– Svi trebamo slijediti Šibenku i Šibenski košarkaški savez. Zbog utemeljenja kluba-satelita, zvanog “Osvit”, i višegodišnjeg Općinskog kampa za kadete – tim riječima je pokojni jugoslavenski košarkaški izbornik, Beograđanin Ranko Žeravica početkom osamdesetih godina minulog stoljeća hvalio šibenske košarkaške djelatnike.
Kroz “Osvit” su, ako niste znali, prošli svi ondašnji šibenski nadareni mladci, osim Dražena Petrovića, kojega je Zoran Slavnić Moka već kao 15-godišnjaka ugurao u prvu momčad. Općinski kamp za kadete okupljao je dječake iz gotovo svih mjesta šibenskog zavičaja u kojima se igrala košarka. Od Zatona do Rasline, od Tisnog do Ražina.
Možda se toga ovih dana ne bismo sjetili da se Šubićevac nije silno angažirao na uređenju tri nogometna igrališta, koja bi služila ne samo za mlađe kategorije, već i za prvu momčad. U Crnici, Lozovcu i Mandalini.
Klub-satelit
– Meni se sviđa što HNK Šibenik uređuje ta igrališta, ali nije li to prilika da se to iskoristi i za formiranje kluba-satelita – tako se glasno zapitao zlarinski Primoštenac Furčić, jedan od najžešćih šibenskih “funcuta”, koji redovito pohodi i gostovanja hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije.
Radnički, Metalac, Galeb i Kolektivac. To su bili šibenski klubovi koji su imali sve uvjete da u nekoj mudrijoj nogometnoj politici postanu klubovi-sateliti za Šubićevac. No svi su jedan za drugim polako utihnuli. S izuzetkom Mihovila i nogometne škole “Jose Bego”, koji su se javili poslije, a koji bi, po svim resursima, mogli biti klubovi-sateliti.
Dakako, slična priča vrijedila bi i za šibenski vaterpolo, pa makar “satelitski” klub imao sjedište izvan županijskog središta. I tu se priča o Trećoj ligi, koja okuplja klubove iz Šibensko-kninske i Zadarske županije, svela na četiri slova: betinski Brodograditelj, Tisno, Gusar iz Svetog Filipa i Jakova te novoutemeljeni Prvić.
A nekad se vaterpolo organizirano igrao i u Rogoznici, Primoštenu, Žaboriću, Brodarici, Skradinu, Vodicama, Zlarinu...
Ako se vratimo košarci, GKK-u Šibenik nije potreban klub-satelit kraj poznate i plodne škole košarke “Dražen Petrović”, ali, nema sumnje, Baldekin prosto vapi za još čvršćom orijentacijom na mlade. Neovisno o tome što se teško otimamo osjećaju da su šibenski košarkaški inkubatori manje plodni u posljednje vrijeme.
O Školi nogometa na Šubićevcu da ne govorimo.
Afirmacija mladih nogometaša
– Toliko sam bio željan afirmacije mladih šibenskih nogometaša, ali, ako izuzmemo Lovru Kulušića, teško bih mogao izdvojiti nekog drugog kandidata za prvu momčad. Uz napomenu da je gotovo veći problem njihov nedovoljno profesionalan pristup prema treningu nego nogometni talent – povjerio nam se trener Šibenika Mario Carević.
Mladi sportaši bi, makar to zvučalo pretenciozno, trebali biti posebna tema neke posebne rasprave o šibenskom sportu. Iz više razloga.
Dobro je što se uređuju objekti za njihov rad, ali nije u objektima sve. Baš kao što simpatični Zadranin Mladen Grdović pjeva “Nije u šoldima sve”. Puno je važnije osigurati pravi kadar za odgoj mladih sportaša, jer... Nećemo prešutjeti da je roditeljskih grintanja u tom smislu u posljednje vrijeme sve više.

– Svi trebamo slijediti Šibenku i Šibenski košarkaški savez. Zbog utemeljenja kluba-satelita, zvanog “Osvit”, i višegodišnjeg Općinskog kampa za kadete – tim riječima je pokojni jugoslavenski košarkaški izbornik, Beograđanin Ranko Žeravica početkom osamdesetih godina minulog stoljeća hvalio šibenske košarkaške djelatnike.
Kroz “Osvit” su, ako niste znali, prošli svi ondašnji šibenski nadareni mladci, osim Dražena Petrovića, kojega je Zoran Slavnić Moka već kao 15-godišnjaka ugurao u prvu momčad. Općinski kamp za kadete okupljao je dječake iz gotovo svih mjesta šibenskog zavičaja u kojima se igrala košarka. Od Zatona do Rasline, od Tisnog do Ražina.
Možda se toga ovih dana ne bismo sjetili da se Šubićevac nije silno angažirao na uređenju tri nogometna igrališta, koja bi služila ne samo za mlađe kategorije, već i za prvu momčad. U Crnici, Lozovcu i Mandalini.

– Meni se sviđa što HNK Šibenik uređuje ta igrališta, ali nije li to prilika da se to iskoristi i za formiranje kluba-satelita – tako se glasno zapitao zlarinski Primoštenac Furčić, jedan od najžešćih šibenskih “funcuta”, koji redovito pohodi i gostovanja hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije.
Radnički, Metalac, Galeb i Kolektivac. To su bili šibenski klubovi koji su imali sve uvjete da u nekoj mudrijoj nogometnoj politici postanu klubovi-sateliti za Šubićevac. No svi su jedan za drugim polako utihnuli. S izuzetkom Mihovila i nogometne škole “Jose Bego”, koji su se javili poslije, a koji bi, po svim resursima, mogli biti klubovi-sateliti.
Dakako, slična priča vrijedila bi i za šibenski vaterpolo, pa makar “satelitski” klub imao sjedište izvan županijskog središta. I tu se priča o Trećoj ligi, koja okuplja klubove iz Šibensko-kninske i Zadarske županije, svela na četiri slova: betinski Brodograditelj, Tisno, Gusar iz Svetog Filipa i Jakova te novoutemeljeni Prvić.
A nekad se vaterpolo organizirano igrao i u Rogoznici, Primoštenu, Žaboriću, Brodarici, Skradinu, Vodicama, Zlarinu...
Ako se vratimo košarci, GKK-u Šibenik nije potreban klub-satelit kraj poznate i plodne škole košarke “Dražen Petrović”, ali, nema sumnje, Baldekin prosto vapi za još čvršćom orijentacijom na mlade. Neovisno o tome što se teško otimamo osjećaju da su šibenski košarkaški inkubatori manje plodni u posljednje vrijeme.
O Školi nogometa na Šubićevcu da ne govorimo.
Afirmacija mladih nogometaša
– Toliko sam bio željan afirmacije mladih šibenskih nogometaša, ali, ako izuzmemo Lovru Kulušića, teško bih mogao izdvojiti nekog drugog kandidata za prvu momčad. Uz napomenu da je gotovo veći problem njihov nedovoljno profesionalan pristup prema treningu nego nogometni talent – povjerio nam se trener Šibenika Mario Carević.
Mladi sportaši bi, makar to zvučalo pretenciozno, trebali biti posebna tema neke posebne rasprave o šibenskom sportu. Iz više razloga.
Dobro je što se uređuju objekti za njihov rad, ali nije u objektima sve. Baš kao što simpatični Zadranin Mladen Grdović pjeva “Nije u šoldima sve”. Puno je važnije osigurati pravi kadar za odgoj mladih sportaša, jer... Nećemo prešutjeti da je roditeljskih grintanja u tom smislu u posljednje vrijeme sve više.
