Više od šest godina trajali su radovi, što ispod što iznad zemlje, zahvaljujući kojima je najprepoznatljiviji brend grada Benkovca, Ravnih kotara i cijelog zadarskog kraja - Benkovački sajam - promijenio i osuvremenio svoju vizuru.
A kako danas, nakon što je većina radova privedena kraju, izgleda prostor na koji se svakog desetog dana u mjeseci slijeva rijeka ljudi iz cijele Dalmacije i šire, predstavljeno je jutros u Benkovcu, na završnoj konferenciji projekta "3RPI Benkovački sajam- unapređenje infrastrukture i valorizacija koji je sufinancirala Europska unija iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj.
- Završetak ovog projekta ne znači samo finalizaciju 25 milijuna eura vrijednog Intervencijskog plana Grada Benkovca već i unaprjeđenje stoljetne tradicije koja će svim našim poljoprivrednim gospodarstvenicima omogućiti kvalitetni plasman njihovih prozvoda na tržište kroz razne aktivnosti ovog projketa. Ne samo da tradicija našeg sajma nije narušena, kako su se ljudi bojali na samom početku radova, već je ovo donijelo novu dimenziju i kvalitetu za našu sajmenu trgovinu- istaknuo je benkovački dogradonačelnik Tomislav Klarica o projektu čiji je investitor Grad Benkovac, a partneri su bili benkovačka Razvojna agencija i komunalno poduzeće Benković koje upravlja sajmom.
Kroz intenzivno vrijeme korone i puno nepredviđenih okolnosti koje su rezultirale raskidom ugovora te ponovljenim postupcima javne nabave, a samim time i poskupljenjem radova na ukupno 4,18 milijuna eura, uspješno su završene četiri faze radova kroz koje je od 30. travnja 2021. godine na prostoru sajma izgrađana komunalna instrastruktura te tri objekta koji su već prošli tehnički pregled.
- Prva faza radova, koja je obuhvaćala povijesno dovođenje struje, vode i odvodnje na prostor sajma vrijedna je 1,49 milijuna kuna te je dobila uporabnu dozvolu.
- Nakon što su osigurani svi potrebni preduvjeti i priključenje na infrastrukturu, izgrađen je prvi objekt za kontrolu ulaza na sajam. Riječ je o četiri tipske kućice obložene benkovačkim kamenom i vrijedne ukupno 362 tisuće tisuće eura. U trećoj fazi napravljen je objekt za izolaciju bolesnih životinja od 199 tisuća eura, a u četvrtoj aukcijska dvorana, najvrijedniji i najreprezentativniji objekt od 2,19 milijuna čije se uređenje upravo privodi kraju- kazala je voditeljica ovog velikog projekta Davorka Krnčević.
Iako su dozvole ishođene, nije bilo dovoljno sredstava za upravnu zgradu, ugostiteljsko-turistički objekt, planirani restoran i popločavanje prostora, takozvane poučne staze za ponuđače. Neki od objekata već su prijavljeni na europske natječaje pa u Benkovcu ubrzo očekuju pozitivan odgovor i sufinanciranje i za taj dio priče kojim će se u potpunosti finalizirati novi vizura Benkovačkog sajma.

Više od šest godina trajali su radovi, što ispod što iznad zemlje, zahvaljujući kojima je najprepoznatljiviji brend grada Benkovca, Ravnih kotara i cijelog zadarskog kraja - Benkovački sajam - promijenio i osuvremenio svoju vizuru.
A kako danas, nakon što je većina radova privedena kraju, izgleda prostor na koji se svakog desetog dana u mjeseci slijeva rijeka ljudi iz cijele Dalmacije i šire, predstavljeno je jutros u Benkovcu, na završnoj konferenciji projekta "3RPI Benkovački sajam- unapređenje infrastrukture i valorizacija koji je sufinancirala Europska unija iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj.
- Završetak ovog projekta ne znači samo finalizaciju 25 milijuna eura vrijednog Intervencijskog plana Grada Benkovca već i unaprjeđenje stoljetne tradicije koja će svim našim poljoprivrednim gospodarstvenicima omogućiti kvalitetni plasman njihovih prozvoda na tržište kroz razne aktivnosti ovog projketa. Ne samo da tradicija našeg sajma nije narušena, kako su se ljudi bojali na samom početku radova, već je ovo donijelo novu dimenziju i kvalitetu za našu sajmenu trgovinu- istaknuo je benkovački dogradonačelnik Tomislav Klarica o projektu čiji je investitor Grad Benkovac, a partneri su bili benkovačka Razvojna agencija i komunalno poduzeće Benković koje upravlja sajmom.
Kroz intenzivno vrijeme korone i puno nepredviđenih okolnosti koje su rezultirale raskidom ugovora te ponovljenim postupcima javne nabave, a samim time i poskupljenjem radova na ukupno 4,18 milijuna eura, uspješno su završene četiri faze radova kroz koje je od 30. travnja 2021. godine na prostoru sajma izgrađana komunalna instrastruktura te tri objekta koji su već prošli tehnički pregled.
- Prva faza radova, koja je obuhvaćala povijesno dovođenje struje, vode i odvodnje na prostor sajma vrijedna je 1,49 milijuna kuna te je dobila uporabnu dozvolu.
- Nakon što su osigurani svi potrebni preduvjeti i priključenje na infrastrukturu, izgrađen je prvi objekt za kontrolu ulaza na sajam. Riječ je o četiri tipske kućice obložene benkovačkim kamenom i vrijedne ukupno 362 tisuće tisuće eura. U trećoj fazi napravljen je objekt za izolaciju bolesnih životinja od 199 tisuća eura, a u četvrtoj aukcijska dvorana, najvrijedniji i najreprezentativniji objekt od 2,19 milijuna čije se uređenje upravo privodi kraju- kazala je voditeljica ovog velikog projekta Davorka Krnčević.
Iako su dozvole ishođene, nije bilo dovoljno sredstava za upravnu zgradu, ugostiteljsko-turistički objekt, planirani restoran i popločavanje prostora, takozvane poučne staze za ponuđače. Neki od objekata već su prijavljeni na europske natječaje pa u Benkovcu ubrzo očekuju pozitivan odgovor i sufinanciranje i za taj dio priče kojim će se u potpunosti finalizirati novi vizura Benkovačkog sajma.
