Zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo nanošenja teške tjelesne ozljede, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku Đorđo Benussi, na prijedlog dubrovačkog Općinskog državnog odvjetništva odredio je stražni zatvor u trajanju od 30 dana francuskom državljaninu Christopheu Gerhardt-Ginoisu (27) iz Fleury Merogisa. Riječ je o Francuzu koji je u četvrtak 11. travnja navečer svojim osobnim vozilom marke Peugeot na predjelu Babinog kuka nasrnuo na vozača gradskog javnog prometnog poduzeća "Libertas" i tom ga prilikom teško ozlijedio.

Naime, sudac istrage je zaključio kako je zahtjev Odvjetništva opravdan te je istražni zatvor odredio zbog opravdane bojazni da bi francuski državljanin, inače po zanimanju kuhar, u slučaju ostanka na slobodi, mogao pobjeći s teritorija naše zemlje te bi do okončanja pravosudnog postupka bio nedostupan hrvatskom pravosuđu. Razlog više da se Francuzu odredi pritvor predstavljaju upornost i krajnje bezobzirni način počinjenja kaznenog djela za kojeg se sumnjiči. Valja reći kako je cijeli događaj zabilježen i nadzornom videokamerom gradskog autobusa tvrtke ”Libertas” na kojoj je jasno vidljivo kako je francuski kuhar svojim peugeotom kojim je upravljao, naglo povećao brzinu upravo u trenutku kad se dubrovački vozač autobusa F.M., dok je prelazio obilježeni pješački prijelaz odnosno ”zebru”.

Posljedica takvog naglog povećanja brzine jest udar u pješaka koji se od siline udara našao na haubi, odnosno poklopcu motora Francuzovog peugeota. No, francuski kuhar tad nije stao nego ga se nastavio kretati svojim vozilom te je pješaka nastavio voziti na haubi slijedećih 30 metara! Ni to mu nije bilo dovoljno nego je naglim trzajem volana promijenio smjer vožnje, uslijed čega je pješak pao na tle i pri tome zadobio više tjelesnih ozljeda. Prema liječničkom nalazu Opće bolnice Dubrovnik, priroda tih ozljeda je takva da su, u cjelini gledano, okarakterizirane kao teške tjelesne ozljede.

Francuski se kuhar pred dežurnim državnim odvjetnikom branio šutnjom, a kao branitelj po službenoj dužnosti dodijeljen mu je dubrovački odvjetnik Dino Hadžiomerović.

Racimo i to kako smo pokušali doći do video-snimke na kojoj je zabilježen tijek dramatične vožnje na haubi francuskog peugeota, ali je taj snimak izuzet za potrebe dokaza optužnice prema kojoj će se uskoro naći pred licem pravde na sudskom kaznenom postupku.

Zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo nanošenja teške tjelesne ozljede, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku Đorđo Benussi, na prijedlog dubrovačkog Općinskog državnog odvjetništva odredio je stražni zatvor u trajanju od 30 dana francuskom državljaninu Christopheu Gerhardt-Ginoisu (27) iz Fleury Merogisa. Riječ je o Francuzu koji je u četvrtak 11. travnja navečer svojim osobnim vozilom marke Peugeot na predjelu Babinog kuka nasrnuo na vozača gradskog javnog prometnog poduzeća "Libertas" i tom ga prilikom teško ozlijedio.

Naime, sudac istrage je zaključio kako je zahtjev Odvjetništva opravdan te je istražni zatvor odredio zbog opravdane bojazni da bi francuski državljanin, inače po zanimanju kuhar, u slučaju ostanka na slobodi, mogao pobjeći s teritorija naše zemlje te bi do okončanja pravosudnog postupka bio nedostupan hrvatskom pravosuđu. Razlog više da se Francuzu odredi pritvor predstavljaju upornost i krajnje bezobzirni način počinjenja kaznenog djela za kojeg se sumnjiči. Valja reći kako je cijeli događaj zabilježen i nadzornom videokamerom gradskog autobusa tvrtke ”Libertas” na kojoj je jasno vidljivo kako je francuski kuhar svojim peugeotom kojim je upravljao, naglo povećao brzinu upravo u trenutku kad se dubrovački vozač autobusa F.M., dok je prelazio obilježeni pješački prijelaz odnosno ”zebru”.

Posljedica takvog naglog povećanja brzine jest udar u pješaka koji se od siline udara našao na haubi, odnosno poklopcu motora Francuzovog peugeota. No, francuski kuhar tad nije stao nego ga se nastavio kretati svojim vozilom te je pješaka nastavio voziti na haubi slijedećih 30 metara! Ni to mu nije bilo dovoljno nego je naglim trzajem volana promijenio smjer vožnje, uslijed čega je pješak pao na tle i pri tome zadobio više tjelesnih ozljeda. Prema liječničkom nalazu Opće bolnice Dubrovnik, priroda tih ozljeda je takva da su, u cjelini gledano, okarakterizirane kao teške tjelesne ozljede.

Francuski se kuhar pred dežurnim državnim odvjetnikom branio šutnjom, a kao branitelj po službenoj dužnosti dodijeljen mu je dubrovački odvjetnik Dino Hadžiomerović.

Racimo i to kako smo pokušali doći do video-snimke na kojoj je zabilježen tijek dramatične vožnje na haubi francuskog peugeota, ali je taj snimak izuzet za potrebe dokaza optužnice prema kojoj će se uskoro naći pred licem pravde na sudskom kaznenom postupku.

Francuzu koji je pregazio Libertasova vozača istražni zatvor: evo o kome se radi i koji su razlozi takvoj odluci suca istrage

Zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo nanošenja teške tjelesne ozljede, sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku Đorđo Benussi, na prijedlog dubrovačkog Općinskog državnog odvjetništva odredio je stražni zatvor u trajanju od 30 dana francuskom državljaninu Christopheu Gerhardt-Ginoisu (27) iz Fleury Merogisa. Riječ je o Francuzu koji je u četvrtak 11. travnja navečer svojim osobnim vozilom marke Peugeot na predjelu Babinog kuka nasrnuo na vozača gradskog javnog prometnog poduzeća "Libertas" i tom ga prilikom teško ozlijedio.

Naime, sudac istrage je zaključio kako je zahtjev Odvjetništva opravdan te je istražni zatvor odredio zbog opravdane bojazni da bi francuski državljanin, inače po zanimanju kuhar, u slučaju ostanka na slobodi, mogao pobjeći s teritorija naše zemlje te bi do okončanja pravosudnog postupka bio nedostupan hrvatskom pravosuđu. Razlog više da se Francuzu odredi pritvor predstavljaju upornost i krajnje bezobzirni način počinjenja kaznenog djela za kojeg se sumnjiči.
