Vladimir Gašpar (30), član AKOI Fortius iz Zadra, u svom premijernom nastupu na paraolimpijskim igrama osvojio je sedmo mjesto u bacanju koplja u kategoriji F41 sportaša niskih rastom s najboljim rezultatom sezone 36.54.

Zlato je pripalo brončanom iz Rija Kinezu Pengxiangu s novim svjetskim rekordom 47.13, drugi je bio Iranac Sadegh Beit Sayah sa 43.35, a broncu je osvojio Iračanin Wildan Nukhailawi sa 41.39 m.

"Ispunio sam svoj dječački san. Dao sam sve od sebe, šteta što je bilo ružno vrijeme, padala je kiša, no kako je bilo meni tako je bilo i drugima," kazao je Gašpar koji je na Europskom Prvenstvu održanom u lipnju u Bydgoszcu osvojio srebrnu, a u Berlinu 2018. godine brončanu medalju u bacanju koplja.

"Treba još puno raditi, Pariz će brzo doći," dodao je Gašpar koji je u atletiku došao relativno kasno (2017) nakon što se prije bavio plivanjem, a igrao je i još igra i mali nogomet.

Gotovo u isto vrijeme na Olimpijskom stadionu u Tokiju nastupala su trojica hrvatskih paraatletičara - Zoran Talić u skoku u dalj, Deni Černi u bacanju kugle, te Vladimir Gašpar u bacanju koplja.

Najveći uspjeh ostvario je Černi (28) koji je u kategoriji F 33 osvojio broncu s rezultatom 11.25.

Paraatletičar atletskog kluba OTOS Grubišno Polje otvorio je natjecanje s rezultatom 10.58, potom je kuglu bacio 11.01, te u trećoj seriji 11.25 što je bilo dovoljno za preuzimanje trećeg mjesta. Do kraja je imao jedan neuspjeli pokušaj, te hitac od 10.54.

Medalja se priželjkivala i od Zorana Talića (31) u skoku u dalj, vlasnika srebrnih odličja iz Londona (2012) i Rio de Janeira (2016). Međutim, ovoga puta nije uspio "skočiti" do medalje. Na koncu je zauzeo peto mjesto sa 6.82.

Pobijedio je Malezijac Latif Abdul Romly skočivši 745. metara, obranivši tako zlato iz Rio de Janeira. Malezijac u svojoj riznici medalja ima i dva svjetska zlata i jedno srebro. Drugi je bio Grk Athanasios Prodromou sa 7.17, dok je broncu osvojio Australac Nicholas Hum s rezultatom 7.12.

Vladimir Gašpar (30), član AKOI Fortius iz Zadra, u svom premijernom nastupu na paraolimpijskim igrama osvojio je sedmo mjesto u bacanju koplja u kategoriji F41 sportaša niskih rastom s najboljim rezultatom sezone 36.54.

Zlato je pripalo brončanom iz Rija Kinezu Pengxiangu s novim svjetskim rekordom 47.13, drugi je bio Iranac Sadegh Beit Sayah sa 43.35, a broncu je osvojio Iračanin Wildan Nukhailawi sa 41.39 m.

"Ispunio sam svoj dječački san. Dao sam sve od sebe, šteta što je bilo ružno vrijeme, padala je kiša, no kako je bilo meni tako je bilo i drugima," kazao je Gašpar koji je na Europskom Prvenstvu održanom u lipnju u Bydgoszcu osvojio srebrnu, a u Berlinu 2018. godine brončanu medalju u bacanju koplja.

"Treba još puno raditi, Pariz će brzo doći," dodao je Gašpar koji je u atletiku došao relativno kasno (2017) nakon što se prije bavio plivanjem, a igrao je i još igra i mali nogomet.

Gotovo u isto vrijeme na Olimpijskom stadionu u Tokiju nastupala su trojica hrvatskih paraatletičara - Zoran Talić u skoku u dalj, Deni Černi u bacanju kugle, te Vladimir Gašpar u bacanju koplja.

Najveći uspjeh ostvario je Černi (28) koji je u kategoriji F 33 osvojio broncu s rezultatom 11.25.

Paraatletičar atletskog kluba OTOS Grubišno Polje otvorio je natjecanje s rezultatom 10.58, potom je kuglu bacio 11.01, te u trećoj seriji 11.25 što je bilo dovoljno za preuzimanje trećeg mjesta. Do kraja je imao jedan neuspjeli pokušaj, te hitac od 10.54.

Medalja se priželjkivala i od Zorana Talića (31) u skoku u dalj, vlasnika srebrnih odličja iz Londona (2012) i Rio de Janeira (2016). Međutim, ovoga puta nije uspio "skočiti" do medalje. Na koncu je zauzeo peto mjesto sa 6.82.

Pobijedio je Malezijac Latif Abdul Romly skočivši 745. metara, obranivši tako zlato iz Rio de Janeira. Malezijac u svojoj riznici medalja ima i dva svjetska zlata i jedno srebro. Drugi je bio Grk Athanasios Prodromou sa 7.17, dok je broncu osvojio Australac Nicholas Hum s rezultatom 7.12.

Vladimir Gašpar (30), član AKOI Fortius iz Zadra, u svom premijernom nastupu na paraolimpijskim igrama osvojio je sedmo mjesto u bacanju koplja u kategoriji F41 sportaša niskih rastom s najboljim rezultatom sezone 36.54.

Zlato je pripalo brončanom iz Rija Kinezu Pengxiangu s novim svjetskim rekordom 47.13, drugi je bio Iranac Sadegh Beit Sayah sa 43.35, a broncu je osvojio Iračanin Wildan Nukhailawi sa 41.39 m.

"Ispunio sam svoj dječački san. Dao sam sve od sebe, šteta što je bilo ružno vrijeme, padala je kiša, no kako je bilo meni tako je bilo i drugima," kazao je Gašpar koji je na Europskom Prvenstvu održanom u lipnju u Bydgoszcu osvojio srebrnu, a u Berlinu 2018. godine brončanu medalju u bacanju koplja.

"Treba još puno raditi, Pariz će brzo doći," dodao je Gašpar koji je u atletiku došao relativno kasno (2017) nakon što se prije bavio plivanjem, a igrao je i još igra i mali nogomet.
