tvrdila, piše 'Eat This'.

– Možda je ta studija dijelom u pravu, ali samo ako su za svoje istraživanje uzeli neko poznato pivo s polica trgovačkog lanca. Naime, za razliku od velikih, industrijskih piva, mali proizvođači piva koriste isključivo četiri osnovna sastojka za proizvodnju te zlatne tekućine. Kvasac, hmelj, ječam i voda definitivno nikom ne mogu naštetiti ukoliko se konzumiraju u umjerenim količinama – kaže nam Vedran Škugor, koji svoja popularna pića proizvodi u svojoj Pivovari 022.

– Dapače, mnoge dosadašnje studije su pokazale kako konzumacija piva, posebno craft piva, ima blagotvorne učinke po ljudski organizam, te umjerena konzumacija piva čini ljude inteligentnijima – priča nam Škugor.

Dodaje kako postoje i razne studije, koje kažu da je puno učinkovitije i zdravije, kod glavobolje, popiti jedno pivo, nego paracetamol.

– Naravno, to sam i isprobao na vlastitoj koži i garantiram da je to istina – izričito će Škugor.

– Moj pokojni pradida Ćiro je uvik govorio kako "ne valja ni Boga previše moliti", pa se držeći njegove teze i mi u Pivovari 022držimo toga da je spas u umjerenoj konzumaciji svega, pa i piva.

Pričati o štetnosti piva po ljudski organizam u vrijeme pandemije i znanstvenicima nedovoljno poznatog virusa, je pomalo smiješno i na to će vam svaki pravi pivopija na isti način reagirati – kaže nam Vedran Škugor, proizvođač poznatih craft piva iz Šibenika, poznatih ne samo u ovome kraju, nego i diljem Hrvatske.

Naime, Škugora, kojeg smo posjetili u njegovoj Pivovari 022 smo upitali kako gleda na najnovija znanstvena otkrića. Naime, znanstvenici su navodno otkrili da ispijanje piva, omiljeni ritual ljudi iz svih sfera života, može uzrokovati niz zdravstvenih problema.

Istraživanja sugeriraju da je konzumacija piva povezana sa širokim spektrom zdravstvenih problema koji mogu imati trajne posljedice. Ipak, mnoge su nuspojave utvrđene samo kod prekomjernog unosa piva, odnosno kod onih koji piju više od dva pića dnevno. Umjereni unos piva nosi manje negativnih nuspojava, ali studija iz 2021. godine navodno prvi put dokazuje da i on može biti štetan.

U studiji su se proučavale slike mozga više od 25.000 odraslih osoba s različitim navikama konzumacije alkohola te je otkriveno da ni najmanja količina nije sigurna za zdravlje našeg mozga. Čak i umjerena konzumacija, što općenito znači jedno piće dnevno za žene i do dva pića dnevno za muškarce, može nanijeti više štete nego što su to prethodna istraživanja tvrdila, piše 'Eat This'.

– Možda je ta studija dijelom u pravu, ali samo ako su za svoje istraživanje uzeli neko poznato pivo s polica trgovačkog lanca. Naime, za razliku od velikih, industrijskih piva, mali proizvođači piva koriste isključivo četiri osnovna sastojka za proizvodnju te zlatne tekućine. Kvasac, hmelj, ječam i voda definitivno nikom ne mogu naštetiti ukoliko se konzumiraju u umjerenim količinama – kaže nam Vedran Škugor, koji svoja popularna pića proizvodi u svojoj Pivovari 022.

– Dapače, mnoge dosadašnje studije su pokazale kako konzumacija piva, posebno craft piva, ima blagotvorne učinke po ljudski organizam, te umjerena konzumacija piva čini ljude inteligentnijima – priča nam Škugor.

Dodaje kako postoje i razne studije, koje kažu da je puno učinkovitije i zdravije, kod glavobolje, popiti jedno pivo, nego paracetamol.

– Naravno, to sam i isprobao na vlastitoj koži i garantiram da je to istina – izričito će Škugor.

– Moj pokojni pradida Ćiro je uvik govorio kako "ne valja ni Boga previše moliti", pa se držeći njegove teze i mi u Pivovari 022držimo toga da je spas u umjerenoj konzumaciji svega, pa i piva.

Pričati o štetnosti piva po ljudski organizam u vrijeme pandemije i znanstvenicima nedovoljno poznatog virusa, je pomalo smiješno i na to će vam svaki pravi pivopija na isti način reagirati – kaže nam Vedran Škugor, proizvođač poznatih craft piva iz Šibenika, poznatih ne samo u ovome kraju, nego i diljem Hrvatske.

Naime, Škugora, kojeg smo posjetili u njegovoj Pivovari 022 smo upitali kako gleda na najnovija znanstvena otkrića. Naime, znanstvenici su navodno otkrili da ispijanje piva, omiljeni ritual ljudi iz svih sfera života, može uzrokovati niz zdravstvenih problema.

Istraživanja sugeriraju da je konzumacija piva povezana sa širokim spektrom zdravstvenih problema koji mogu imati trajne posljedice. Ipak, mnoge su nuspojave utvrđene samo kod prekomjernog unosa piva, odnosno kod onih koji piju više od dva pića dnevno. Umjereni unos piva nosi manje negativnih nuspojava, ali studija iz 2021. godine navodno prvi put dokazuje da i on može biti štetan.

U studiji su se proučavale slike mozga više od 25.000 odraslih osoba s različitim navikama konzumacije alkohola te je otkriveno da ni najmanja količina nije sigurna za zdravlje našeg mozga. Čak i umjerena konzumacija, što općenito znači jedno piće dnevno za žene i do dva pića dnevno za muškarce, može nanijeti više štete nego što su to prethodna istraživanja tvrdila, piše 'Eat This'.

– Možda je ta studija dijelom u pravu, ali samo ako su za svoje istraživanje uzeli neko poznato pivo s polica trgovačkog lanca. Naime, za razliku od velikih, industrijskih piva, mali proizvođači piva koriste isključivo četiri osnovna sastojka za proizvodnju te zlatne tekućine. Kvasac, hmelj, ječam i voda definitivno nikom ne mogu naštetiti ukoliko se konzumiraju u umjerenim količinama – kaže nam Vedran Škugor, koji svoja popularna pića proizvodi u svojoj Pivovari 022.

– Dapače, mnoge dosadašnje studije su pokazale kako konzumacija piva, posebno craft piva, ima blagotvorne učinke po ljudski organizam, te umjerena konzumacija piva čini ljude inteligentnijima – priča nam Škugor.

Dodaje kako postoje i razne studije, koje kažu da je puno učinkovitije i zdravije, kod glavobolje, popiti jedno pivo, nego paracetamol.

– Naravno, to sam i isprobao na vlastitoj koži i garantiram da je to istina – izričito će Škugor.

– Moj pokojni pradida Ćiro je uvik govorio kako "ne valja ni Boga previše moliti", pa se držeći njegove teze i mi u Pivovari 022držimo toga da je spas u umjerenoj konzumaciji svega, pa i piva.
