Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku donijelo je rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv trojice hrvatskih državljana, odnosno protiv jednog hrvatskog državljanina (1964.) zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio jedno kazneno djelo zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju iz čl. 246. st. 2. u svezi st. 1. Kaznenog zakona, jedno kazneno djelo zlouporabe povjerenja iz čl. 246. st. 1. KZ-a, dva kaznena djela zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti iz čl. 291. st. 1. KZ-a i kazneno djelo krivotvorenja službene ili poslovne isprave iz čl. 279. st. 2. u svezi st. 1. KZ-a, te protiv dvojice hrvatskih državljana (1973. i 1964.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje jednog kaznenog djela poticanja na zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju iz čl. 246. st. 2. u svezi st. 1. KZ-a u svezi čl. 37. KZ-a, objavili su iz šibenskog Tužiteljstva u petak prijepodne.

Premda u DORH-u ne navode identitet osumnjičenih, jedan od njih je suspendirani direktor ‘Cesta Šibenik‘ Robert Miljković.

- Postoji osnovana sumnja da je od 21. listopada 2022. do 22. svibnja 2023., okrivljeni 59-godišnjak kao direktor oštećenog trgovačkog društva, na nagovor okrivljenog 50-godišnjaka; u cilju da njemu kao vlasniku zemljišta i jedinici lokalne samouprave koja je vlasnik puta koji vodi do tog zemljišta pribavi nepripadnu imovinsku korist; bez propisane procedure da bi se uopće pristupilo izvođenju radova, naložio djelatnicima svog trgovačkog društva da obave nasipavanje zemljišta i puta građevinskim materijalom, te da ih asfaltiraju, što su oni i učinili. Osnovano se sumnja da nije obavio obračun radova niti su računi za obavljene radove izrađeni i dostavljeni tom vlasniku zemljišta i jedinici lokalne samouprave, čime je za vrijednost izvedenih radova pribavio nepripadnu imovinsku korist vlasniku zemljišta u iznosu od 9.658,03 eura, a jedinici lokalne samouprave iznos 21.518,71 eura, na štetu svog trgovačkog društva- navode u šibenskom DORH-u.

Kako su kazali u Tužiteljstvu, osnovano se sumnja i da je okrivljeni 59-godišnjak tijekom srpnja 2022. godine, prilikom radova koje je izvodilo njegovo trgovačko društvo na trajektnom pristaništu, na nagovor okrivljenog 58-godišnjaka (vlasnik tog trgovačkog društva) i od kojeg je društvo pribavilo asfalt za izvođenje radova, postupio u cilju da tom društvu pribavi nepripadnu imovinsku korist, odnosno protivno već prethodno ugovorenoj nabavnoj cijeni za asfalt, odobrio je za isporučeni asfalt isplatu cijene u većem iznosu od ugovorene nabavne cijene za 7.636,12 eura, pa je za taj iznos tom trgovačkom društvu, na štetu svojeg, pribavio imovinsku korist. 

- Osnovano se sumnja da je okrivljeni 59-godišnjak 12. srpnja 2023., u cilju da si pribavi nepripadnu imovinsku korist, naložio financijskom direktoru društva donošenje odluke da se automobilske gume koje je on kupio za svoj privatni automobil, knjiže na teret trgovačkog društva, što je i učinjeno, te je potom sa računa društva obavljeno plaćanje guma čime si je pribavio imovinsku korist od 477,22 eura (iznos nabave guma). 

Postoji osnovana  sumnja da je okrivljeni 59-godišnjak 11. kolovoza 2023., u cilju da se nepripadno imovinski okoristi, naložio financijskom direktoru društva donošenje  odluka da se njemu za obračun plaće za srpanj 2023. godine ne uzmu (propisano odlukom trgovačkog društva) podaci o isplaćenoj prosječnoj neto plaći za prethodni mjesec (manja je bila tog mjeseca zbog štrajka djelatnika tog trgovačkog društva), već da se uzmu podaci o prosječnoj plaći kao da štrajka nije bilo. Nakon što je donesena takva odluka, po istoj mu je na ime plaće za srpanj 2023. godine isplaćen iznos veći od 906,84 eura.

