Grad Šibenik zaprimio je ukupno 388 prijava na Javni poziv za podnošenje zahtjeva za kupnju stana iz programa društveno poticane stanogradnje na području Grada Šibenika.

Od ukupno 388 zaprimljenih prijava, još 23 prijavitelja nemaju zadovoljavajuću dokumentaciju. Popis prijavitelja čija je dokumentacija nepotpuna izložen je na oglasnoj ploči u prostorima Gradske uprave.

Nadopuna dokumentacije može se izvršiti zaključno do ponedjeljka, 29. ožujka 2021. godine putem emaila pos@sibenik.hr, neposredno u pisarnici Grada Šibenika ili poštom na adresu: Grad Šibenik. Trg palih branitelja Domovinskog rata 1.

Podsjetimo, Grad Šibenik krajem prošle godine objavio je Javni poziv budući da je postojeća lista redoslijeda prvenstva istekla 16. studenog 2020. godine. Zbog promjene odredbi Pravilnika važenje iste nije produženo te će se do konca mjeseca formirati nova lista redoslijeda prvenstva.

Pravo sudjelovanja u postupku natjecanja za stambene kvadrate  imaju hrvatski državljani s neprekidnim prebivalištem na području Grada Šibenika u trajanju od najmanje 1 godinu neprekidno ili koji imaju zaključen radni odnos s poslodavcem koji obavlja djelatnost na području Grada Šibenika s tim da svoj rad obavlja u Gradu Šibeniku najmanje 1 godinu neprekidno te u trenutku podnošenja zahtjeva ima prijavljeno prebivalište na području Grada Šibenika.

Na predjelu Bioci u tijeku je izgradnja dvije višestambene zgrade s ukupno 127 stanova. U jedinici A nalazit će se 63 stana, dok su jedinici B predviđena 64 stana. Projektom su predviđena pripadajuća parkirališno-garažna mjesta, parkirališta za motocikle, tehničke prostorije te spremišta stanara.

Grad Šibenik zaprimio je ukupno 388 prijava na Javni poziv za podnošenje zahtjeva za kupnju stana iz programa društveno poticane stanogradnje na području Grada Šibenika.

Od ukupno 388 zaprimljenih prijava, još 23 prijavitelja nemaju zadovoljavajuću dokumentaciju. Popis prijavitelja čija je dokumentacija nepotpuna izložen je na oglasnoj ploči u prostorima Gradske uprave.

Nadopuna dokumentacije može se izvršiti zaključno do ponedjeljka, 29. ožujka 2021. godine putem emaila pos@sibenik.hr, neposredno u pisarnici Grada Šibenika ili poštom na adresu: Grad Šibenik. Trg palih branitelja Domovinskog rata 1.

Podsjetimo, Grad Šibenik krajem prošle godine objavio je Javni poziv budući da je postojeća lista redoslijeda prvenstva istekla 16. studenog 2020. godine. Zbog promjene odredbi Pravilnika važenje iste nije produženo te će se do konca mjeseca formirati nova lista redoslijeda prvenstva.

Pravo sudjelovanja u postupku natjecanja za stambene kvadrate  imaju hrvatski državljani s neprekidnim prebivalištem na području Grada Šibenika u trajanju od najmanje 1 godinu neprekidno ili koji imaju zaključen radni odnos s poslodavcem koji obavlja djelatnost na području Grada Šibenika s tim da svoj rad obavlja u Gradu Šibeniku najmanje 1 godinu neprekidno te u trenutku podnošenja zahtjeva ima prijavljeno prebivalište na području Grada Šibenika.

Podnositelji zahtjeva sve dodatne informacije mogu dobiti na telefon (022) 431-050 u Upravnom odjelu za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom.

Na predjelu Bioci u tijeku je izgradnja dvije višestambene zgrade s ukupno 127 stanova. U jedinici A nalazit će se 63 stana, dok su jedinici B predviđena 64 stana. Projektom su predviđena pripadajuća parkirališno-garažna mjesta, parkirališta za motocikle, tehničke prostorije te spremišta stanara.

Grad Šibenik zaprimio je ukupno 388 prijava na Javni poziv za podnošenje zahtjeva za kupnju stana iz programa društveno poticane stanogradnje na području Grada Šibenika.

Od ukupno 388 zaprimljenih prijava, još 23 prijavitelja nemaju zadovoljavajuću dokumentaciju. Popis prijavitelja čija je dokumentacija nepotpuna izložen je na oglasnoj ploči u prostorima Gradske uprave.

Nadopuna dokumentacije može se izvršiti zaključno do ponedjeljka, 29. ožujka 2021. godine putem emaila pos@sibenik.hr, neposredno u pisarnici Grada Šibenika ili poštom na adresu: Grad Šibenik. Trg palih branitelja Domovinskog rata 1.

Podsjetimo, Grad Šibenik krajem prošle godine objavio je Javni poziv budući da je postojeća lista redoslijeda prvenstva istekla 16. studenog 2020. godine. Zbog promjene odredbi Pravilnika važenje iste nije produženo te će se do konca mjeseca formirati nova lista redoslijeda prvenstva.

Pravo sudjelovanja u postupku natjecanja za stambene kvadrate  imaju hrvatski državljani s neprekidnim prebivalištem na području Grada Šibenika u trajanju od najmanje 1 godinu neprekidno ili koji imaju zaključen radni odnos s poslodavcem koji obavlja djelatnost na području Grada Šibenika s tim da svoj rad obavlja u Gradu Šibeniku najmanje 1 godinu neprekidno te u trenutku podnošenja zahtjeva ima prijavljeno prebivalište na području Grada Šibenika.

Podnositelji zahtjeva sve dodatne informacije mogu dobiti na telefon (022) 431-050 u Upravnom odjelu za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom.

Na predjelu Bioci u tijeku je izgradnja dvije višestambene zgrade s ukupno 127 stanova. U jedinici A nalazit će se 63 stana, dok su jedinici B predviđena 64 stana. Projektom su predviđena pripadajuća parkirališno-garažna mjesta, parkirališta za motocikle, tehničke prostorije te spremišta stanara.
