Kad su ovakve vrućine, onda valja slušati savjete doktura, da se ne stoji puno na suncu, i da se čeljade drži lada, ali čije će savjete slušati oni koji to ne mogu, jer moraju po ovom zvizdanu raditi? E, za njih bi bilo najbolje da poslušaju savjete starih težaka, seljaka iz dalmatinske zagore, koji su i po ovakvim uvjetima radili u vinogradu, o škipu i motici.

‘Stari svit bi se u nas, kad bi bila ovakva doba, digao ranije, čim bi svanulo, i radio je do osam, devet sati, kada bi se posao u polju prekidao, i išlo bi se kući, bižalo u lad.‘ - prenio nam je svoja sjećanja poznati oklajski vinar i vinogradar Ivica Džapo, koji se i sam pridržava, koliko može, ovih mudrosti dok radi u vinogradu. - ‘Kad su ovakve vrućine dobro je da marenda bude laganija, ali malo slanija, malo domaće pancete ili čak i pršuta, uz domaće pomidore za salatu, malo kruha. Dakle, litnjeg povrća, kalija, kalcija, masnoće. Ne treba puno, ali triba bit kripno. A za piće, ne valja sama voda! Voda je dobra za onog ko sidi u ladu, ispod koštale, ali onog ko radi, voda će iscrpit, govorili su stari ljudi. Pa bi je oni malo, kako su govorili, zasurili! Napravili bi jednu laganu, tanku ili mršavu bevandu, a to znači dva deca biloga na litru vode. Neki bi čak umisto vina stavljali u vodu malu kvasine, jer se za njom ne bi toliko žednilo, ko za samom vodom!‘ - kazao nam je Džapo, iskusni oklajski vinar, nadaleko poznat po svom Debitu. I on veli da ne pamti ovakve vrućine, koje u Oklaju i Prominskom kraju dosežu i do četrdeset stupnjeva celzijusa. Ne možeš virovati svojim očima kad u podne vidiš toplomjer na autu. Priko 39, 40, stupnjeva Celzijusovih. Da toliko izmiriš ispod ruke, iša bi odmah u bolnicu‘ – veli nam Džapo.

Kad su ovakve vrućine, onda valja slušati savjete doktura, da se ne stoji puno na suncu, i da se čeljade drži lada, ali čije će savjete slušati oni koji to ne mogu, jer moraju po ovom zvizdanu raditi? E, za njih bi bilo najbolje da poslušaju savjete starih težaka, seljaka iz dalmatinske zagore, koji su i po ovakvim uvjetima radili u vinogradu, o škipu i motici.

‘Stari svit bi se u nas, kad bi bila ovakva doba, digao ranije, čim bi svanulo, i radio je do osam, devet sati, kada bi se posao u polju prekidao, i išlo bi se kući, bižalo u lad.‘ - prenio nam je svoja sjećanja poznati oklajski vinar i vinogradar Ivica Džapo, koji se i sam pridržava, koliko može, ovih mudrosti dok radi u vinogradu. - ‘Kad su ovakve vrućine dobro je da marenda bude laganija, ali malo slanija, malo domaće pancete ili čak i pršuta, uz domaće pomidore za salatu, malo kruha. Dakle, litnjeg povrća, kalija, kalcija, masnoće. Ne treba puno, ali triba bit kripno. A za piće, ne valja sama voda! Voda je dobra za onog ko sidi u ladu, ispod koštale, ali onog ko radi, voda će iscrpit, govorili su stari ljudi. Pa bi je oni malo, kako su govorili, zasurili! Napravili bi jednu laganu, tanku ili mršavu bevandu, a to znači dva deca biloga na litru vode. Neki bi čak umisto vina stavljali u vodu malu kvasine, jer se za njom ne bi toliko žednilo, ko za samom vodom!‘ - kazao nam je Džapo, iskusni oklajski vinar, nadaleko poznat po svom Debitu. I on veli da ne pamti ovakve vrućine, koje u Oklaju i Prominskom kraju dosežu i do četrdeset stupnjeva celzijusa. Ne možeš virovati svojim očima kad u podne vidiš toplomjer na autu. Priko 39, 40, stupnjeva Celzijusovih. Da toliko izmiriš ispod ruke, iša bi odmah u bolnicu‘ – veli nam Džapo.

Dalmatinski vinar otkrio nam je tajnu starih težaka: ‘Po vrućini su pili mršavu bevandu. Na litru vode išla su dva deca žutine’

Kad su ovakve vrućine, onda valja slušati savjete doktura, da se ne stoji puno na suncu, i da se čeljade drži lada, ali čije će savjete slušati oni koji to ne mogu, jer moraju po ovom zvizdanu raditi? E, za njih bi bilo najbolje da poslušaju savjete starih težaka, seljaka iz dalmatinske zagore, koji su i po ovakvim uvjetima radili u vinogradu, o škipu i motici.

‘Stari svit bi se u nas, kad bi bila ovakva doba, digao ranije, čim bi svanulo, i radio je do osam, devet sati, kada bi se posao u polju prekidao, i išlo bi se kući, bižalo u lad.‘ - prenio nam je svoja sjećanja poznati oklajski vinar i vinogradar Ivica Džapo, koji se i sam pridržava, koliko može, ovih mudrosti dok radi u vinogradu. - ‘Kad su ovakve vrućine dobro je da marenda bude laganija, ali malo slanija, malo domaće pancete ili čak i pršuta, uz domaće pomidore za salatu, malo kruha. Dakle, litnjeg povrća, kalija, kalcija, masnoće. Ne treba puno, ali triba bit kripno. A za piće, ne valja sama voda! Voda je dobra za onog ko sidi u ladu, ispod koštale, ali onog ko radi, voda će iscrpit, govorili su stari ljudi. Pa bi je oni malo, kako su govorili, zasurili! Napravili bi jednu laganu, tanku ili mršavu bevandu, a to znači dva deca biloga na litru vode. Neki bi čak umisto vina stavljali u vodu malu kvasine, jer se za njom ne bi toliko žednilo, ko za samom vodom!‘ - kazao nam je Džapo, iskusni oklajski vinar, nadaleko poznat po svom Debitu. I on veli da ne pamti ovakve vrućine, koje u Oklaju i Prominskom kraju dosežu i do četrdeset stupnjeva celzijusa. Ne možeš virovati svojim očima kad u podne vidiš toplomjer na autu. Priko 39, 40, stupnjeva Celzijusovih. Da toliko izmiriš ispod ruke, iša bi odmah u bolnicu‘ – veli nam Džapo.
