Nije istina da šibenski gradonačelnik Željko Burić ne shvaća ozbiljno šibenskog biskupa Tomislava Rogića koji se požalio ministrici kulture Nini Obuljen Koržinek da buka koncerata ispred Gradske vijećnice katedrale ugrožava katedralu sv. Jakova i prijeti rušenjem skulptura, prozora i vitraja s tog UNESCO-ovu spomenika, a nakon što je ustvrdio da u Gradu Šibeniku ozbiljno ne shvaćaju te prijetnje visokim decibelima i vibracijama, kako smo već pisali ovdje.

Burić u priopćenju koje nam je posalo na naš upit da komenitra biskupove pritužbe ministrici kulture i medija tvrdi kako se nada razgovoru i zajedničkom dogovoru s biskupom, ali napominje i kako Grad Šibenik ne želi "ukrasti" građanima Trg Republike Hrvatske između vijećnice i katedrale i zatvoriti ga za kulturne manifestacije.

-Obavijest o ugrozi katedrale koju smo zaprimili od šibenskog biskupa msgr. Tomislava Rogića shvaćamo itekako ozbiljno te ćemo razgovarati i vjerujem, zajednički pronaći optimalno rješenje – kazao je Burić te istaknuo:

-Grad Šibenik je i ranije promišljao o konceptu korištenja Trga Republike Hrvatske na način da ga maksimalno zaštitimo, a istovremeno ne odvojimo od građana, odnosno posjetitelja grada Šibenika. Tim više što će, uz katedralu sv. Jakova, i šibenska Gradska vijećnica rekonstrukcijom koja je u tijeku dobiti novi značaj. Grad nipošto ne želi ugroziti građevine koje su znak naše prepoznatljivosti te imaju iznimnu kulturnu, umjetničku, građevinsku i sakralnu vrijednost. To ćemo poštovati, zadržavajući funkcionalnost samog trga i popratnih manifestacija koje se na njemu održavaju – diplomatski je rekao Burić.

Iz biskupova pisma jasno je, međutim, kako mu najveći trn u oku predstavljaju dva koncerta za doček Nove godine, održana dvije večeri zaredom: 30. prosinca 2023. i na samu Staru godinu. Izmjerene vibracije koje je tada zabilježila oprema za monitoring koja redovito prati stanje u katedrali, biskup Rogić posalo je ministrici kulture i medija kao dokaz opravdanosti svoje zabrinutosti zbog mogućeg oštećenja katedrale i ugroze prolaznika ako na njih padne kakva odlomljena skulptura, vitraj ili staklo s prozora. Kako je organizator navedenih novogodišnjih koncerata šibenska Tvrđava kulture, pitali smo i ravnateljicu Goranu Barišić Bačelić što kaže na biskupovu žalbu resornom ministarstvu. No, Barišić Bačelić u svom je odgovoru uvelike nadmašila diplomatske riječi šibenskog gradonačelnika.

-Nemamo posebnog komentara, Tvrđava kulture će raditi sve u skladu i dogovoru s Gradom Šibenikom i TZ Šibenik – kratko je rekla Gorana Barišić Bačelić.

Kako će se razriješiti ova situacija, možda nije teško predvidjeti. Novogodišnje slavlje i veselice morat će potražiti drugu lokaciju, a da takva predviđanja nisu pretjerana vrijedi se prisjetiti nekadašnje pobune Rogićeva prethodnika, tada biskupa, Ante Ivasa kojemu je smetala buka s pozornice kluba Azimut smještene na obali u podnožnju stepeništa katedrale. I tada je gradnočelnik bio Željko Burić i imao je samo lijepe riječi za sve što rade u Azimutu. Prosvjedovali su i mnogi građani u znak podrške Azimutovu green stageu. No, ishod je bio predvidljiv, a snaga Crkve potvrđena: pozornica je na kraju bila uklonjena sa sporne lokacije!

