Na sjednici Općinskog vijeća Općine Konavle, u ponedjeljak, među ostalim su usvojeni izvješće o radu načelnika za drugu polovicu prošle godine, zaključivanje sudskih nagodbi u postupcima radi utvrđivanja prava vlasništva nad stanovima na Zvekovici kao i Odluka o otkupu dijela čest.zem 1202/1 u Dubravci za potrebe izgradnje boćarske dvorane.

”Imamo projekt OŠ Cavtat, a uskoro očekujemo početak gradnje, polažemo novu kanalizaciju u Kranjčevićevoj ulici u Cavtatu, potom tu je kanalizacija na Grudi i Moluntu, uskoro slijedi rješavanje boćarske dvorane u Dubravci za koju danas usvajamo odluku, imamo vrtiće za koje moramo riješiti prostore i tu razmatramo jednu kuću na Zvekovici gdje bi smjestili 100-tinjak djece, ali to tek trebamo odvagnuti. Nastavlja se gradnja ceste od Dubravke do Debelog brijega, završena je gradnja rive u Cavtatu gdje je u tijeku asfaltiranje ispred Doma kulture. Uredili smo brojna dječja igrališta kroz Konavle, radimo nogostup u Čilipima, a u pripremi je i nogostup od Oboda do Zvekovice. Naša ČiZK provodi program odvoza otpada s kućnog praga i mislim da smo jedina općina koja provodi program odvajanja otpada”, rekao je načelnik Lasić te naglasio i kako je u tom razdoblju otvoren i jedan od najmodernijih Vatrogasnih domova u Hrvatskoj, onaj na Grudi.

Izvješće o radu načelnika je usvojeno s jednim suzdržanim glasom.

Govoreći o sudskim nagodbama za otkup prava vlasništva za stanove na Zvekovici načelnik je istaknuo kako se na tome radilo više od devet godina.

”Na tom problemu smo angažirali stručnjake iz više područja, od pravnika do onih iz građevinskog sektora. Naposljetku, ovom odlukom prihvaćene su sudske nagodbe za otkup prava vlasništva za stanove na Zvekovici. Vrijednost tih stanova je od 9 do 17 tisuća eura, a svi stanari imaju mogućnost otkupiti ih odjednom ili kroz rok od pet godina”, rekao je načelnik.

Točka je usvojena uz jednoglasnu potporu svih vijećnika.

Vijećnici su na ovoj sjednici usvojili i prijedlog Odluke o otkupu polovine dijela prava vlasništva čest.zgr. 400/1 upisane u z.ul.536 k.o. Čilipi, sveukupne površine 77,40 četvornih metara za potrebe proširenja prostorija Muzeja i galerija Konavala. U naravi je riječ o kući koja je naslonjena na muzej u Čilipima, a načelnik Lasić je istaknuo i kako je namjera otkupiti još nekoliko nekretnina kako bi tispred crkve sv. Nikole ostao onakav kakav je danas.

”Ta zgrada će puno značiti Čilipima i Konavlima, a namjera nam je otkupiti zgrade u centru Čilipa kako netko drugi ne bi došao i time nepovratno izmijenio izgled tog trga”, naglasio je on.

Od ostalih točaka dnevnog reda, usvojen je i prijedlog Izmjene i dopune plana upravljanja pomorskim dobrom na području Općine Konavle za razdoblje od 2024. do 2028. godinu. Treba istaknuti i kako je ČiZK prepuštena dostava robe i prijevoz osoba električnim karićima unutar stare cavtatske jezgre, a s obzirom da se na prošli natječaj za koncesiju za takvu djelatnost nije javio nitko.

Odgovarajući na pitanja vijećnika u sklopu te točke, načelnik Lasić se osvrnuo na polemike oko ulaska i izlaska iz Cavtata, odnosno dugoročnog plana proglašenja stare jezgre Cavtata pješačkom zonom.

”Nema nikakvih razloga za dizanje tenzija, nikada se ništa nije donijelo mimo građana ili na njihovu štetu pa će tako i odluka o ovome biti donesena u dogovoru sa stanovnicima Cavtata”, zaključio je on.

