U Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ)  sa srijedom je zaprimljeno 534 prijava hripavca u cijeloj zemlji ove godine i još nekoliko desetaka prijava je trenutno u obradi, a epidemiolozi navode da se takvo povećanje broja oboljelih ne bilježi u Hrvatskoj zadnjih 30-ak godina. 

Iz Službe za epidemiologiju zaraznih bolesti HZJZ-a za Hinu su napomenuli da je "situacija dinamična" i brojevi se na dnevnoj osnovi mijenjaju. Najveći broj prijava bilježi se u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji - 265 te Gradu Zagrebu - 201, kažu.

Slijede Primorsko-goranska s 23 prijave hripavca, Dubrovačko-neretvanska s 11,  Zagrebačka s 10, Šibensko-kninska sa šest prijava, Bjelovarsko-bilogorska sa četiri te Varaždinska županija s tri prijave. Po dvije prijave hripavca su iz Brodsko-posavske, Krapinsko-zagorske, Osječko-baranjske i Zadarske županije, te po jedna prijava iz Istarske, Međimurske i Požeško-slavonske županije.

HZJZ je 25. listopada izvijestio da je službeno potvrđeno 116 slučajeva hripavca u Hrvatskoj, što pokazuje da broj slučajeva raste. Tako je u posljednjih mjesec dana, odnosno od 42. do 45. tjedna, oboljelo 351 prijavljenih, što je oko 66 posto ukupno prijavljenih.

Na upit Hine postoje li procjene do kada će trenutna epidemija hripavca trajati, odnosno kada se može očekivati vrhunac, iz Službe za epidemiologiju poručili su da se "takvo povećanje broja oboljelih ne bilježi u Hrvatskoj zadnjih 30-ak godina tako da se teško mogu davati takve procjene".

Važno je da roditelji cijepe djecu dojenačke dobi

Upitani je li zabrinjavajuć porast broja zaraza, epidemiolozi su poručili da se na terenu poduzimaju sve mjere potrebne za suzbijanje i sprječavanje epidemije, sukladno nedavno revidiranim preporukama HZJZ-a, od izolacije oboljelih i kemoprofilakse osjetljivih kontakata te preporuke cijepljenja trudnica u drugom i trećem trimestru.

"Posebno je važno da roditelji cijepe svoju djecu dojenačke dobi te da djeca mlađa od sedam godina nadoknade eventualno propuštene doze predviđene programom cijepljenja", poručili su. 

Oko 70 posto prijava čine djeca starije predškolske i školske dobi, odnosno čak 372 prijave, dok u dojenačkoj i mlađoj predškolskoj dobi (od jedne do četiri godine) imaju 34 (šest posto),  odnosno 64 (12 posto) prijava oboljelih.

U Zagrebu se na hripavac građani mogu testirati na testnom mjestu u montažnom objektu HZJZ-a, ispred Rockefellerove 12.

Testno mjesto za uzimanje uzoraka na hripavac radi svakim radnim danom od 8 do 9,30 sati, uz prethodno izdanu uputnicu od liječnika obiteljske medicine ili pedijatra putem CEZIH-a. Testiranje indiciraju izabrani liječnici na temelju prisutnih simptoma.

Zdrave osobe, uključujući i kontakte koji su bili izloženi hripavcu, ali nemaju nikakvih simptoma, se ne testiraju, pojasnili su epidemiolozi.

Od onih koji se testiraju, prema podacima Službe za mikrobiologiju, udio pozitivnih se zadnjih dana kreće između 30 do 50 posto.

U Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ)  sa srijedom je zaprimljeno 534 prijava hripavca u cijeloj zemlji ove godine i još nekoliko desetaka prijava je trenutno u obradi, a epidemiolozi navode da se takvo povećanje broja oboljelih ne bilježi u Hrvatskoj zadnjih 30-ak godina. 

Iz Službe za epidemiologiju zaraznih bolesti HZJZ-a za Hinu su napomenuli da je "situacija dinamična" i brojevi se na dnevnoj osnovi mijenjaju. Najveći broj prijava bilježi se u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji - 265 te Gradu Zagrebu - 201, kažu.

Slijede Primorsko-goranska s 23 prijave hripavca, Dubrovačko-neretvanska s 11,  Zagrebačka s 10, Šibensko-kninska sa šest prijava, Bjelovarsko-bilogorska sa četiri te Varaždinska županija s tri prijave. Po dvije prijave hripavca su iz Brodsko-posavske, Krapinsko-zagorske, Osječko-baranjske i Zadarske županije, te po jedna prijava iz Istarske, Međimurske i Požeško-slavonske županije.