Nije istina da šibenski gradonačelnik Željko Burić ne shvaća ozbiljno šibenskog biskupa Tomislava Rogića koji se požalio ministrici kulture Nini Obuljen Koržinek da buka koncerata ispred Gradske vijećnice katedrale ugrožava katedralu sv. Jakova i prijeti rušenjem skulptura, prozora i vitraja s tog UNESCO-ovu spomenika, a nakon što je ustvrdio da u Gradu Šibeniku ozbiljno ne shvaćaju te prijetnje visokim decibelima i vibracijama, kako smo već pisali ovdje.

Burić u priopćenju koje nam je posalo na naš upit da komenitra biskupove pritužbe ministrici kulture i medija tvrdi kako se nada razgovoru i zajedničkom dogovoru s biskupom, ali napominje i kako Grad Šibenik ne želi "ukrasti" građanima Trg Republike Hrvatske između vijećnice i katedrale i zatvoriti ga za kulturne manifestacije.

-Obavijest o ugrozi katedrale koju smo zaprimili od šibenskog biskupa msgr. Tomislava Rogića shvaćamo itekako ozbiljno te ćemo razgovarati i vjerujem, zajednički pronaći optimalno rješenje – kazao je Burić te istaknuo:

-Grad Šibenik je i ranije promišljao o konceptu korištenja Trga Republike Hrvatske na način da ga maksimalno zaštitimo, a istovremeno ne odvojimo od građana, odnosno posjetitelja grada Šibenika. Tim više što će, uz katedralu sv. Jakova, i šibenska Gradska vijećnica rekonstrukcijom koja je u tijeku dobiti novi značaj. Grad nipošto ne želi ugroziti građevine koje su znak naše prepoznatljivosti te imaju iznimnu kulturnu, umjetničku, građevinsku i sakralnu vrijednost. To ćemo poštovati, zadržavajući funkcionalnost samog trga i popratnih manifestacija koje se na njemu održavaju – diplomatski je rekao Burić.

Iz biskupova pisma jasno je, međutim, kako mu najveći trn u oku predstavljaju dva koncerta za doček Nove godine, održana dvije večeri zaredom: 30. prosinca 2023. i na samu Staru godinu. Izmjerene vibracije koje je tada zabilježila oprema za monitoring koja redovito prati stanje u katedrali, biskup Rogić posalo je ministrici kulture i medija kao dokaz opravdanosti svoje zabrinutosti zbog mogućeg oštećenja katedrale i ugroze prolaznika ako na njih padne kakva odlomljena skulptura, vitraj ili staklo s prozora. Kako je organizator navedenih novogodišnjih koncerata šibenska Tvrđava kulture, pitali smo i ravnateljicu Goranu Barišić Bačelić što kaže na biskupovu žalbu resornom ministarstvu. No, Barišić Bačelić u svom je odgovoru uvelike nadmašila diplomatske riječi šibenskog gradonačelnika.

-Nemamo posebnog komentara, Tvrđava kulture će raditi sve u skladu i dogovoru s Gradom Šibenikom i TZ Šibenik – kratko je rekla Gorana Barišić Bačelić.

Kako će se razriješiti ova situacija, možda nije teško predvidjeti. Novogodišnje slavlje i veselice morat će potražiti drugu lokaciju, a da takva predviđanja nisu pretjerana vrijedi se prisjetiti nekadašnje pobune Rogićeva prethodnika, tada biskupa, Ante Ivasa kojemu je smetala buka s pozornice kluba Azimut smještene na obali u podnožnju stepeništa katedrale. I tada je gradnočelnik bio Željko Burić i imao je samo lijepe riječi za sve što rade u Azimutu. Prosvjedovali su i mnogi građani u znak podrške Azimutovu green stageu. No, ishod je bio predvidljiv, a snaga Crkve potvrđena: pozornica je na kraju bila uklonjena sa sporne lokacije!
