Na Općinskom sudu u Šibeniku u srijedu je počeo ponovni postupak kojim Frane Lučić iz Tisnog, jedini preživjeli vatrogasac katastrofalnog požara na otoku Kornatu koji se dogodio 30. kolovoza 2007. godine i u kojem je živote izgubilo njegovih dvanaest kolega, od DVD-a Tisno, Općine Tisno, Grada Šibenika i Republike Hrvatske traži odštetu u iznosu od oko četiri milijuna kuna za ozljede koje je zadobio u požaru,  rentu za tugu, njegu i pomoć te izgubljenu zaradu.

Postupak protiv DVD-a Tisno i Općine Tisno vodit će se na sudu u Šibeniku, a protiv Grada Šibenika i Republike Hrvatske u Zagrebu. U oba slučaja Lučića zastupa zagrebački odvjetnik Šime Savić, koji je spise, koji su nekoliko godina bili na Županjskom sudu, preuzeo prije par mjeseci kad su prvostupanjske presude ukinute.

-Tužno je što nakon deset godina od tragedije, jedini preživjeli vatrogasac, Frane Lučić, kao žrtva koja je radila posao za opće dobro, jer vatrogastvo je opće dobro, do danas nije dobio nikakvu odštetu. On na Kornatu nije bio kao turist ili osoba koja je brala cvijeće, već kao osoba koja je radila društveno koristan posao i trebalo bi se prema njemu bolje ponašati, kratko nam je rekao Franin  odvjetnik Savić.

Na Općinskom sudu u Šibeniku u srijedu je počeo ponovni postupak kojim Frane Lučić iz Tisnog, jedini preživjeli vatrogasac katastrofalnog požara na otoku Kornatu koji se dogodio 30. kolovoza 2007. godine i u kojem je živote izgubilo njegovih dvanaest kolega, od DVD-a Tisno, Općine Tisno, Grada Šibenika i Republike Hrvatske traži odštetu u iznosu od oko četiri milijuna kuna za ozljede koje je zadobio u požaru,  rentu za tugu, njegu i pomoć te izgubljenu zaradu.

Postupak protiv DVD-a Tisno i Općine Tisno vodit će se na sudu u Šibeniku, a protiv Grada Šibenika i Republike Hrvatske u Zagrebu. U oba slučaja Lučića zastupa zagrebački odvjetnik Šime Savić, koji je spise, koji su nekoliko godina bili na Županjskom sudu, preuzeo prije par mjeseci kad su prvostupanjske presude ukinute.

-Tužno je što nakon deset godina od tragedije, jedini preživjeli vatrogasac, Frane Lučić, kao žrtva koja je radila posao za opće dobro, jer vatrogastvo je opće dobro, do danas nije dobio nikakvu odštetu. On na Kornatu nije bio kao turist ili osoba koja je brala cvijeće, već kao osoba koja je radila društveno koristan posao i trebalo bi se prema njemu bolje ponašati, kratko nam je rekao Franin  odvjetnik Savić.