Osnovano se sumnja i da je okrivljeni 59-godišnjak od travnja 2022 godine do rujna 2023. godine, naložio tajnici društva da u putne radne listove upiše kako je za službena putovanja koristio službeni automobil iako je znao da to nije istina jer je koristio privatni automobil- zaključili su u DORH-u.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku donijelo je rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv trojice hrvatskih državljana, odnosno protiv jednog hrvatskog državljanina (1964.) zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio jedno kazneno djelo zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju iz čl. 246. st. 2. u svezi st. 1. KZ-a, te protiv dvojice hrvatskih državljana (1973. i 1964.) zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje jednog kaznenog djela poticanja na zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju iz čl. 246. st. 2. u svezi st. 1. KZ-a u svezi čl. 37. KZ-a, objavili su iz šibenskog Tužiteljstva u petak prijepodne.

Premda u DORH-u ne navode identitet osumnjičenih, jedan od njih je suspendirani direktor ‘Cesta Šibenik‘ Robert Miljković.

- Postoji osnovana sumnja da je od 21. listopada 2022. do 22. svibnja 2023., okrivljeni 59-godišnjak kao direktor oštećenog trgovačkog društva, na nagovor okrivljenog 50-godišnjaka; u cilju da njemu kao vlasniku zemljišta i jedinici lokalne samouprave koja je vlasnik puta koji vodi do tog zemljišta pribavi nepripadnu imovinsku korist; bez propisane procedure da bi se uopće pristupilo izvođenju radova, naložio djelatnicima svog trgovačkog društva da obave nasipavanje zemljišta i puta građevinskim materijalom, te da ih asfaltiraju, što su oni i učinili. Osnovano se sumnja da nije obavio obračun radova niti su računi za obavljene radove izrađeni i dostavljeni tom vlasniku zemljišta i jedinici lokalne samouprave, čime je za vrijednost izvedenih radova pribavio nepripadnu imovinsku korist vlasniku zemljišta u iznosu od 9.658,03 eura, a jedinici lokalne samouprave iznos 21.518,71 eura, na štetu svog trgovačkog društva- navode u šibenskom DORH-u.

Kako su kazali u Tužiteljstvu, osnovano se sumnja i da je okrivljeni 59-godišnjak tijekom srpnja 2022. godine, prilikom radova koje je izvodilo njegovo trgovačko društvo na trajektnom pristaništu, na nagovor okrivljenog 58-godišnjaka (vlasnik tog trgovačkog društva) i od kojeg je društvo pribavilo asfalt za izvođenje radova, postupio u cilju da tom društvu pribavi nepripadnu imovinsku korist, odnosno protivno već prethodno ugovorenoj nabavnoj cijeni za asfalt, odobrio je za isporučeni asfalt isplatu cijene u većem iznosu od ugovorene nabavne cijene za 7.636,12 eura, pa je za taj iznos tom trgovačkom društvu, na štetu svojeg, pribavio imovinsku korist. 

- Osnovano se sumnja da je okrivljeni 59-godišnjak 12. srpnja 2023., u cilju da si pribavi nepripadnu imovinsku korist, naložio financijskom direktoru društva donošenje odluke da se automobilske gume koje je on kupio za svoj privatni automobil, knjiže na teret trgovačkog društva, što je i učinjeno, te je potom sa računa društva obavljeno plaćanje guma čime si je pribavio imovinsku korist od 477,22 eura (iznos nabave guma). 

Postoji osnovana  sumnja da je okrivljeni 59-godišnjak 11. kolovoza 2023., u cilju da se nepripadno imovinski okoristi, naložio financijskom direktoru društva donošenje  odluka da se njemu za obračun plaće za srpanj 2023. godine ne uzmu (propisano odlukom trgovačkog društva) podaci o isplaćenoj prosječnoj neto plaći za prethodni mjesec (manja je bila tog mjeseca zbog štrajka djelatnika tog trgovačkog društva), već da se uzmu podaci o prosječnoj plaći kao da štrajka nije bilo. Nakon što je donesena takva odluka, po istoj mu je na ime plaće za srpanj 2023. godine isplaćen iznos veći od 906,84 eura.

Osnovano se sumnja i da je okrivljeni 59-godišnjak od travnja 2022 godine do rujna 2023. godine, naložio tajnici društva da u putne radne listove upiše kako je za službena putovanja koristio službeni automobil iako je znao da to nije istina jer je koristio privatni automobil- zaključili su u DORH-u.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku donijelo je rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv trojice hrvatskih državljana, odnosno protiv jednog hrvatskog državljanina (1964.) zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio jedno kazneno djelo zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju iz čl. 246. st. 2. u svezi st. 1.