Na sjednici Općinskog vijeća Općine Konavle, u ponedjeljak, među ostalim su usvojeni izvješće o radu načelnika za drugu polovicu prošle godine, zaključivanje sudskih nagodbi u postupcima radi utvrđivanja prava vlasništva nad stanovima na Zvekovici kao i Odluka o otkupu dijela čest.zem 1202/1 u Dubravci za potrebe izgradnje boćarske dvorane.

”Imamo projekt OŠ Cavtat, a uskoro očekujemo početak gradnje, polažemo novu kanalizaciju u Kranjčevićevoj ulici u Cavtatu, potom tu je kanalizacija na Grudi i Moluntu, uskoro slijedi rješavanje boćarske dvorane u Dubravci za koju danas usvajamo odluku, imamo vrtiće za koje moramo riješiti prostore i tu razmatramo jednu kuću na Zvekovici gdje bi smjestili 100-tinjak djece, ali to tek trebamo odvagnuti. Nastavlja se gradnja ceste od Dubravke do Debelog brijega, završena je gradnja rive u Cavtatu gdje je u tijeku asfaltiranje ispred Doma kulture. Uredili smo brojna dječja igrališta kroz Konavle, radimo nogostup u Čilipima, a u pripremi je i nogostup od Oboda do Zvekovice. Naša ČiZK provodi program odvoza otpada s kućnog praga i mislim da smo jedina općina koja provodi program odvajanja otpada”, rekao je načelnik Lasić te naglasio i kako je u tom razdoblju otvoren i jedan od najmodernijih Vatrogasnih domova u Hrvatskoj, onaj na Grudi.

Izvješće o radu načelnika je usvojeno s jednim suzdržanim glasom.

Govoreći o sudskim nagodbama za otkup prava vlasništva za stanove na Zvekovici načelnik je istaknuo kako se na tome radilo više od devet godina.

”Na tom problemu smo angažirali stručnjake iz više područja, od pravnika do onih iz građevinskog sektora. Naposljetku, ovom odlukom prihvaćene su sudske nagodbe za otkup prava vlasništva za stanove na Zvekovici. Vrijednost tih stanova je od 9 do 17 tisuća eura, a svi stanari imaju mogućnost otkupiti ih odjednom ili kroz rok od pet godina”, rekao je načelnik.

Točka je usvojena uz jednoglasnu potporu svih vijećnika.

Vijećnici su na ovoj sjednici usvojili i prijedlog Odluke o otkupu polovine dijela prava vlasništva čest.zgr. 400/1 upisane u z.ul.536 k.o. Čilipi, sveukupne površine 77,40 četvornih metara za potrebe proširenja prostorija Muzeja i galerija Konavala. U naravi je riječ o kući koja je naslonjena na muzej u Čilipima, a načelnik Lasić je istaknuo i kako je namjera otkupiti još nekoliko nekretnina kako bi tispred crkve sv. Nikole ostao onakav kakav je danas.

”Ta zgrada će puno značiti Čilipima i Konavlima, a namjera nam je otkupiti zgrade u centru Čilipa kako netko drugi ne bi došao i time nepovratno izmijenio izgled tog trga”, naglasio je on.

Od ostalih točaka dnevnog reda, usvojen je i prijedlog Izmjene i dopune plana upravljanja pomorskim dobrom na području Općine Konavle za razdoblje od 2024. do 2028. godinu. Treba istaknuti i kako je ČiZK prepuštena dostava robe i prijevoz osoba električnim karićima unutar stare cavtatske jezgre, a s obzirom da se na prošli natječaj za koncesiju za takvu djelatnost nije javio nitko.

Odgovarajući na pitanja vijećnika u sklopu te točke, načelnik Lasić se osvrnuo na polemike oko ulaska i izlaska iz Cavtata, odnosno dugoročnog plana proglašenja stare jezgre Cavtata pješačkom zonom.

”Nema nikakvih razloga za dizanje tenzija, nikada se ništa nije donijelo mimo građana ili na njihovu štetu pa će tako i odluka o ovome biti donesena u dogovoru sa stanovnicima Cavtata”, zaključio je on.