HZJZ je 25. listopada izvijestio da je službeno potvrđeno 116 slučajeva hripavca u Hrvatskoj, što pokazuje da broj slučajeva raste. Tako je u posljednjih mjesec dana, odnosno od 42. do 45. tjedna, oboljelo 351 prijavljenih, što je oko 66 posto ukupno prijavljenih.

Na upit Hine postoje li procjene do kada će trenutna epidemija hripavca trajati, odnosno kada se može očekivati vrhunac, iz Službe za epidemiologiju poručili su da se "takvo povećanje broja oboljelih ne bilježi u Hrvatskoj zadnjih 30-ak godina tako da se teško mogu davati takve procjene".

Upitani je li zabrinjavajuć porast broja zaraza, epidemiolozi su poručili da se na terenu poduzimaju sve mjere potrebne za suzbijanje i sprječavanje epidemije, sukladno nedavno revidiranim preporukama HZJZ-a, od izolacije oboljelih i kemoprofilakse osjetljivih kontakata te preporuke cijepljenja trudnica u drugom i trećem trimestru.

"Posebno je važno da roditelji cijepe svoju djecu dojenačke dobi te da djeca mlađa od sedam godina nadoknade eventualno propuštene doze predviđene programom cijepljenja", poručili su. 

Oko 70 posto prijava čine djeca starije predškolske i školske dobi, odnosno čak 372 prijave, dok u dojenačkoj i mlađoj predškolskoj dobi (od jedne do četiri godine) imaju 34 (šest posto),  odnosno 64 (12 posto) prijava oboljelih.

U Zagrebu se na hripavac građani mogu testirati na testnom mjestu u montažnom objektu HZJZ-a, ispred Rockefellerove 12.

Testno mjesto za uzimanje uzoraka na hripavac radi svakim radnim danom od 8 do 9,30 sati, uz prethodno izdanu uputnicu od liječnika obiteljske medicine ili pedijatra putem CEZIH-a. Testiranje indiciraju izabrani liječnici na temelju prisutnih simptoma.

Zdrave osobe, uključujući i kontakte koji su bili izloženi hripavcu, ali nemaju nikakvih simptoma, se ne testiraju, pojasnili su epidemiolozi.

Od onih koji se testiraju, prema podacima Službe za mikrobiologiju, udio pozitivnih se zadnjih dana kreće između 30 do 50 posto.

U Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ)  sa srijedom je zaprimljeno 534 prijava hripavca u cijeloj zemlji ove godine i još nekoliko desetaka prijava je trenutno u obradi, a epidemiolozi navode da se takvo povećanje broja oboljelih ne bilježi u Hrvatskoj zadnjih 30-ak godina. 

Iz Službe za epidemiologiju zaraznih bolesti HZJZ-a za Hinu su napomenuli da je "situacija dinamična" i brojevi se na dnevnoj osnovi mijenjaju. Najveći broj prijava bilježi se u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji - 265 te Gradu Zagrebu - 201, kažu.

Slijede Primorsko-goranska s 23 prijave hripavca, Dubrovačko-neretvanska s 11,  Zagrebačka s 10, Šibensko-kninska sa šest prijava, Bjelovarsko-bilogorska sa četiri te Varaždinska županija s tri prijave. Po dvije prijave hripavca su iz Brodsko-posavske, Krapinsko-zagorske, Osječko-baranjske i Zadarske županije, te po jedna prijava iz Istarske, Međimurske i Požeško-slavonske županije.

HZJZ je 25. listopada izvijestio da je službeno potvrđeno 116 slučajeva hripavca u Hrvatskoj, što pokazuje da broj slučajeva raste. Tako je u posljednjih mjesec dana, odnosno od 42. do 45. tjedna, oboljelo 351 prijavljenih, što je oko 66 posto ukupno prijavljenih.

Na upit Hine postoje li procjene do kada će trenutna epidemija hripavca trajati, odnosno kada se može očekivati vrhunac, iz Službe za epidemiologiju poručili su da se "takvo povećanje broja oboljelih ne bilježi u Hrvatskoj zadnjih 30-ak godina tako da se teško mogu davati takve procjene".

Upitani je li zabrinjavajuć porast broja zaraza, epidemiolozi su poručili da se na terenu poduzimaju sve mjere potrebne za suzbijanje i sprječavanje epidemije, sukladno nedavno revidiranim preporukama HZJZ-a, od izolacije oboljelih i kemoprofilakse osjetljivih kontakata te preporuke cijepljenja trudnica u drugom i trećem trimestru.
